Our home was built in the 90's so we had extensive remodeling done, including moving a couple of walls and relocating major appliances. Randy was able to make a couple of suggestions that made a well-designed kitchen great. There was one item that I insisted on and he warned me about. After it was built and installed, I saw that he had been right and it was a bit of an eye sore. I asked him to help fix it and he made a redesign suggestion that fixed the problem at a very minimal cost. I interviewed and met several contractors before Classic Cabinets and learned that it is very difficult to get a good contractor to quote and show up on time. Randy's people are exceptional and he also works with a general contractor when needed. This makes using him for a remodel a no- brainer! By the way, I contacted him based on the recommendation of a very good friend of mine whose kitchen he had recently redone a few months earlier. In order to integrate our new 54-inch professional hood, we needed a 16-inch deep cabinet created and installed at the ceiling. Additionally, we'd removed an electric oven and were replacing it with a smaller speed microwave. A couple of businesses had proposed to build and install the cabinets, but the prices were high and the timing wasn't working with our needs. As a last-ditch effort, we posted our project on Thumbtack. When Doug Taylor replied to our request, we were cautiously optimistic about his availability and pricing. Needless to say, he did not disappoint us in the slightest. Doug is not only professional, prompt, and responsive, he is a true craftsman and artist. His measurements were meticulous and the cabinets and trim he constructed to fit into our existing kitchen look like they were made alongside their companion cabinetry. Their quote was competitive, and while they're not the cheapest option out there, they use top-quality products. My roof actually ended up as an upgrade from what I had before. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was easy. Timely estimate, great communication, and a crew that was both friendly and efficient. I have a large roof, and they showed up early, knocked the whole job out in a single day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that my landscaping might have actually looked a little better after they left. I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.

I asked Bobby if he installs doors--he said yes He gave me a price which was $1500 He wanted $750 up front which i gave him (big mistake) He never did give me a date or time he would start I called him-- set a date still thinking positive He arrived with two other workers They removed the doors Bobby took them and never came back the guy s were working and I assumed it was going well By the way they arrived at 12 noon Dereck appeared to be the head worker he was telling they were going to Hueston woods for bobbys daughters bday Anyway they were getting ready to leave around 2:30 - 3:30 I had forgotten to get door handles which Lowes isn't far But they were leaving they didnt clean up They took one of the screen doors to the garage That was very disturbing for me I was going to install door handles Anyway Dereck came back the next day He got to working around 9:30 I just assumed it was going well But at around 10:40 he said he had to meet his wife and then was going to Lowes for supplies he would be back in 20 min it turned into an hour and ahalf During that time i started looking at the work It was not good!!!! It became very clear that he was not a door installer Nothing lined up right And Bobby still has not come by to see how it was going Eventually i told Derek he could go Derek is a nice guy but i dont think he had much experience installing doors I had read earlier today that he Warranties his work and guarantees it and the customer satisfaction is the most important part of his company He might say that but he has shown NO customer service to me He charged me 1500 dollars for about 5 hours work and very poor work
