I know most reviews here speak about "how helpful, how courteous, how caring the staff is." How they helped "in spite of credit" and so forth... I am not taking away from any of that. I purchased a vehicle in late March 2024... I have not purchased anything on credit for about 20 years, cash on hand or else don't buy. However due to the economy this is the 1st thing since we are doing credit. We did not come here because of the dealership itself, we came here because we found a vehicle through CarFax. Once they sweet talked us into the office 3 different people came to tell us "Oh this is a great deal, oh you're getting a great financing rate, oh you got a nice low monthly payment". Now I see the tactic . We agreed on a price, monthly payment, no payments for 45-60 days, and the interest rate. Then right before signing the last documents the interest rate had gone up and instead of 45-60 days no payment, 1st payment would be due in 30 days. We purchased the extended warranty "bumper to bumper" (hardly). While test driving the SUV, the check engine light was on, the employee said "oh I'll make sure it is taken care of before you drive out the lot". They said it was old code for an O2 sensor. We drove off, we had the vehicle for 2 days and the check engine light came back on, vehicle was shaking while on idle. We had rain that week and there was water coming through the lift gate. Brought it back to the dealer and the sales lady took the vehicle to the mechanic onsite, we waited about 2 hours and he brought it back stating he'd changed the O2 sensor and adjusted the lift gate to avoid leakage. Kool, we drove off and within a week, the check engine light cane back on. So I returned and dropped it off with the same sales person (I will not use her name). She said come back in the afternoon. We picked it up and they said they took care of the issue and should not arise again, I was not given a print out nor explainition of what was done because the people who worked on it were gone for the day. Guess what happened after 3 days?!? Yup, the darn lift came back on. I went in but was told I needed to speak to the lady in charge of service department, but she was on vacation and would return next week. OK, I called next week and she was out for lunch, however I went in a different day and a different person helped me out after she called the lady in charge of service dept. but informed me I needed to take it to the Ford dealership and have them diagnose it and bring back the print out and they would be willing to work with me on the labor and parts.... "Wait, what?!?" I needed to pay Ford to have it diagnosed, and then pay for parts and labor for them to fix the preexisting issue that was never resolved.... In June the serpentine belt broke (of course warranty does not cover it) it is not part of the 'bumper to bumper ". Paid $500 out of pocket at a reputable repair shop. The following week, the AC went out. "OK kool, maybe the warranty we bought will pay for this!" Well not really, they did not cover the entire cost, we still dished out $800 out of pocket. We have receipts for everything. They diagnosed it for us and guess what came up regarding the check engine light? Yup, the darn O2 sensor. I went to this dealership again, hoping they would be willing to work with me and make things right... well, nope. "Sir your extended warranty is almost run out, you need to pay Ford to diagnose it, and then bring the print out and we can work with you on the parts and labor costs, that's per my manager." Moral of the story? I'll let you decide. Was I wrong for what I did? Hmm? Once this review is read by whoever sees them at Manny G, they'll respond with something along the lines of "we're sorry you had a bad experience" or "sorry you misunderstood the warranty " or "please give us a call to work things out with you". No thank you. BTW, while I was waiting this last time, one of the mechanics came to me and said "once they approve for me to look at your vehicle, I'll run the codes and erase them." ‍ read more

honestly REALLY pissed i known manny since i was 4 years old.. his oldest son is my kids god father.... we grew up together which is why im so torn and pissed he did that but i was warned by the son as well so thats my fault. i bought a few years ago a Nissan 14k FULL CASH, it ran out of ac a few times got it fixed , ended up selling the whole thing bc it turned out to be junk, he kept putting me in different vehicles til they got it right never went back, now my kids and i are in a situation and needed help manny played me for weeks saying he'll help me but because i dont got the money he desires they threw me to the curb and screwed me on a vehicle i was supposed to take home the day i gave them my card. Luis the 'manager' twists words up saying i had to be on insurance as a driver to take the car off the lot, he even scanned and copied my CREDIT CARD as confirmation id take it. now they're switching it up and adding more things for me to do that cost more just to get it off the lot knowing i scraped up and had to borrow and save what i can for this downpayment we agreed on initially. i told them i have $20 to my name for my kids and i because i saved and did what i could for the original purchase now idk where to go what to do and we lose our other car today knowing it was being turned in for re finance as i was leasing it out in someone else name. he knew that and still just now jeopardized me in my job and living. knowing you my life and this is who you really are... do not go to this dealership and that's coming from A FAMILY FRIEND. read more

So me & my boyfriend just took out a car in September when we purchased it we couldn't take it off the lot The ac wasn't working so they fixed it we got it back and 2 days later the ac went out again. Again we took it back this time they supposedly put a new ac compressor so we got it back for the 3rd time then again 2 days later the ac stop working and my car started smoking also. I was trying to buy a vehicle there all the vehicles are very nice but the miles are so high it's impossible for the car to live past the notes on the car . People act nice there but it depends on how much money you have. Lots of money gets you great treatments... dont waist your time or money. I'm sorry to say this but I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but I will never recommend buying a car there I had gotten a 2014 Nissan Sentra SV from this place as my very first vehicle and on the fourth month this car started giving me problems I took the vehicle back told them that the car was Stalling and Turing off the ac wasn't even blowing the mechanics their told me it was drivable to come back bc they were closing and not to mention the service there is horrible i had to go to them they didn't even look to see if we needed to be attended I spent so much just for the issue to get worst and when I first looked in the car the car windows weren't working ofc they fixed it right away but it should've been a sign that this wasn't for me but this place is a scam don't waste your time nor your hard earned money on this place absolutely ridiculous as well as the "new paint" on the vehicle it's already chipping off smh (almost a year since I got it ) but honestly there's so much to say about this car read more

My husband and I purchased a truck from them. Not even a week later after bringing it home all the lights on the dashboard came on! We took it in to get fixed only for it to happen AGAIN a few days later! Not only that the wheel bearing was crap! We ended up having to replace it cause if we continued to drive it the tire would have popped off! Also the AC compressor went out! Which they refused to replace! So we had to come out of pocket to replace the AC and the tire bearing ourselves! Less than a month of having it the financing fell through so we took the truck to get into another lender since they apparently couldn't do in house as advertised. They ended up keeping the truck until they could find us another lender. And from than they stopped returning our calls and refused to help us to get the truck back since it had ONLY been less than a month! I came here bc i needed help with my bad credit to get a car. It took hours, then days and they said I only qualify for a high milage car with a check engine lite. They made my dad co-sign even though that was not our plan. They I qualify for the friends and family program, which now I see means cosigner. They said if he didn't sign I would have to pay so much more, they knew my dad can't drive and doesn't have a job - they told me not to worry and someone there made him pay stuffs. All I had to do was tell the bank he had a job and that the job was real. They also told me it was ok to tell the bank that my car had leather, sunroof and a system even though it sooooo does NOT!!! Then he said we could do the credit repair program but we would have to pay the down plus tt&l and we could pay over time. Well, that didn't work out well. They held on to my plates and registration and tax reciept for a long time. I told them I wasn't going to pay bc after I read the contract I REALIZED ALL THOSE CHARGES are ALL READY INCLUDED, when I called and told them this, they threten to take my car. I could not believe they wanted me to pay $1500 TWICE!!!!!!! So many people called me, I felt harassed, like if i didn't do what they wanted I would lose my car, money, credit, forever! I have to say everyone seemed nice in the begining but now i see they just want to take as much money as possible. As for my check engine lite - he totally promised to get rid of it later on, butonce I went back it was like he forgot!
