Believe the other bad reviews. Drove out for an appointment to see a specific car that's been on their lot for 200 days, only to wait for over 20 minutes to be seen. Immediately the sales guy told us that the cost was much higher than what was advertised and that there was absolutely nothing he could do to lower it, despite the vehicle being in a serious accident, being recovered from being stolen, and being a rental vehicle. This dealership was extremely disappointing. They added a $2,000 theft protection fee to the car price without clearly informing me. When you are asked to sign a large stack of documents, they do not explain the details, making it very easy to sign without fully realizing what you are agreeing to. After the deal was completed, they refused to refund this fee. You must carefully review every single document they ask you to sign -- including whether the vehicle is an accident car or an auction car. They will not proactively disclose this information, yet you end up signing papers stating that you "acknowledge and are aware of the vehicle history." Once that happens, you are forced to accept the loss. If you don't want to waste money unnecessarily, be extremely cautious with their paperwork. BUYER BEWARE. I wish i had read these reviews before i dealt with this place. After a week of conversing on the phone and via text, I drove 66 miles to the shop for a test drive and hopefully a purchase.. I arrived and no-one helped me. I texted my contact Mark and told him i was there and unable to locate him. After consistent immediate responses, he was suddenly no longer responding. I knocked on the door of a man sitting in an office playing on his phone, and asked to meet Mark, and he said "I can call him, but you deal with any of the sales people." When i finally sat with a sales person, I was told about the non-negotiable $2000 anti-theft tracking device added to the purchase cost of each car, (which i explained to Mark that I would not pay almost a week ago) and the fact that they include sales tax based on the purchasers zip code and not the location of the shop, (legal but incredible shady), and that there was no guarantee that these cars wouldn't need more work/repair in the near future . The biggest shock came when I asked why i hadn't met Mark yet who i had been conversing with the week prior including a 10 min phone convo, and was told that Mark is an A.I. Robot. I told them I was incredibly uncomfortable and I realized I had had enough deceit from one place. I thanked the gentlemen for his time and drove the 66 miles home. You've been warned. The dealership confirmed my appt and confirmed the 2 Tesla's that I wanted to see were available at this Norco Dealership. I arrived 2 minutes before 3pm no one was around to help me. They were all busy doing something. People were Waiting for help like waiting on Government food stamps. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and called back the number I had set appt through and finally someone came out to help me. This is when things got really stupid. The sale manager on duty at this time was a rude Guy that did not want to help anyone. Others were getting the same treatment. he was acting like he was on speed or crystal meth? (which I learned from the show cops). Then, a Girl finally helped me and I learned both the cars I came to see were gone. I found another I wanted to test drive. They want to run my credit. However, I am paying cash. And was never offered the test drive After I drove 100 miles to this appt.. All the cars were covered in Mud like dirt most with dead batteries. Then she gave me the quote for a cash buy, I have the 20k in my pocket and I see a charge $2,000. for anti-theft road advantage fee? This is so they can track down the car for repossession purposes. What the heck? I'm paying cash and they say I have to pay that fee. I just found out that it is unlawful, and Tesla does not approve of this fee. Yet this dealership gets used Tesla's from Tesla. Went in today and had a great experience. Once you understand their business model, all is good. They had just opened and we were greeted by Luis, who was finishing with another customer. Shortly after, met with us and confirmed the car was in stock. He advised us of the additional theft protection cost and if we were going to finance to get qualified prior to test drive (we were paying cash). He walked us out to see it, opened and started it up. He was happy to move other cars to let us drive, but we declined. When I asked about the time frame from looking to drive off, he said it'd be 3 hours (test drive, paperwork and car detail). BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Horrible experience at Premium Autos and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I called ahead, spoke with someone from their "internet sales" team, and confirmed the availability of a Tesla at their Norco location. I even verified that we could discuss pricing when I arrived. They told me to come in and speak with Caroline.. since the internet sales team doesn't handle in-person transactions. I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be greeted by an unprofessional young salesman who immediately told me I couldn't test drive any cars until we verified financing and pricing. I asked for Caroline and he wrote it off like it doesn't matter who we talk to and he could help me. I asked about the Tesla I came for, and after searching the lot, we found it, but the price was different from what was listed online. He then took me inside to his computer and said the price was firm, refusing to address the discrepancy. When I explained it wasn't in my budget, he shrugged it off and started showing me other cars, mainly base Model 3s. Most of the Model Ys listed on their website weren't even available. They were either sold, hadn't arrived yet, or were still at auction. Why tf is it listed with pictures if it's still at the auction? The cars he did show me were base Model 3s with high mileage or severe cosmetic damage, all at ridiculous prices.. conveniently priced the same as "cars" they used lured us in. It felt like he was deliberately avoiding showing me better options like long-range Model 3s with decent/low mileage. Instead, he kept pushing overpriced base models or high-mileage vehicles that weren't worth it. This whole experience felt like a complete bait-and-switch. Their website listings are clearly designed to lure you in, but once you're there, they try to sell you overpriced junk. To make matters worse, they tack on thousands of dollars in unwanted add-ons to your "out-the-door" price. $800 in documentation fees? $2000 for anti-theft stickers? You've gotta be kidding me. I ended up walking out and going to the dealership across the street instead. Interestingly enough, they told me they hear complaints about this place all the time. Save yourself the time and frustration. Avoid this circus of a "dealership" at all costs. They claim to have a "Carmax Model" but their actual model is using fake listings as fishing lures to trap buyers, running your credit without letting you test drive the car, and financing their junk inventory. Once I informed him that that was ILLEGAL, he said that can't sell you the car without it. I reminded him that it was ILLEGAL and showed him the California law that says so. We saw information from on their website, Apple Maps and their AI bot stating that they were open until 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00. We took a chance and showed up at 4:45 on our way out of town. A very MEAN, NASTY WOMAN immediately greeted us at the locked door signaling that they were closed. We let her know that we had been calling and that they were not answering all day. She proceeded to CUSS AT US and storm away from the door. She then refused to give us her name stating it was "None of your business". Are these the kinds of people ownership wants representing their company? This was a $25,000 MISTAKE as we were ready to test drive the car and drive it 6 hours back home.
