Outstanding RV Park. Extremely clean and very well kept grounds. Pool was nice and clean as well. The sites are good sized and there is plenty of room between the sites. Very impressed with the staff. They were very helpful with any questions we had. We will be staying at this RV Park and the other Premier RV parks in Oregon and Washington. This was our first time staying in an RV resort facility in the middle of a city. The facility was very well kept, clean, and nice. Lots of trees on our site for shade. Full hookup. The pool was nice, not very busy on a hot day which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again, really enjoyed it! read more

I made a reservation because this is one of the Premier RV Resort parks. We have stayed at 2 other Premier RV Resorts in Salem and Eugene Oregon and they both were great with amazing, friendly staff. This park was definitely not as nice. The bathrooms near our site were closed and we were told there were plumbing issues. There were many other available sites in the park so I know they were not completely booked. That being said we were put in a spot next to a closed bathroom and there was no grass at our site. It was dead weeds. It looks like they cater more to the long term campers as they had nice green lawns. There is a grounds keeper or staff member that drives around the park all night long with a bright flashing yellow light on top of his truck that shines right through the RV's every 15 minutes ALL NIGHT LONG. Asked the not so friendly office person the next day and was told it is to keep the Unwanted out of the park. What about those of us that paid (too much $$) to stay here and would like to sleep! Only gave it 2 stars because the bathroom by the office was being cleaned by a nice staff lady. Was also told it will no longer be a Premier RV Resort as of October which makes sense because it doesn't meet the criteria. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. read more

Nice place, clean, quiet and well maintained. Lots of rules like no pop-up canopies, nothing on the campsite lawn areas, nothing to be left outside your rv except chairs. Still a nice place to stay. The biggest negative was a very rude staff member. We were enjoying ourselves at the pool and we thought we were following all of the many pool rules. One of the staff member saw us doing something he didn't like and started yelling that he had enough of our behavior. When we tried to find out what we were doing wrong it just upset him more. He then left without ever telling us what we were doing that upset him. When we were checking out we notified the manager of the incident. She said that she would investigate and talk to the employee. This was the first time anything like this has happened to us and we will probably not be going back. read more

I gave it a 1 star only because restrooms were clean. upon arrival all info was in box. I was told that very rudely person person. A year ago I made my reservations and had to change them do to the carr fire.with the old manager was very understanding. at that time I paid in full. however they would not let me book a year out do to price's may change. so I booked ril December. then called in and changed reservation til july 9th check in and check out on 10 only at that time.i new I had also paid for 2 night in a cabin also.thought I was all set for a waterslides campouts do to the fact the camp place is next to waterpark. in april my mom passed away so I did not need cabin so I decided to take one of nights from cabin that was already paid for a extend my stay. well that when they told me I did not pay in full.i said I had receipt I would show them we I got there. so when I checked in they told me to pay or get down the road by 11am they were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and have no hostility manners for there guests.I paid cause I was from Oregon and had 11 in my family.will contact there corporate office and let them no Dayna hall - testerman and Darrell Testerman should not be running premier resort read more

Great RV Resort! Beautiful grounds. Very clean facilities. Nice and quiet at night. Staff very friendly. Location is close to grocery stores and shopping. Nice little pet run for our fur babies. Highly recommend! Hopefully we can return some day and stay longer. read more

Stayed Circle CG Farm Campground, Bellingham, MA July 27 & 28, 2018. We had 2 grandchildren with us and a 32 foot travel trailer. Kids enjoyed the pool and arcade games/pool table/air hockey. I thought for 150 camp sites (as advertised) there should have been more toilets and shower facilties. Men's room had 3 toilets and 2 showers so people had to stand in line. I am a professional driver but was nervous about getting pull-behind through narrow roads, lined with rocks and trees. Clearances were very tight. Paid $127.40 for 2 nights. read more

I know there have been some grumpy complaints about this rv park. Probably the wrong time of year but we didn't have any problems with goose poop. I know it can be annoying. They do have rules, like all parks. We planned on staying here for one night. Had a very nice pull through space. The whole park was in very nice condition. I can't speak to the bathrooms as we didn't use them during our stay due to the Coronavirus. Also, for the safety of the staff they put all your paper information in a box outside the office. Here is where my five stars come from. We left as scheduled the following day only to be stopped for snow chain check, we were going over MT Shasta, so we had to turn around. I called back to the park to see if we could stay another night, which we could. Thank you thank you Premier. I do think the girl that helped me was a little rattled as more calls came in. I just wanted to say that this place is amazing!!! The people that work here are so friendly and extremely accommodating. My family and I were brought over here because my father was life flighted here from the coast and the employees and owners have really been so wonderful. My family moved from Seattle to LA this winter (January) in a rental RV from Cruise America. This was by far the nicest RV park we stayed at during our journey: the staff were incredibly kind, friendly and more than willing to answer our rookie questions. Weather was unsurprisingly a bit iffy (wind, snow, you-name-it) this time of year, so having their advice and help was very welcome. The park is in immaculate shape and condition: the showers and bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest by far of anywhere we stayed. If we are back in the Redding area with an RV, we will absolutely stay here again. read more

