Went in today and had a great experience. Once you understand their business model, all is good. They had just opened and we were greeted by Luis, who was finishing with another customer. Shortly after, met with us and confirmed the car was in stock. He advised us of the additional theft protection cost and if we were going to finance to get qualified prior to test drive (we were paying cash). He walked us out to see it, opened and started it up. He was happy to move other cars to let us drive, but we declined. When I asked about the time frame from looking to drive off, he said it'd be 3 hours (test drive, paperwork and car detail). The car we looked at hadn't been detailed and won't until purchase (part of their model). Luis was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I made an appointment on line via Offer Up after me messaged multiple times to come see a vehicle advertised. Unbeknownst to me all the names contacting me setting up appointments were fake AI'd sale people, I drove 40 minutes during the appointment "window" not only to find no such vehicle on the lot but a poorly staffed car sales facility with. o one available to assist, but business was booming apparently w/ clients in all the sales rooms apparently. So I called the dealership phone number and guess what more AI "salespeople" to "assist". I asked to speak to a "rep" they transferred me to a call center that took my information and told me I'd get a call back. I went back on Offer up trying to communicate my frustration traveling a long way aimlessly the AI said Thank you for input it will be added to my request. 15 minutes later, yeah I was dumb enough to stick around a lady named Debbie introducing herself as an assistant manager advised what was my issue. I advised I had mad an appoint on offer up but now guessing was all a "shamed up" AI'd propaganda correspondence to get me to drive 7 cities to get here to look over the whole lot unassisted just to find the car no where in site. She listened and then responded iyeah AI likely incident with no apology but just quipped yeah it's probably at the wherehouse "great so not available to view at the lot(me)" and "...what I wanted to know about it...?". Did I not say I travelled long and far to SEE it? I was done she obviously hadn't a clue about my frustration being wrongfully mislead by their AI'd software that I was distraught having wasted my time and day spent frivolously waking their lot like an idiot unsuccessful that I had long travelled just expecting some resemblance of customer service, Insaid don't bother it has been too exhausting at this point to buy from you, good day, to which she gladly replied " yeah good day!!@. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Horrible experience at Premium Autos and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I called ahead, spoke with someone from their "internet sales" team, and confirmed the availability of a Tesla at their Norco location. I even verified that we could discuss pricing when I arrived. They told me to come in and speak with Caroline.. since the internet sales team doesn't handle in-person transactions. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be greeted by an unprofessional young salesman who immediately told me I couldn't test drive any cars until we verified financing and pricing. I asked for Caroline and he wrote it off like it doesn't matter who we talk to and he could help me. I asked about the Tesla I came for, and after searching the lot, we found it, but the price was different from what was listed online. He then took me inside to his computer and said the price was firm, refusing to address the discrepancy. When I explained it wasn't in my budget, he shrugged it off and started showing me other cars, mainly base Model 3s. Most of the Model Ys listed on their website weren't even available. They were either sold, hadn't arrived yet, or were still at auction. Why tf is it listed with pictures if it's still at the auction? The cars he did show me were base Model 3s with high mileage or severe cosmetic damage, all at ridiculous prices.. conveniently priced the same as "cars" they used lured us in. It felt like he was deliberately avoiding showing me better options like long-range Model 3s with decent/low mileage. Instead, he kept pushing overpriced base models or high-mileage vehicles that weren't worth it. This whole experience felt like a complete bait-and-switch. Their website listings are clearly designed to lure you in, but once you're there, they try to sell you overpriced junk. To make matters worse, they tack on thousands of dollars in unwanted add-ons to your "out-the-door" price. $800 in documentation fees? $2000 for anti-theft stickers? You've gotta be kidding me. I ended up walking out and going to the dealership across the street instead. Interestingly enough, they told me they hear complaints about this place all the time. Save yourself the time and frustration. Avoid this circus of a "dealership" at all costs. They claim to have a "Carmax Model" but their actual model is using fake listings as fishing lures to trap buyers, running your credit without letting you test drive the car, and financing their junk inventory. I toy the sales staff went home? Yet here you are. First they were $3,000 under KBB value on a trade in, then they attempted to add on $2,000 in security add one. Once I informed him that that was ILLEGAL, he said that can't sell you the car without it. I reminded him that it was ILLEGAL and showed him the California law that says so. After calling multiple times throughout the day, we were greeted with an AI bot and probably an hour of hold music collectively. Their hours are not listed correctly anywhere. We saw information from on their website, Apple Maps and their AI bot stating that they were open until 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00. We took a chance and showed up at 4:45 on our way out of town. A very MEAN, NASTY WOMAN immediately greeted us at the locked door signaling that they were closed. We let her know that we had been calling and that they were not answering all day. She proceeded to CUSS AT US and storm away from the door. She then refused to give us her name stating it was "None of your business". Are these the kinds of people ownership wants representing their company? This was a $25,000 MISTAKE as we were ready to test drive the car and drive it 6 hours back home. Incompetent businesses like this do not deserve your business. I strongly advise you to shop elsewhere. Oh my goodness where to even start with these people! We've been looking for a Tesla model X for about two months now thankfully I bought with someone else that was absolutely wonderful but these guys I called them and kept getting a robot and then I called again at better hours I guess and I finally spoke with someone and she took down my information and she was nice and she said she'd have a manager call out And then it was like another day and the manager finally called me back but when she called me back. I went to answer the phone. I said hello and she hung up immediately. So I called back again and I said hey I just got disconnected from the manager. It might've been an accident. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was really nice and they said oh thank you. Our phone services have been down for a couple of weeks and everyone's been really mad with us so thank you for being nice and understanding and I was like oh yeah no problem. Things happen. I never got a call back from that manager so then the next day my husband called and he got through to the same lady and she said oh we'll have a manager give you a call back and the manager called my husband back and I had explained to them that I had already called and I haven't been able to talk to the manager yet and then she called my husband and my husband was asking very basic questions about the car since we were out of state asking if we could do a virtual tour of it or asking if we could do a FaceTime video together to see the car and she was flat out so rude to him And basically told him that if he wanted the car it was gonna be as is and they do extra charges of $3000 for all of these different things that they all put on all of the cars even though it's a Tesla and it's for if your car gets stolen and all of this stuff and he's like well that's fine but what about like the damage on it and she's like it is as is and if you don't want it that's fine and hung up on him. So I was really interested in the car so I called again the next day and I got the manager and she asked how early I can buy and I said I can buy this week. I asked what it was and they told me it was a basically a sticker that is helpful against theft. I told them I didn't care about this sticker and I wanted that charge and the sticker removed.
