After two visits, our installer told us he had been to Premium Cabinets and suggested we check them out. As other reviews have stated, I could not be happier with our experience. You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. In addition to a top shelf customer experience all the way around, their price was within $100 of Builders Surplus!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it; our highest recommendation.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

ROK then required someone from their shop come out and measure to ensure the design would fit and some changes were made. We then proceeded to place an order for the cabinets. Up to this point everything was fine. We had been given the impression that the cabinets would come as modular components that our contractor then would install. We were quite surprised then to receive unassembled cabinets in flat boxes (think ikea). This despite the website (see photo) advertising free delivery and assembly. When we asked the customer service representative Courtney she informed us assembly was not standard but that it was available for an additional fee. Additionally, when our contractor went to pick up the order it was brought out on a pallet and dropped at his truck and when he asked for loading assistance he was refused. We have been trying to reach someone at the business for the last 5 days to try and reach an accommodation . We have left messages for Courtney and Sean but they will not return our calls. Overall a bad experience and I can' even review the cabinets yet.

They understood the urgency, especially since we had no functioning kitchen sink, and went above and beyond to help. Rather than making me wait even longer, they personally arranged to carry the sink and deliver it directly to my doorstep on Friday (same day) . That level of customer care is rare these days. While the shipping issues were outside of their control, Reece took ownership of the situation and did everything they could to make it right. Because of their efforts, we had our sink in time for the weekend and could finally move forward with our kitchen. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Refused to refund 5k of warped product. My husband and I bought 2300 sqft worth of floor from Floor and Decor after purchase we have the floor alcoate to the house. When the installer come out to the house we found the 4 consecutive boxes of floors was warped and the inter locking piece would were braking off, and there was 1/8 of an inch off in the center of all the piece. We brought the four boxes that we had opened to Floor and Decor and talked to the assistance manager Blake. After reviewing the floor with Blake we were told that we had approval to return the floor but we bring it back the next day because we needed to get a truck to return it. The next day I arrive at the store to return the product. Blake and two other manager of the store now tell me I am unable to return the product after have a discussion with him the previous day. The manager tells me that the will not return the product that I is my fault the product is warped not the manufacture. Which lead to a the first heated discussion that I would have brought the floor back if I had not had approval from the previous day and both the manager and assistant managers approved this. So they unload the floor and tell me I need to go up front for my refund. One of the two managers Dino says, issues the refund and get this bitch out of here. I get up front and tell the cashier that I recommend that a manager be present because we already had and issue 30 min ago and they will likely need to override the system. They refuse to come up and have the cashier process the refund, the refund is denied. They claim well you do not have a receipt, I have the receipt in hand, they tell me my card is expired, I have the card in hand. They make be call some number to find out why it was declined the person on the phone is saying that its because I do not have receipt and the manager at the store can override it and issue the refund. I have the cashier call the managers up again. They tell me there is nothing they can do that they will lose their job. They have already taken the product back but will not issue my $5k refund. I ask them to call corporate to figure this out or that I need the branch manager because they are 19 and have no customer service skill and I would like my money that they have already told me I would be getting back, mind you they have already taken the product. After make a huge scene at this point because they are refusing to help me, making no attempt to get my money back, not calling corporate or a branch manager. The other manager who told me she would not issue the refund enters the receipt in the computer system and overrides the refund so I am able to get my money back. She tells me that I am overreacting about not getting $5k back. She then tells me to get out of the store and that I am never welcome back. read more

My contractor had recommended Floor Decor to us for our bathroom renovation. There's a bright light at the store level despite the difficulties, an impossibility, to get through anyone via phone. Our Nucore order was still not complete after 10 days since order placement (only one box had arrived). Pressure was on with my contractor already started work. My store visit was to see about the status of the order since I couldn't reach anyone over the phone after numerous attempts. I also had to pick up miscellaneous items for the renovation. Kamar and Tyrone at you Paramus location saved the day during our store visit. Kamar was friendly, professional and offered the best service rival pricey department stores. His service was over and above our expectations in helping us to locate an item that was placed unreachable high on the shelve, figured out the quantity that was appropriate for the bathroom square footage, located another item that was out of stock in Paramus while available in Elizabeth. Teamed us with Tyrone who gladly matched a close color to our partially available Ducore plank order along with matching pre-finished moldings. Also note, Zimetra at the Elizabeth location helped as well to hold the items that was available there for an easy pick up. These valuable team members at your stores truly deserve recognition from your corporate office. Without them, I would probably never wanted to shop at Floor Decor having gone through the lack of phone service and late order delivery. read more

