On Tuesday 05/14/2024 I came in with a possible sinus infection. I wasn't sure if my insurance was accepted so I did what anyone would do and asked the Receptionist if she could check. I was then told You can check when you upload it i'm doing something. I completely understand when it's busy but it was not. The office had just opened and quite frankly being met with an attitude when i'm the one just asking for help didn't make me want to stay. So if anyone needs urgent care go to Peachwood on Herndon & Peach the hospitality was great, truly a night and day difference. Hopefully this place can make some adjustments on the importance of their patients because i certainly won't be back! read more

Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this facility. I have now experienced this place three times and I will go to a hospital before I try here again. This most recent visit I did Telemed with a doctor. Obviously it was online yet the doctor was wearing a mask (I could see his door open so why not just shut it so I can understand what you are saying?) Before we got off the call I iterated, now this will go to my pharmacy, MixMed, correct? He said yes. Before I could even put in for an appointment, I had to fill out all this information. I had to put my pharmacy and I even cut and pasted the address to ensure there was no mistake. I was SO SICK. I needed to get my medicine. At 4:30, after someone failed to get the medicine for me as promised, I drove to the pharmacy feeling so sick I was crying. I was so out of it and MixMed helped me get the other prescribed items. Like I said - I was so out of it. I just paid and went home. When I got home I had all of my monthly meds but NONE of the COVID meds. I called the pharmacy and it had never been called in...after 5.5 hours. I called PUC and the guy says, "Oh, I'll send a message to the doctor." I explained how sick I was and I was crying. I said can't you call over to them. This is LITERALLY what happened to me last time. There is no sense of urgency or immediacy. NONE. They literally could care less about you as a patient. I waited another 30 minutes and called the pharmacy. Still no Rx. I called PUC back and got the same song and dance. I told him my pharmacy was closing in an hour and I absolutely needed to start my medicine. I asked why it was taking almost six hours to call in the RX. Again he stated he would "send" a message to the doctor. Again - no regard whatsoever for the sick patient that is a patron of their facility. I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager and he gave me a number. I called that number and was told the manager would call me back. Guess what - next day and STILL no call back. Later that evening I got a call from someone in a city 1.5 hours from my house telling me that the Rx had been called in long ago - to a complete different pharmacy. Had the guy answering the phone done ANYTHING to try to resolve this, I could have gone to the other pharmacy. Truly - you will regret going here if you do. Save yourself the trouble. I would have been better off waiting in the hospital waiting room than to deal with his joke of an urgent care. read more

Absolutely horrible. 3 weeks ago if you got a rapid test it was $120. They seemed to have seen that people were in need of this service and stuck on a $120 office visit in addition that is needed with the $120 Test itself. Absolutely miserable. Stay away. They can't do anything for you. I came in because I was having unbearable stomach pain and diarrhea for two weeks and I couldn't handle it anymore. The doctor took my temperature, told me I was fine, and tried to send me on my way. I had to twist his arm before he finally agreed to send me out for tests. He sent me for three diagnostic tests. They lost two of them, looked at the one test, and told me I was fine. I had to go in to request the actual printouts and point out to them "look, this says there are 5 pages and you've only given me 2". Even after that, the lady at the desk argued and insisted that the other 3 pages must have been blank. Finally I convinced someone else to look, and they found the missing pages. The doctor reviewed the full results, still told me I was fine, and cut me loose. I was in unbearable pain at this point, and was given no instructions; only a bill for $150. Even after charging me $150 upfront, they TWICE tried to bill my insurance ANOTHER $200. They won't help you here. They pretty much exist just to write doctor's notes for colds and provide urine tests for work. Anything beyond that, go elsewhere. read more

