I have had some really great blowouts here and some average ones, but today I got none…read more I have been a BarFly member for 4 years and visit this location pretty regularly. I arrived within the grace period for my appointment after fighting through all the construction traffic near the salon and was told by Liz/Lis at the front desk that I would not be accommodated, it was Friday what did I expect, and that she couldn't do anything about it. I offered a wash and rough dry. No. I offered a wash and get as far as you can on a straight blowout in 30 minutes. No.I asked for a reschedule. Nope. I asked to wait. Probably not - she would only work me in if she had a full on cancel (never mind the multiple stylists that were sitting in the back when I got there). I was told dry style (which my hair was not ready for) was the only option and because I didn't want that I needed to move aside and I was wasting her time. At that point it was clear that waiting and dry style were no longer options for me. The eye-rolling from the front desk was the cherry on top. Cancelled my membership after four years and going to start booking at a local salon instead.

Showed up 12 minutes late to a condescending front desk person that had zero empathy when I tried to checkin and instead went right to her best nasal fake girl voice to say "our policy is 10 minutes we can't take you for another two hours" (repeatedly as I tried to explain the situation). I completely understand how being late can throw other schedules off , but sounds like in two hours you'll have a buffer to make up that 2 minutes and maybe just maybe offer something for the service I'm now going to have to pay for anyways. Like the quicker blowout or dry styling. I love getting my hair done here, but the customer service has always been awful.

Such a lovely experience with Miranda! I really don't expect much but heard of the promo for new…read moreclients! $25 blowouts (select days). It was truly a great experience! The salon is clean, lovely and welcoming. They validate your parking if you park at the garage so no worries! Make sure you know your license plate. When I got here, they gave me robes to put on which was nice. Miranda was so gracious and easy going, I felt comfortable! She gave me a deep conditioner for my hair and an absolutely beautiful round brush blowout! I will be back!

10/10. Do yourself a favor and book with Kat B! She's great at her craft. She gave me a few different options depending on how much I wanted to cut off and helped me pick a style that would upgrade my look without putting me into hair shock. I also booked a K12 treatment, and she not only gave me that but also helped with toning my hair. When I told her I dyed my hair myself, she gave me recommendations to prevent damage instead of giving me "the talk" about how it's a bad idea (like most stylists do). She geeks out on hair care and will tell you exactly what she's doing and how to replicate it at home. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I spent about $150 for my cut and treatment, and then another $150 on salon products and tip ($300 total). You can definitely spend less or more depending on what level of stylist you book with.
