Our real estate agent, who has been in the business for many years and flipped many, many homes over that time, suggested we use this painting company to literally paint every surface, including cabinets, inside a 3300 sq. ft. home. A man named Cesar heads the operation and he was really terrific to deal with...always pleasant and positive. Their work was excellent, and included dozens of little patch/repair jobs, with reapplication of texture before repainting. They also repaired and repainted some exterior stucco at the base of a wall where a 5" wide 15' to 20' long strip of stucco had decomposed. Everything they repaired and painted turned out looking really great. I recommend them highly, and best of all, their price was excellent. Cesar Sr. and Cesar Jr. are a great team. They recently painted all our exterior wood window trim and doors at an agreed price negotiated from Cesar Sr.'s initial estimate. When the job was completed, I was so pleased and satisfied, I voluntarily paid him his full original estimate. Approximately a week later, I asked him to return to repair and touch up one of the windows which had sun damage because of being on the side of the house which gets the worst sun. Cesar Jr. did the work and without being asked, checked each of the other windows on that east side for sun damage, and found three more window sills that needed repair. This was sun damage not easily seen and required partial removal of the window opening crank to detect. He and his father went that extra effort beyond work stated in the contract, and did the necessary repairs and paint at no additional charge; a testament to his fair pricing and great value. read more

Mr Chavez and his team just completed painting the exterior of our home. These painters are real professional and hard-working. They use very high quality materials and equipment to get the job done efficiently. It took 5 days for our project. One day later than agreed because of weather. I liked that rhey were timely in communicating from start to finish. Another helpful part of their service was with color and paint selection. My wife changed some of the trim color and easily got it done. Clean up was done each day very carefully. They hauled away their masking trash daily as well. The price for the entire job was below our expectation for such a superior result. This is the second time we've painted the house. Now I know what a good professional paint job looks like!