Went downhill since Dr Flores left. I haven't seen her at all. I've used this place a couple of time already due to convenience and every time we were not seen by Dr Flores, it was a nightmare! Thr first time I used it a couple of years ago, Dr green seen me. I had a mild cough. No other symptoms. I was fine other than needing something for a mild cough and an excuse letter for work since it was needed. Have me something for the cough but also asked if I needed prednisone. I told him. No. Then say, "I didn't think so." Not sure why he would ask me that. Then my daughter was seen last year by a female Indian nurse practitioner who gave her sulfa meds for a swollen lymph node and cold like sysymptoms. I thought it was odd as first line of treatment is usually azithromycin. Well it got worse so we had to take her to the ER where they gave her IV azithromycin which helped her significantly. Then 2 weeks ago, I went to get the lesion on my neck looked at and a different female Indian nurse practitioner quickly came in and told me I have a ring worm because it gets itchy when I sweat. She didn't even ask any questions. She just went based on what I wrote. However I even told her I get flare ups when I get stressed. I was hoping To get a steroid cream. Instead she gave me an antifungal cream AND antifungal pills to take for 2 weeks!!!! My lesion or rash got worse. Now i have to go see a real provider. They also no longer check your vitals and height manually. They tell u to do it yourself on a big piece of machine n the waiting room. I believe they were hiring incompetent medical assistants. Before they implemented this mission, their last medical assistants did not know what they were doing. They didn't even know how to check basic vitals. This place is not good. You will have to come back for an issue they did not address or go to a different urgent care. I do NOT recommend this place! read more

I have been here quite a few times and the doctors have been great but the staff is horrible. They are rude and very short tempered. I ask for answers and they snap back quickly with a smart remark. I've had enough this last time. We were called for lab results. When asked why the doctor didn't call to explain the results because we didn't understand them. She cut me off said that I had to pick up the lab results at their office and take them to my primary and she would not mail them to me because I was rude?? Then hung up on me. The receptionists are no better when I go they are rude as well. They have no idea what being kind is or how to provide good customer service. It seems like they get away with this kind of behavior and it's a shame because like I said the doctors have always been great. I had the best experience! I was suffering from what I assumed was Strep Throat but wanted to confirm so I could get some help and relief. The entire staff was so friendly and greeted each patient who walked in with a sincere smile and tone. The wait time in the waiting room was a little long, but that's to be expected at a walk-in clinic, so it was no problem. Your Care is Not Urgent to this staff. I waited four hours to be seen during a flu outbreak/season; however, the waiting room was not full considering the wait time. I kept asking the staff how much longer I would have to wait after each hour. The saddest was seeing the elderly waiting more than two-three hours; a couple became frustrated and finally left. The staff was not very concerned or professional, but they made sure they collected my co-pay before being taken back to an exam room where I proceeded to wait two more hours to see a nurse practitioner. It felt like, "Do not pass 'Go', without first paying." Tacky. The NP poked me three times to "get a good vein," stating that they had "blown a vein." I have never had problems giving blood or getting injections, and had just had a blood draw the week prior. I think it was definitely operator error. I came home with both arms bandaged, looking like I had been in a knife fight with an eventual huge black bruise on one forearm. Another observation was that there was a skeleton crew working that day, maybe two medical assistants and one NP in the back office. NOT acceptable during covid season and during day time hours. Staff appeared to not have any professional skills or communication skills that would help improve customer relations. One gal at the front desk was wearing a jacket that said, "Culiacan," on the back; no professional attire or uniforms were noted. I'd be embarrassed to work here. I will NEVER return. read more

The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I did not catch his name but he had an effeminate voice and had a really bad attitude towards me in case anyone is wondering who it might've been. I was respectful and kind to him in our conversation and he still chose to be rude the entire time. I don't trust people to do the right thing who are rude to complete strangers for no reason at all to do the right thing. Anyhow, I am a little strapped for cash and needed to cancel my rapid Covid test appointment because after doing a little research you can go to a place like Walgreens and they will do the PRC test for around $120. PUC was going to charge me over 2 hundo. I went in to get some lab work done for a medical clearance i paid $330 dollars. They did not clear me for surgery cause they said my liver enzymes were high. I had to pay another clinic who did clear me out. Months later i receive a