They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.

From there they tried to sell me another service. I was not against the other service that they offered, but i wanted to hear more in detail about it. The bad experience stated here. I asked to speak to the tech about it, and they refused to let me speak to the tech and give me more detail on what i was paying for. and it left a bad taste and my mouth but i took it for a grain of salt and assumed i was over reacting. later in the day after receiving my car back my girl noticed that our seat would no longer adjust and the button for the seat was pushed in. I then called the shop to find solution. they then tried to charge me another 100 diagnostic to check the situation rather then just looking at the seat that was damaged after. I took it to the shop to talk to the owner and he yelled in my face as i remained professional and calm as i had my work gear on and could not make my employer look bad,and i have it all recorded. At parts i asked him why is he yelling when i remained calm. He then digressed and then went back to yelling. Probably the most frustrating experiencing i ever had. It was like talking to a controlling parent. He even asked the lady he she can stop helping us to cash him out. He is a racists disrespectful person that allows greed to get in his way. I would rather go elsewhere for service than here. He has so many cars that just sits there untouched for weeks. He cant even keep any employees. I have seen so many people working here and they all leave a few weeks later. When they finally contacted me, they provided a $1,403 estimate claiming internal transmission issues such as "shift bushings needing replacement," along with clutch and slave cylinder labor. Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.

Did not work After some communications with Westinghouse we were directed to R&E Small Engine in Spring Texas. They asked all the right questions and ended up picking up the unit. After just one day, Tom contacted us and explained that: the unit worked very well on propane and gasoline. Natural gas has its typical issues when using, like irregular pressures, (un) steady flow, type and size of fittings, etc etc. They brought the unit back and all is well now. In short: great service, great professional and personal people. I surely do appreciate them and highly recommend them.
