There was a problem with the floors that were installed by Juan and his guys. I called, I texted and I called again. It's been months now and the problems are still there. First, the trim doesn't match. He said they ran out of the first trim and went with what they could get. You'd think they could at least get trim that could come close to matching, but nope. Look at the photos. It looks horrible. Not only does the trim not match, but it's pulling up in places. Finally, they didn't even paint around the the stairs to finish it. Juan, you used to do great work, but this is beyond disappointing. This is not $5,000 worth of work and the finishing is shoddy. After months of asking for this to be fixed, I'll do it myself. At least I'll know it's right and I don't have to look at this horrible work in my home every day. read more

A friend referred Juan to me. I used his website to schedule time. He asked a bit more about what service I needed and was able to send me a quote via email. I had a hardwired range hood converted into an outlet and had a microwave installed. Whole process took a bit less than 1.5 hours. Him and the crew were very professional. Called Juan twice. Once to fix a GFCI outlet and another time to install a Nest Hello doorbell that also needed wiring done to front porch. Both times he and his crew came and did the work within a few days after getting contacted. Masks were worn the whole time, too. Later when the doorbell went lost power for no apparent reason, I called and his crew is there the next business day to rewire. I've had no issues since then. And then immediately on the same day in the afternoon, Juan came to my house and helped take a look at the power outlet. At the end, it turned out it's because the weather become too humid yesterday and the tamper resistant outlet did a lockout action. On the date he was supposed to do the work. He never showed up, I call him, no answer, voice mailbox full. I called later no answer. I called him from a blocked number, and he picked up on second ring... He told me he needed more time to see IF he can do the project. Complete waste of my time. Juan and his helper came couple months ago to do some electrical work. Something it would take a 3-4 hours, it took them 2 days. Nevertheless, they left the place clean. Last week I found there was a mis-wire I called him to tell him to come back to fix it. He said he would come. On the day that he supposed to come, he did not pick up my calls, ignored my voice messages and ignored my text messages. I then had someone else to call him on my behalf. He picked up the call and said he didn't want to come to do the repair. I feel this is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL: First, he should not told me he would come to fix it and made an appointment; Second, even if he changed his mine why would he not let me know.
