This employee demonstrated severe cognitive difficulties, repeatedly losing his pencil, misplacing my ID, and completely disappearing for 20 minutes. The entire process took over two hours.Despite successfully passing the federal background check, signing all paperwork, and verifying the serial numbers, the employee ultimately refused to release my firearms. His only justification was that I verbally confirmed I bought a shotgun and a pistol--the exact items on my receipt.
