She was kind and sweet and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dr Chen, my anesthesiologist came out and chatted with me about the plan for surgery. He was funny and kind. Dr Vu performed by surgery and before I knew it I was back in recovery. I woke up in quite a bit of pain but my recovery nurse Terri made sure we got the pain under control. Dr Chen came back to check on me and gave some direction on meds to provide to get my pain under control. Terri was so attentive to my needs and concerns. I am so grateful to have had such a caring team during my visit. I highly recommend the surgery center to everyone!

The doctor tells us that she has a UTI and needs to start antibiotics asap. We were taken aback and tried to explain that she had no symptoms of a UTI. Doctor didn't listen and said that she 100% had a UTI. We made the decision to wait and go to another urgent care the next day. They did a culture and didn't urge us to take antibiotics. Their culture came back the next day- negative. It would take another 3 days for Prestige's culture results to come in. They didn't call me. I called them. Negative as well They were pushing antibiotics without so much as a conversation. Oh and they misplaced my wife's ID. Terrible experience overall.

Since my dr office wasn't much help. I'm so glad I went to FSA! The office staff was so kind and helpful. Nancy measured me for compression stockings even tho I'm not their patient....(yet). She also helped me by looking online to find a "silk foot glider", to make it easier to put on my compression stockings. As I went up front to pay for them, Maribel took care of me. i started asking questions, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable! I feel so much more informed. My own vascular surgeons office, knows nothing! No resources either. They just tell me to go online and order knee highs. But on doing research and speaking with FSA, Thigh high compression is needed, since the procedure I had went all the way up my leg. Maribel is checking to see if my current medical group will let me come there to FSA moving forward. She will let me know.

My experience felt like the doctor's role was simply to write a prescription rather than actually evaluate my condition or discuss treatment options. When I asked questions and was looking for medical guidance, I didn't receive any meaningful explanation, opinion, or advice on what might actually help me recover. The billing experience was just as off-putting. I paid cash because I don't have insurance, and I felt like I was treated with suspicion because of it. Before I ever received any treatment, I was asked to pay multiple times and had a credit card terminal put in front of me at least three separate times. Instead of the typical process of receiving a bill or paying at the end of the visit, the focus seemed to be on collecting payment before providing care. If all you need is someone to write a prescription, this place may meet your needs. But if you're looking for a physician who takes the time to evaluate your condition, explain their reasoning, and provide thoughtful medical guidance, I'd recommend going somewhere else. I left feeling rushed, unheard, and no more informed about my condition than when I walked in.

I went to urgent care because I had pulled a muscle from excessive coughing. I had strained the back of my neck, had soreness in my chest area, and developed a sharp pain in my side. The pain had been present for several days, and I simply wanted a medical evaluation and possibly medication to help with the discomfort. Instead, what I received was fear, panic, and emotional trauma. Within minutes of speaking to Kandin Maraquin, I was told that I was having a heart attack. Not that it needed to be ruled out. Not that there was concern. I was told I was having a heart attack and needed to go to the ER immediately. If I did not have transportation, I was told an ambulance would be called. I was completely blindsided. What was most alarming was how quickly this conclusion was reached. I felt like he immediately jumped to the worst possible scenario without taking the time to properly evaluate me, ask additional questions, or perform a thorough examination. The entire interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking any level of compassion. I was there less than 10 minutes.. His bedside manner was nonexistent. There was no reassurance, no empathy, and no concern for the emotional impact of what he was saying. It felt as though frightening a patient was of no consequence. I was visibly upset, terrified, and in tears, yet there was no attempt to calm me down or explain things in a professional manner. I left that office genuinely believing I was having a heart attack because of how aggressively and confidently it was presented to me. Even after an EKG at the office, did not indicate that I was having a heart attack, I was still sent to the emergency room. Out of fear, I followed the instructions and spent approximately eight hours in the ER. The outcome? No heart attack. No cardiac emergency. No life-threatening condition. The emergency room physicians determined that my symptoms were consistent with pulled and strained muscles caused by excessive coughing, including the muscles in my neck and chest area. After hours of fear, tears, anxiety, and emotional distress, I was told exactly what I suspected from the beginning. I understand that medical providers must be cautious when chest pain is involved. What I do not understand is how a healthcare professional can communicate in such an alarming, insensitive, and unprofessional manner. There is a significant difference between saying, "I want you evaluated further to be safe," and telling a patient they are having a heart attack before a thorough evaluation has been completed. No patient should leave a medical office traumatized. No patient should leave feeling like they were treated as an inconvenience. No patient should leave in tears because of the way a healthcare provider chose to communicate. My personal impression was that the situation was handled with poor judgment, poor communication, and a complete lack of empathy. I left feeling that my concerns were not thoughtfully evaluated and that the provider was more interested in rushing me out the door than actually treating me. Patients deserve professionalism, compassion, and careful communication. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things during this visit. This experience was frightening, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. I would never return to this provider, and I sincerely hope management reviews how patients are being treated because no one should walk into an urgent care for a pulled muscle and leave believing they may be dying.

Just a heads-up for anyone considering to have driving lessons at Casa Colina. The price for each driving lesson is now $225. It used to be $150 per session, but it increased around June or July. Another issue is that they require you to practice driving outside of your scheduled lessons. I was threatened that she may cancel my appointments if I don't practice driving. Even if you explain that you have a busy schedule or other commitments, they don't seem to be very understanding or willing to work with you. If you all want to be idiots on taking driving lessons at Casa Colina, it's ya'll funeral!

She was truly exceptional. Amber went above and beyond to make sure we were informed every step of the way. Whether it was changes in his care plan, updates on his progress, or just reassuring us during tough moments--she was always there with clear communication, kindness, and genuine concern. I never once felt like I was in the dark, and that peace of mind was priceless. My grandfather made incredible progress during his time there, and I believe the support and care he received played a huge role in that.
