Instead of a normal response, he immediately acted dismissive and said, "we are not a bank," then completely looked away from me. I understand this isn't a bank, but there's no reason to be rude about a simple question. I even pointed that out to him, especially since I've spent a significant amount of money here in the past. The lack of basic customer service and respect was surprising and unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated for asking a simple question, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We got there at about 7 and something seemed off at first. We walked in to the score of a Harry Potter movie blasting. It turns out we picked music trivia night. It was actually kinda nice as we both are kinda good at it. The bartender got our drinks over right away. It was a full bar but the crew was on top of things. We hung out for a couple hours, guessing correctly on many songs, and enjoying the happy vibes here. It's in a good spot and is supposed to have decent food, maybe we will try that next time we are back.
