After having my Mercedes for 32 days due to someone rear-ending me, it was delivered dirty and with a chemical odor. The service advisor didn't notice any issues. Today, I had it detailed and saw paint specs on the windows, tire rims, hatchback seal, and a panel that wasn't properly sanded or painted. I'm now waiting for Geico to mediate or refer me elsewhere. United Collision deserves all the positive reviews, and honestly I'm surprised they don't have more. I chose them because they were recommended to me through Geico and had availability for me to drop my car off on a Saturday - I wanted to get the repairs going asap! The drop off was easy, the office was very nice and clean, and everybody was so nice and professional. Throughout the process of fixing my car, I received text updates and a status tracker so I could obsessively follow the progress, which I very much appreciated. It also showed how much the repairs were going to cost, so there was transparency the entire time. But the best part is that I got my car back EARLIER than expected! It was such a nice surprise and when I went to pick it up, my car looked brand new as they had cleaned it along with the repairs! I'm really very impressed by their business and staff. I had some damage to my front bumper from someone backing into my car. I love my car and love driving it. Whenever anything happens to it, I immediately get depressed and angry. I HATE it when my stuff is broken! I will lose sleep and worry over it even though I know there isn't anything I can do but wait for the outcome. I worked with my insurance provider and took my car here the very next day from when I found the damage. I was without a car for 1.5 weeks and everything was restored to original. Their shop is very clean and I think that makes a difference to the customer. Benjamin was my point of contact and he was exemplary with his communication and customer service. He answered all of my questions and gave me confidence that my car was going be taken care of. Actually, everyone I spoke to and dealt with was very professional and got things done without any hassle on my part. They do not know how to properly fix a 2023 Nissan z PROTOSPEC. I took my car after they "repaired" it to a dealership service and they found they did not properly repair my suspension. The suspension has several marks and ticks when replaced ...on these "new" parts (united Collision Specialists) they replaced on the itinerary: the automobile did not have these. Now I am stuck with a faulty repair and don't trust this body shop at all. I've contacted Sergio and he has made no effort to make this right . This is an update on the work performed by this sketchy shop. I take my vehicle to the dealership for some maintenance and have them do some inspections. The tech from the dealership called me to inform that the suspension is faulty and needs to be replaced...front only, control arms, and some bars. He asked if I had had the car repaired. I said yes the front suspension has been fixed along with front body repairs via body shop. Come to find out he said that the front suspension was not repaired correctly. I showed him the pdf of the specific repairs done on the vehicle, only to find out new parts weren't installed/installed correctly. The suspension is swaying and loose that could cause extra damage to the vehicle as well as being unsafe. With the 2023 Nissan Z Protospec there are special markings on some of the suspension parts when they are installed correctly. On this vehicle, these markings were not correlating to the "new parts" and "repair" done by United Collision Specilalists. I was somewhat happy when United Collision Specialists attempted to make things right but only to keep finding out they half assed/faulty repaired my vehicle. It is very frustrating when a business does a customer dirty and refuses to do quality work. Once again this shop seems to only care about poor quality work or trying to cut corners to enhance their pockets. This issue and situation is very unfair and unjust, even on higher end vehicles. read more

I'm new to the city and had no one else to call at the time . I called the nearest shop near me asking for help and they quickly sprung into action . Someone rear ended me after work. I got an appointment with United Collision through my insurance pretty much the next day. After the vehicle inspection, they called enterprise and had them pick me up from the shop so I could go get my rental. They fixed my car in less than 2 weeks and it looks great. I was able to leave my rental car at United Collision and drive home :) The whole experience was really seamless and convenient (unlike previous experiences I've had w/different repair shops) so I was relieved.