While the park looks nice and lists some attractive amenities, our visit was constrained by the COVID-19 precautions. The office was closed, all amenities were closed yet despite this, we had to pay full price which, by the way, is about double the average. During this tough time with the resort becoming basically just a parking lot with FHU's and people trying to just make it back to their homes, you would think they would drop the price to a more realistic one. Some would say ( I am ), Premier RV is price gouging by charging full price for minimal services. read more

We stopped for one night on our way to Oregon. This is a quiet and well-maintained RV park. We stayed in site 55 (right next to one of the restrooms), but had we stayed longer I would prefer the area across the creek - sites 63 thru 82. The best and worst part of our trip was a broken propane pressure relief value, and conversely the discovery of a great mobile repair service. After calling and getting no answer for the repair service the park recommended, we found Einstein Mobile RV Repair thru a Google search. Paul, the owner, was polite, professional, and most importantly experienced. He fit us in by arriving at 7:30 am as promised, and had us on our way within an hour. Can't say enough about this guy. read more

Hit bad traffic, stormy weather (rain and hail) so we made a last minute reservation on our return trip to Washington, we found the management very nice, they left instructions and passwords for our late check-in and we found them easy to work with. We very much appreciate places like this for our RV traveling, especially on this last trip before we winterize our RV. This is a great spot which is very serene, quiet, peaceful; a creek runs runs through it, bull frogs nearby, just a nicely kept resort. We appreciate them being there and being nice to travelers away from home. We will place this RV Resort, on our RV trip stops, in the future. read more

We r staying here 4 nights. Beautiful park. Quiet with clean private restroom/shower combos. Great clean laundries too. Fresh donuts and coffee in the office in morning. Really friendly staff. We had been at the Seven Feathers RV Park in Canyonville, OR the day before our arrival a the Premiere RV Resort on 4/30/15. Not only cheaper but BEAUTIFUL! Premiere can not be called beautiful or new in anyway shape or form. However, I can say that the 'NEW' sites are spacious and easy in and easy out. The 'OLD' section is crowded and run down with lots of full-timers with rigs that are very old and run down, as well as, mature trees that will not allow Satellite service in every site. We had requested the "NEW" section and was told at the time we made our reservation that one was available. When we checked in on the afternoon of our arrival we were told that all of the "NEW" sites were taken! Not happy campers! We would not have stayed there had we known that we would be getting an "OLD" site. Not impressed with this particular Premiere Property. Look very closely to all of the reviews written here. You may want to re-think your decision. read more

Disappointing experience. Tried to stay in a yurt but upon arrival the rude manager informed us that she would be charging for each of our children and "we'd better not have more than 4 of them" ummm... ok. The yurt had a swamp cooler that didn't work and the pool was closed. Why on earth would anyone pay $70 to stay here?! read more

There are a number of nice RV parks in the Redding area. We use this park because of its proximity to family. That said, it is a great facility. We use the big rig pull-thru's in the newer section. The trees are still small enough in this area to not interfere with satellite TV. There are 5 super sites (they call them by a different name that escapes me) that are beautiful, but I prefer the sun's angle on the regular pull thru's. Many very nice RV parks along 5 & 99 are targeted by thieves. At this park, I park the dinghy in front of the motorhome where I can see it. I lock our bikes to the picnic table by our door. I don't ride or walk in the surrounding neighborhood, but a great trail is available by the river. The mangers keep a good eye on things here, but criminals know vacationers often let their guard down. read more

Came to visit some friends parked in one of the lots next to the friends. An attendant came by and said we couldn't park there. So I asked where we could park. She said out front (a good walk away) or in the overflow parking $10, or behind the RV. I asked if she was going to call the tow truck she said she was. They don't care to make it convenient for visitors. I will admit that the park is beautiful and well kept. But staff is unfriendly. Good place to stay if you don't need to interact with staff. read more

This place is great! We had a very large space with beautiful trees, a grass patch and right next to the bathrooms. Let me tell you, the bathrooms/showers were AMAZING! New, spotless, they had ac on since it was about 93 degrees out. Personal stalls with lockable doors too. We got to enjoy an ice cream social and raffle drawing for the kids, a nice pool and playground for the kids. The only bummer was their creek was all dry and only flows in the winter. Other than that this place was awesome! Volleyball net (needed some TLC), small pond, horseshoe pit, very quiet, easy freeway access, close to a lot of things and the man and lady in the office were extremely helpful and super sweet! read more

