Our sewer was backing up and flooded our basement last night. Thankfully Premium picked up and Adonis reached us within 30 minutes even though it was 1 AM. He was able to locate our sewer under all the water which we didn't even know where it was since we just moved in a few months ago. He was able to clear the sewer quickly and even helped us clean up. He also identified that our sewer was growing roots inside and a lot of debris which needs a proper cleaning to avoid damage in the future. We scheduled a water jet for next week. I had been putting off getting a hole in a pipe under my kitchen sink fixed for a few weeks. I had patched it on a temporary basis but I really needed the pipes replaced. I put out a request through YELP and in seconds was contacted by Adonis. He asked some questions, and quoted me a reasonable price for parts and materials. He came by that day and had the pipes fixed in no time. While doing this job he also noted that the valves under the sink need to be replaced (old plumbing). He said any able to take care of it then because the building has to shut off the water on the line. But when I get that sorted, I'm calling these guys to do the work. read more

Premium Sewer & Drain helped me by installing a Toto S550e (washlet/bidet) on a 2 piece Toto toilet. If you've seen the YouTube videos they make this project look "simple." Adonis arrived on time, asked me if I wanted him to take off his shoes, I gave him shoe covers and told him to leave them on. He worked diligently and had to take apart the toilet to install the hoses for the bidet. He tested the water flow/flush a few times to ensure there were no leaks, and also stayed with me while I fumbled through the instructions and pretty complex remote control for the bidet. After I gave him the ok, he cleaned up the area and thanked me. I was in shock because I'm the one who is thankful! He helped me with my bidet dreams ha ha! He also made a recommendation to update an older flush valve that has a longer than normal delay to fill the bowl. - we'll do this at a later time. Thank you PS&D, Adonis, you made my week! read more