bill from bioreference saying i owed $72 for s test that Premiun Urgent Care asked for. Keep in mind the day i went to get my lab work done i asked them for my total for all my lab and medical clearance they said it was $330 and i paid it in total that same day. I swear, these people either hate their jobs or just don't care for people. This is the second time I've been and each time, they can't diagnosed what's wrong. I took my 3 year here because he has what I thought might be mosquitoes bites all over his legs and a cough. The nurse told me I had to pick which one concerned me the most because the doctor won't discuss both. I told her I wasn't picking either since I was concerned his cough was related to his bites. Doctor comes in and could not pin point what was the red bumps were and said his cough sounded normal but to take him to the hospital if it gets worse. Not sure what happened to my review follow up of the other day but I am still totally aggravated by the lack of compassion your staff had for my daughter on July 3, 2023 when she could not stand out of a wheelchair to do her vitals and you left her, waiting in the waiting room for an hour And no one came out and took her vitals. I told the staff she could not stand, but no one came out to take care of her. Everyone else was taken care of like a suture here or a UTI. My daughter had sepsis when she left your urgent care after five minutes of being seen, blood pressure was 80/52 her heart rate was 160 and she was given a dissolvable Zofran ...the EMS was, totally surprised that you had not even started an IV for her. She was in the hospital 11 days 4 CT scans ll labs , drs etc ....she's doing well now with home health care but you did not give a crap about her condition when she was there .... You do not know what urgent care means, ....it means you take the sickest first!! . I have worked in the medical field for 47 years and cannot believe your lack of concern.... I will take screenshots of these reviews & your ' sorry for the inconvenience' response that makes me shake my head.. Do not call yourself an urgent care because you do not know what that means. I keep gi ving this place a chance and it continues to be the worst experience I've had. For a little back story, I get a false positive on a TB/PPD test so I get a chest Xray each year for my employment. Last year, this place handed me back my results with someone else's medical information written on it, Med recs, prescription information and their name. The lady at the front desk told me to take it home and use white out? More recently, over the last 2x weeks I have gone to their office twice, both early and first in line, I approach the counter and what do you know, "sorry our X-ray person isn't here, maybe they will be here at 12 we don't know". Then I call countless times, it forwards to a call center, and those people don't know either? I called today, to see if he/she was in so I could head down. The call center person told me no not today, maybe tomorrow. Then I asked will they be there? What time? I need to schedule my day appropriately. He tells me, Sir we open at 09:00 come then, I again ask, will the Xray tech be there, can you confirm. And again, oh no sorry sir we can't confirm if he will be there, but come down around 12 and see if he's there". Does no one at this place communicate? Can they offer a website or notification of Xray days? Can we ever actually call the provider instead of a call center then seems to not know what's going on? Im glad other people have had a good experience here, but for me this is the most unprofessional facility I've ever come across. If anyone from here, a Manager or Dr Green would like to contact me and let me know what day and time I can come in for an Xray that would be great.. In my opinion if you have other providers local to you, more than likely you should go there. Unfortunately I lost my insurance and this place not only charged me $120 to see a doctor, but then prescribed me a medication for my cold costing me $400.. the pharmacy advised me to have the doctor prescribe me a different generic Brand which would be cheaper. Urgent care said they would call a new prescription in, but never did, and now wants me to see another doctor for $120 co pay again. Don't waste your time with these people!! My son was really sick so I took him to premium urgent care. I walk in and the reception lady was very nice and helpful. Waited 10 minutes and were check in by the nurse. He was very nice and supportive. He gave my son three test and was never judgmental. He was very professional. 15 minutes later we saw Dr. Green. He was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The worst experience ever. They charged me double the cop pay and yet sent me a bill for $360 for service I didn't get including weight management and consulting with the physician which I didn't even see. My husbands employer sent our family to this urgent care as they are providing all first responders documentation of positive/ negative COVID testing within an hour. The receptionist who screens all patients for insurance called my husband back and told him our office visit is not covered through your insurance and was in a hurry to hang up. We were willing to pay out of pocket and she said that wasn't an option and hung up in a hurry. All of our first responder friends have received testing from this site and they have all paid out of pocket. Does not seem all staff is on the same page about information. It makes my stomach turn to think about how people are treated in such a delicate time of crisis. read more