We stayed at the redding premier rv park last saturday. Very nice park, trees some grass area for each site, quiet and most importantly ***** bathrooms! Nice private stalls and showers in one building and across the way is your own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet in one private room. Very clean, highly recommend! read more

Nice place. We got one of the super sites next to a big grassy area. This gave us a lot if space for a couple of extra bucks. Staff was pretty friendly and the grounds were very clean. Freeway is a little noisy but that seems typical. Small playground for the kids, decent pool. read more

This is such a nice RV resort, the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because their pool closes too early. Lol. We came into Redding after a 9 hour drive. No reservation for camping b/c we weren't sure where we'd end up. Got a bite to eat & decided to stay the night. Called around to several RV parks - all full. Premier's office was closed but we decided to drive up to see if they had any sites. They had a board out showing open sites, so we were set. Unfortunately, you need a key card for the bathroom/ showers. We have a tiny camper w/ tiny bathroom/shower. We were exhausted & didn't want to hassle with it. As luck would have it, a security guy came around and gave us a key. Very friendly & happy to help. The next morning, the camp host came around & told us they would have given us a key card too. We saw them when we pulled in & thought they were the host, but based on past reviews we weren't sure of the reception we would get & were too tired to meet grouchy people. The next day when we met them they were very friendly & said we should have knocked. The only thing I would suggest is indicated they are the hosts with a sign or indicate on the camp map & put in the directions that if you arrive w/o a reservation & need a bathroom key you may contact the host during certain hours. read more

So imagine the situation; my child has a desperately dirty diaper as babies get on long road trips. I put off the highway into a large empty parking lot at a RV park, and lo and behold this seemingly nice gentleman walks over and says, "can I help you?" I reply gratefully "no I think we have it in hand. I'm just going to change his diaper and we'll be on our way." To my shock and dismay he replies with "this is private property are you aware?" I attempt to explain "well my son has a very dirty diaper, and I'm hoping to just clean him up and will leave." He then insists "this is private property" and I'm to leave immediately!!! I have never stayed at this RV park and I hope no one ever does service like that will get you no future customers. The Fast Stop Mini Mart on the other side of Lake Blvd, however, was nice enough to let me change the diaper in their equally-empty parking lot. read more

I stayed at this park one night only because I came in after hours. The next morning I went to the office to ask if there was availability for one more night and the office attendant said that there was. When she went to process my credit card and found out that I had a Redding address, I was denied the extra night. Apparently it is their policy to NOT let residents of Redding stay at their park! I asked why and received no answer, just policy. The manager couldn't be reached when I tried to call. I can't figure it out, they do have extended stay guests. All I know is that I couldn't recommend this place to anyone else based on the fact that they discriminate against the residents of the city in which their business is located! Beautiful RV park...not as nice as Mountain Gate RV, which is 5 miles North on I-5, off exit 687 (I'd check there first!) Premier had poor internet. Kept getting kicked off. On site Management, Jody, was the biggest problem. Manager refused to take care of complaints such as excrement leaking from my neighbors black water plumbing to the floor...smelled like stool and urine and they did not clean it. JODY, MANAGER, also allowed a tenant to continue to work as a workamper although he was intoxicated on the job as a workamper. She also did not reprimand same said workamper when he was blasting his guitarhero at midnight while drunk...again ( the neighboring Motor coach who just arrived that day, started up their rig and just left due to the blaring guitar hero at approx. midnight. Come to find out, Jody, manager and the workamper with the alcohol problem are good friends and cronies ( so that is why, I believe, much was overlooked by Jody. Too much drama and not enough peace at Premier RV in Redding. The problem isn't so much the Park itself but rather the current management, Jody. I'm a travel nurse supposed to be there 3 months but left the park after 1 month. Also, the work amper, Juanita, at the front desk...very rude, obnoxious, like to impose her own opinion and rules. Doesnt let us camper refill our propane after 4:30, although the sign says until 5pm. Closes the front office early. Has reportedly refused to show the RV park to potential guests because it was 4:45 and she wanted to go home early. Juanita is very rude. I she told me she wont talk to any of the spanish only speaking campers and referee to them as "Spics and or wetbacks" when she herself is Nicaraguan and her english isnt very good. She treats the spanish only speaking campers very poorly. Cable is very poor at the park and minimal and internet too. Can not stream or watch movies (ie netflix) will kick you off. I would recommend Mountain Gate RV park instead of Premier RV Resort Redding. MGRVR has great ratings, is similar but with much better management, no drama, and still just as beautiful and about $200-250 cheaper. CAN'T BEAT THAT! read more

Clean facilities, but multiple times I went to go do laundry and some of the dryers were not working or out of order. We stayed at five other RV parks during the summer, and this one was way overpriced, and the customer service is horrible. The office people are very rude, and they made staying there horrible. I hated staying there, and I will never stay there again. read more
