Try calling the company? AI hangs up on you now. Try leaving a message? Well if you say more than a sentence, AI hangs up on you. Try correcting the now incorrect address? You can't do that. I guess they do well selling at the dollar store. I've written emails, tried leaving phone messages, all I get is robots or hang ups. They are not BBB accredited.

I love that you can work with them to come up with your own dye color for your yarn and can pick from a variety of wool types! I ended up purchasing 3 skeins of baby camel + silk yarn that wasn't dyed because the natural color was so gorgeous! The skeins they have for sale that are already dyed range from low 20s to low 40s, so it is more artisan pricing. You can shop for housewares, local foods, boutique clothing and jewelry, toys, Lake Life and Lake Norman local gifty items, like tshirts, pillows, tea towels, etc. There is so much to look at here, and trust me, you will find something you love! The staff there is very friendly and the store is so well stocked. The prices are very fair compared to other boutique style stores, but I'd say the Village Store has the biggest selection of home and gift items in the Lake area. They have begun putting out their fall decor, and they really have some beautiful displays during the Christmas season. I really enjoy shopping here.
