We found Bob (super helpful older gentleman) inside the pro shop. He helped us get our membership set up and gave us all kinds of useful information. He's definitely the guy to talk to if you have a question about anything it seems. The pro shop is small but packed with tons of awesome stuff. Everything you might need (or want) is in here. You could spend quite a bit of time discovering all the cool stuff (not speaking from experience or anything). ;) We did not eat at the bar/food area, so I cannot speak to that. The bathrooms were minimalist and clean. Overall, the place seems pretty decent. I will update my review after using the range a few times.

The entire process took over two hours.Despite successfully passing the federal background check, signing all paperwork, and verifying the serial numbers, the employee ultimately refused to release my firearms. His only justification was that I verbally confirmed I bought a shotgun and a pistol--the exact items on my receipt.
