I had to call around…read moreseveral places in town before I found someone who could do it within the same day and within 1-2 weeks of the call. You can obviously buy a $215 kit online and do the headliner yourself if you have the tools and time, but I was willing to spend $600 for them to do it and I was glad I did. Looks great now. Yet, just because people state something - I still had to do my own research, and I got multiple estimates from different shops. Based on what I was told - I honestly liked what and how things were being replaced. Through out the repair process - they kept me updated via multiple e-mails every other day or so. They were actually sent the wrong body part early in the repair process and even sent me a picture of it, just so I knew they weren't making it up. After my vehicle was repaired and I needed further documentation - they still kept me updated even though they had already been paid by the insurance company - and had nothing to gain. I also actually spoke to the insurance company in the beginning - and they informed me 'Tanner was a good guy.' Now you can dismiss that - but the fact the insurance company is on personable terms with the body shop - that's a win/win for me. It may sound weird, but I'm actually glad I was in an accident as Tanner's made my vehicle look better than before they got it.

But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.