This review is about the Floor and Decor store in Brookhaven Atlanta. In particular, it is about the absolutely outstanding service I received from an employee named Eddie Smalls. This gentleman really went beyond the call of duty for his customer. I am a first time home buyer, which means there is a LOT that I don't know when it comes to renovations and materials; however, Eddie was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the things I should consider. Although I spent aproximately $18-20k for my solid hardwood floors, bathroom renovations, and other materials, I felt it was money well spent for the improvement of my home. Eddie even took time to come to my home to help me decide whether I should by the F&D hardwood or another type of flooring I was considering because I wasn't sure if the hardwood I was considering would work with my pine logs. Who does that?? The care he took, and by extension, Floor and Decor, says a lot about how they value customer service and the customer. Oh, another thing he did which was incredibly helpful, was when he learned I got screwed by some contractors, he pushed the delivery of my hardwood floors so that the new company I hired could finish the job before my floors were delivered. I have visited Floor and Decor in Alexandria VA several times to acquire marble for my bathroom remodel. There is a good selection to look at which is better than most places, but you should prepare yourself to find the items are not in stock there and be ready to have them shipped from other locations. But that does not matter if you cannot get anyone to help you. Customer Service was horrible until I met Laura Rose Wesley. The managers at Floor and Decor should look for more employees like Laura. I was very frustrated; the process to schedule someone to help you is flawed. With no appointment, she took the time to help me find the marble options that would work for my project, and she went way above and beyond checking their stock, she called the stores that showed they had the product I needed in stock and had them do a visual to confirm it was there before I made the purchase, and when we went to pick up the product, it was there. She stayed with my order through the checkout, and helped to load the pieces I was carrying with me to my car. She provided advice and gave me tips that were useful. I am seasoned at remodel projects, so I know not to expect perfect in the experience. Laura was pleasant, patient, and tenacious. She changed my view of Floor and Decor. Personality matters. We went to the showroom to receive a estimate on Flooring. After setting up a measure with Floor & Décor a representative arrived to our home to complete the measure. We signed a contract with this individual thinking they are a employee of Floor and Décor. We went to the showroom and this same individual help us through the store. We completed the sale with this individual. Paid for the Material and 50% of the installation estimate. They started the Job and the installer needed his delivery fee before dropping off material. They started the installation and half way completed came to us asking for more money. The floor needs to be level and they wanted another $400.00 At this point we said ok and late received a invoice for 20% addition $475. The job was completed and we went back to Floor Décor to pay the balance and discuss the increases. They informed us that they have nothing to do with the install that Home Décor uses subcontractor for their installs they are not liable and they only sell the products. They allow the subcontractor to work in their stores like associate's and other employee representatives. We will use Home Depot or Lowes in the Future read more

Store manager and staff very friendly and helpful. They definitely help where things are within their control. Where things went wrong are Quality and Quality Checks. We purchased tile online in October after visiting the store and selecting our preferred tile. We picked up the tile at the store once it was in stock. We did a quality check at our house prior to installation. Everything seemed okay until all tile was installed. That's when we discovered the discoloration in the tile. The tile had green streaks in it, which was not expected per the store display and online photos. We filed a Claim Escalation with Floor & Decor in November 2020. It is March 2021 and it is still not resolved. The Customer Care Center / Escalations is a hot mess. No management, no communication, no accountability, no follow through. No one is taking responsibility for quality checks -- the tile never should have been sold to us or anyone. Our recommendation is to do a quality check of every piece of tile prior to purchasing and leaving the store. The local store can manage this sort of issue; headquarters or "Customer Care" cannot. read more