This is not a good service for urgent care. You can't call them directly as calls get wired to someone externally for all locations. They said would get a call back yesterday, but I never did. Seem to be rude on phone and in person. Told me to come back again the next day to follow up on symptoms. Told me to go to the Riverpark location. Drove 45 minutes only to find out they were closed. Then I was told to go to the Clovis location. The wait on a Sunday at the clovis location is ridiculous. Been waiting over 2 hours. Receptionists and rude. I came to this clinic for a treatment advertised on the website--monoclonal antibody treatment (Regeneron). I filled out the form online, received a call back and was scheduled for an appointment at 11:30. After waiting for an hour, I was ushered in, made to pay $163 up front, submitted to a brief exam and rapid Covid test, then met Dr. Gardener. He offered me Paxlovil, which is not what I came for. He said the monoclonal antibody treatment was not available. I informed him that I had been misled, that I came for Regeneron. Dr. Gardener was very professional and kind, so this is not a bad review of him personally. I'm not at all impressed with this clinic, or my "bait and switch" experience. read more

Apparently this was an office staff issue, they do not have a good process of serving clients in order. I will never return to this business and will discourage all to not use their services. I was very, very, very impressed with this place. I'm not from the area and we were visiting for a wedding. I woke up at our hotel with an irritated eye.... nothing was in it, but it felt like it was constantly being scratched, and I couldn't open it all morning. We decided to get it checked out before the long drive home. It took some calling around to find a clinic that accepted my employer's insurance, and Anthem emailed me a list of clinics in the area that accepted my plan..... this was the only one listed. When we checked in, the receptionist told me that because my insurance card didn't list a particular medical group, they couldn't see me, but she wanted to do her best to make sure. She left several messages for her office manager, called Anthem, and asked me to forward her their email, We had to wait a while, but finally, she told me I could be seen. I don't understand medical insurance policies and I don't pretend to (and I'm an HR lady!) so I don't know what strings she had to pull, but I was really impressed by all of the effort she made to get me seen when she easily could have turned me away. The waiting room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Finally, when the doctor saw me, he was thorough and detailed. He did an eye wash to look for abrasions through a black light (which made it feel better immediately), didn't see anything major but prescribed some antibiotic eye drops so that we could get them anytime on the drive home if it acted up again. I was extremely impressed with the staff and especially Dr. Eric Green. I have 3 smaller children who have had ear infections to sports induced asthma. Prior to this facility opening I had taken my children to Fresno/Clovis medical centers who didn't have bedside manner as Premium Urgent Care. I had a concern of inner ear infection of my 5 year old son. From the moment I decided that I would take my son to Premium Urgent Care, to the moment I had medication to treat my son infection. One Hour. I have had my fair share of experiences with primary care physicians and urgent care. Recalling that experience, I have no doubt that Premium Urgent Care will reshape the culture of medicine in Fresno County. That said, I am middle class single father raising 3 boys who doesn't have a lot of free time due to my full time job. All without the hassle of booking weeks out, waiting in a clinic lobby and sterlized treatment room, Dr. Eric Green and his staff of physicians are very professional and give you the small town feeling. I had situation at CVS Pharmacy where the ear drops where 65.00$ for my co-pay, the pharmacist called Dr. Green and he changed the prescription within 15 minutes to a more cost efficient prescription for my son. After a draining experience at clinica sierra vista I just had to do SOMETHING for my little girl. She had a rash that was just NOT going away. Such a long story with clinica that I won't go into but the new doctor we are with recommended that we take her here. This place is next to the