Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages. We rescheduled, and then they didn't show up for the next one, nor the next one, an so on. This happened around 12 times over a period of two months! Eventually, the office administrator gave me the direct phone number for her boss, Reggie, because even she couldn't get hold of him anymore. Every time there was a different excuse: he was "driving back from Florida," dealing with "an emergency with an employee in Florida," had to leave "for Florida," and so on. There was always another excuse. One day, his crew finally showed up and installed some of the window screens. However, they had to wait six hours for him to arrive to bring the material. Then we discovered that several of the screens didn't fit because he had measured them incorrectly. None of the large sliding door screens were even ready. Eventually, I'd had enough and demanded a refund for the unfinished work and the screens we never received. He promised again that he would come and complete the installation, even confirming it by email, but he never showed up. He repeated this two more times. Finally, I told him I was done and wanted our money back. His response was to hang up on me! And now, it shows that their business is "permanently closed" and I'm left to figure out how I'll get a refund from them!