This place had shoddy products Last year, just over a year ago I had a slab leak. The entire downstairs flooring had to be replaced. My contractor sent me here. I told the sales associate helping us that we had dogs and cats (as do most people) and we needed something durable. Further, my downstairs is one large room so the floor extends into the kitchen. One year later and the floor is completely destroyed. It's peeling and splintering. I noted that the floor has a one year warranty so went back to floor and decor hoping for some restitution. They told me that I had to have a certified floor inspector inspect the floor and then send them the report. The inspector costs $325, but I was assured that I would be reimbursed as part of the claim. Well the inspector found that the use of the floor voided the warranty because I have pets. Seriously? Wtf. I'm now out the $10grand for the floor and installation, and $325 for the scam inspection. Hey Einstein: walking on the floor is fn normal use. Idk. Maybe you hang yours from your ceiling? Home Depot didn't have the product I wanted, went to Dal Tile and they were closed over Labor Day and then wanted an appointment the next weekend, no more loyalty to Dal - very inconvenient. Went to the F&D in Fullerton, people were helpful, job done great. Bathroom done. Looking to build an outdoor counter, so since Dal Tile was inconvenient, we went to the place where HGTV does their tile purchases on State College in Fullerton (next door). The manager told us he didn't have the time to show/measure/make something work, so we left (they obviously didn't want our business and overpriced). Drove by Irvine/Tustin location, just to look. Kelen and Allison were awesome (thank you and good luck to these two girls with their Design Degree/Work) - they spent the time to help us pick out tile, match it up with what we wanted to trim it with, loaded it up and entered our product for purchase; now we have our outdoor counter to our liking. My wife and I were a little overwhelmed when we first started looking in Floor and Decor. The inventory is IMMENSE! Luckily for us, an interior design representative named Julea Greenberg intercepted us, and the progress that we made was exponentially accelerated from there. She was definitively making choices based on our preferences in color, pattern and material, and her tastes were impeccable! Her efficiency was impressive to watch, and we could see that she LOVED what she was doing! If she saw any hesitancy on our part, she quickly found alternatives that she felt would more closely suit what we were looking for. She is a gifted young woman! Julea Greenberg might have been the most efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional Representative with which I have ever had the pleasure to work! My recent experience at the Floor & Decor location in Cypress, TX over the last few weeks has been outstanding. In addition to the large selection, excellent prices, and exclusive designs, everyone I spoke with were more than willing to take the time to help me. Cashiers Ceryne and Christopher were very pleasant and helped me check out quickly. I've never installed flooring, and Yousef took the time to answer my questions without rushing me even though it was at the end of the work day. On another day, I came in with many more questions. Juan, a manager, and Felix, another knowledgeable flooring expert, made me feel at ease by answering a wide range of questions while giving me advice from their personal experience. There are others I'd like to mention, but I don't remember their names. I went to floor and decor over the weekend at the request of my contractor in San Antonio. I walked into the Cypress, Tx store and found the first salesperson and asked for subway tile. Caitllan Rabun pointed me in the direction and off I went. I was trying to figure out ceramic vs porcelain when to my surprise, Caitlan found me and asked if I needed any more help. Not only did she help me with backsplash tile, but then she helped me find a tile for my floor that pulled the subtle colors out of the tile. Then, she called the San Antonio store to make sure they had what the computer said they should have, walked me to the register to make sure the two stores were communicating. In a world of "Its over there" and that's it, Caitlan went the extra mile. Today, my son and I went to Floor & Decor in Hampton, VA. We had been a few times without success in finding the tile I wanted. We had started the search again and had questions on tile that was on sale. A young lady whom we now know...Brittany K. was walking by and stopped to see if we needed help. From that point on we had the best experience! She went above and beyond with such a great wanting to help attitude along with a great smile. She checked the boxes of tile for any issues, she answered our questions and even help load the tile onto the cart. Once the tile was loaded she when right into did we need grout. I dont write yelp reviews. Im a general contractor. We install 1 - 2 floors every few weeks. I placed an order for my customers selected materials and was given a 7 - 10 day window for receipt of the materials. We planned the schedule around the receipt of the materials to minimize the inconvenience of our customer. When I called in to ask status at day 7, the person I spoke to in Santa Ana was not only rude but dismissed my questions of the order status basically saying I was a liar and all orders are 2 - 4 weeks, not 7-10 days. I had to call back to the customer service line to speak with someone pleasant enough to answer my questions and look into the order. Ill never recommend the Santa Ana store. Maybe other locations are different, but my experience here, as a professional contractor, is a joke. read more