allergy doctor and they share a parking lot but there is tons of room. You won't have to squeeze in somewhere or park very far. The office is clean and the girls in the front were nice. I filled out a paper and sat down to wait. They have a tv up and a few storage ottomans that have toys inside for kids to play. There is a fair amount of seating and also a bathroom close by. They DO accept medi-cal, Cal viva, blue cross, whatever you have. I waited for an hour and a half which is what I expected. I haven't been to many offices where I didn't have to wait long. When we got in we waited another 20 mins to see the doctor. Again, I didn't care, as long as I got answers. The doc came in and knew right away what she needed. He sent over a prescription and I picked it up. Bada bing bada boom! This place is great. But don't EVER go to clinica sierra vista!! read more

Do not come here! They are breaking HIPAA Laws. I was supposed to have a covid test done at the Millburn location, but wanted to charge me over $200 so I cancelled and went to a free testing site. I was told they were going to get rid of my information since I was a new patient and I cancelled. This morning I woke up with a text calling me by a man named Zachary saying my results were in and even emailed me them. How do you manage to mix up people's information and give out someone's health records like this?! Now I need to make sure they didn't charge me for his test! I truly want to give this place the benefit of the doubt due to covid-19, high call volumes, and more patients than usual... although this gives no excuse for the receptionists (who sit at a desk all day and answer phones) to treat their patients with such utter disrespect. I arrived at 4:30 PM to their outdoor tent setup to get tested for covid-19. The DR. whom gave me my over the phone evaluation told me to arrive for my test anytime before 5:30 PM and that I would have my results within 20-30 mins. She also stated, if I don't receive a call within that time frame, to walk into the office and ask the receptionist for my results because they'd be ready. She explained the high call volumes and said they may not have the chance to call me right when my results were ready, so she gave me the option of walking in after 30 mins. MIND YOU this visit was $235 to receive your results within 20-30 minutes. I didn't mind the charge due to the fact that I couldn't return to work without negative results/VS. other clinics that take 3-7 days to receive your results. After about 45 mins of waiting, I decided to walk in (masked and gloved) waited in line, to get told, in a very rude and demeaning tone, "you need to wait outside until you're called", I then explained that the DR I spoke to told me that if you hadn't called me within 20-30 mins, I could walk in and get them. The receptionist looked at me like I was crazy, tisked her teeth, and told me "go wait outside until you're called" once again, in a very rude and cold tone. I tried explaining to her what the doctor stated to me over the phone about walking in if I've waited over 30 mins and once again she told me "go outside and wait" didn't ask for my name, nothing. After waiting another 20 minutes, I decided to try giving them a call. I called 2 times and it rang about 15 times, no answer. Called again after 5 more mins had passed, fax machine sound....by then, I'd had it. I walked back into the office, and the receptionist rudely said "was there something you needed?" Obviously lady!!! Their unprofessionalism was almost comical...who hired these women and what experience did this job title require? I then politely explained that I'd been waiting for over an hour for my results...the broad didn't even look up at me, asked me for my name (which I knew she didn't even take the time to listen to), pointed to the door and said "wait outside" very rudely as she stood up and rolled her eyes. This was also confusing because my boyfriend got tested around 5:00 and received his results before me! Finally I called them once more 20 mins later, they answered, told me my results were negative, and to drive by to have a nurse hand them off to me. I drove 30 minutes to get to that office, was treated poorly, AND charged $235 for test results within 20-30 minutes which in reality took over an hour in Fresno's 100 degree weather. I would've rather went to a clinic and waited 2-4 days for my results than pay $235 for results in "20 mins".... will never return, will tell all my friends and family about my experience. You'd think the receptionists would be more kind and understanding during these frightening times, guess not! I suggest hiring receptionists with more experience or maybe more training in the customer service department! Both of these receptionists were women in their late 30s-40s, hispanic, like myself and were working at 4:30 PM on Friday evening. PSA: I have zero symptoms so that can't be why they were treating me they way they were. 3 women were sitting in the cold office, while I was sent outside rudely.
