First of all, Bryce and Nadra are quality people. From beginning to end they treated us with the utmost professionalism. They were flexible as our plans and kitchen layout changed and never pushed back on anything we wanted. I rate the quality of the cabinets and installation as good. Call it a "B". The structure of the units are very good and the paint finish is adequate. Dovetail drawers and plywood cabinets. The door and drawer fronts are MDF, but this is preferred on painted cabinets. The stain grade product is all wood. All soft close hinges and glides. The paint job on the ones we chose was just OK. This was fine with us since we could not find any cabinet at any dealer at any price that had the exact shade of white my wife wanted. We plan on having them repainted once the whole house is complete. We met with a painter prior to purchasing who said he could make them beautiful and durable. The real kicker with these guys is the price. Literally half the price of similar product at Home Depot. Give em a shot! read more

We are redoing our kitchen and all flooring after a water leak which caused extensive damage. I came across Premium cabinets ad and compared them to couple of other quotes I had received. We visited their show room, met with Bryce and chose to move forward with them. They coordinated the counter top and flooring for us as well. Cabinets are good quality and for a reasonable price. After a very negative experience with Premium Cabinets in Ontario, my wife called this company to see if Iwe could work with them since we refuse to do business with Stephen in Ontario for many reasons including dishonesty, failure to communicate, and his anger problem. She was told that Bryce would call back to let her know if that is possible since it's a franchise. After 3 days and 4 attempts to reach him, she finally caught up with Bryce. According to our phone records, he dialed her number ONCE but didn't leave a message. He was extremely rude and nasty to her and said he had called her "numerous" times! He then said he was not interested in our business because Stephen told him that he told us to find someone else to do our kitchen remodel because we didn't like his prices; then he hung up on her! Lies, lies, and more lies; apparently that runs in the "family". For the record, we did not have a problem with the cabinet prices. Otherwise, why would we bother to call another Premium Cabinets?!!