Hampton, VA store. I went in there clueless about flooring. I figured to get some LVP but picked some out at another store that was expensive and was too flimsy. Better color, better quality, thicker with a cork back, and one the wife fell in love with. She was skeptical however, so we went back and Elijah helped us out there. He explained to my wife how the flooring was superior, despite its lower price. She was sold. Cheyenne in the designer help department is phenomenal! She has such an eye for decorating. One of the first things she selected for me was an unusual backsplash that I just loved. Then she went from place to place selecting other things I might like. It took 8 months to complete the townhouse we are building and we will move in about a month from now. My niece, who owns her own decorating company in Greenville, S.C. came down to help me make final decisions pulling the tile, flooring, cabinets, paint, and countertops together. Guess where the inspiration began? With that piece of backsplash Cheyenne had selected for me. The colors in that backsplash are used throughout my townhouse. These people kept putting me on hold and never ended up getting back to me as to where the tiles where or how I could track them. They guaranteed receiving the tiles in 7-10 business days and it has already been two weeks and no word or tiles received. They are extremely disorganized, half of the staff isnt in on a regular basis and they keep passing off the job to someone else to follow up. So every time I call in I have to speak with a different person and start from scratch to get no where! I still have no received my tiles. Extremely poor service and they do not perform on delivery. We ended up having to pay extra freight for shipment and they still couldn't get me the tiles on time!!! I would be extremely leary to use these guys if you have any deadline to meet. read more

I had a major remodeling project planned for my bathroom so I went to Floors & Decor to pick out my tile and other items. There was so much to choose from I was overwhelmed by the selection in the store so I started looking around to find the colors and patterns I wanted to use for the Bathroom. I was then assisted buy store associate Suzanne Leaman. Let me tell you she was great! She had fantastic ideas and was so good at matching up the colors and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Suzanne made the whole experience so much easier and I will definitely look to Floor & Decor for any future needs I may have because of her professional attitude and experience. My installer brought them the doors and was told I'd have to pay for replacements, but they'd discount the price, still leaving a cost of nearly 2k to replace doors that cracked at no fault of mine because they were 2 months outside of warranty. The manufacturer claimed that they cracked because of too quick of temperature fluctuations in my home. Not sure where they think I live, but I'm in the suburbs with a climate controlled home, and I keep my house within the same temperature range year round, just like every other person in America. If you want your cabinets to crack once the warranty expires then have to pay out of pocket for new ones, this is a great option for you.

In January 2026, we were having new quartz countertops installed and needed a sink. Normally, we would have just ordered something online and called it a day. Instead, we decided to visit the Kohler store, where we met Meika--and that decision made all the difference. First, her product knowledge was exceptional. She showed us the Billings workstation sink, a model I had seen online but likely would not have purchased on my own. In person, it was clear it was the perfect choice: beautiful color, smart design, and an exact fit for our cabinet. But the real test came on installation day. While installing the countertops, the installer noticed a scratch inside the sink that we hadn't seen before. We were scheduled to leave for a trip the following week and assumed we'd have to delay the entire install and wait for a replacement--an expensive and frustrating scenario. I called Meika, and she immediately took ownership of the problem. Within minutes, she set a solution in motion. Despite the fact that Kohler's East Coast offices were closing in 15 minutes, she somehow arranged for a brand-new replacement sink to be delivered to our home, on site, within two hours that same day.
