    This is what she ordered.

    My daughter ordered a bouquet for my birthday party on Wednesday, January 3rd. I sent her a picture of the arrangement I received. It did not even resemble what she ordered. She immediately called the florist. No answer, so she left a message. She received a text the following Monday, offering to replace them on the next Wednesday, January 10th. The party was passed and I was leaving town in a few days, the flowers were no longer needed, so my daughter asked for a refund. The florist declined, and said since she offered to replace them, there would be no refund. I texted the florist explaining it was too late, and asked if she would at least please refund half the charge. She did not.

    ANNIVERSARY:My daughter ordered Tropicana roses to be delivered to my parents, her grandparents, for their anniversary yesterday as those roses were what my mother carried when she was married. The shop had them special ordered! Then, I called to order flowers to send as well and asked for the florists choice. Not only did the shop recognize who the order was for, but were sure to include the remaining 3 Tropicanas. The bouquets were the most gorgeous bouquets ever delivered on my behalf by any florist! This is not an exaggeration. See for yourself! Also, their customer service was beyond exceptional!

    Ann, I truly hope so. I payed a lot of money for everything to be as I dreamed. Although it didn't ruin my day by any means...still took the wind out of my sails a bit. Here are the exact pictures I showed her and what mine looked like, just so you can see what I'm saying. Not even an attempt for what I asked. I won't use this flower shop for anything else.

    I wanted to send my stepmother flowers for Mother's Day. I looked on the website for Prescott Flower shop and did not see any arrangements that I liked, so I called the shop and ask them to make me a special arrangement with a purple color theme. I was then asked if I wanted to pay a little extra to get a bigger arrangement, and I agreed. Apparently the idea that I had in my head was totally different than what the idea that the florist had, because when I received a picture of the flowers that my stepmother received on Mother's Day, I was completely surprised. I will attach a picture for reference.

    They were super nice here! I stopped in after shopping at Frys and they put together a beautiful and very affordable arrangement for my friend on the spot! I will definitely shop with them for any floral needs in the future.

    My boyfriend ordered a very specific floral arrangement for Valentine's Day. It included 24 long stem roses (12 of which were a custom order in black)... He specifically went to the shop to place the order & confirm that they would be able to fulfill the order... They showed him the 25 black roses they had at the shop and took his order- at which time he wrote a love note to include with the order at delivery. Today, the order arrived, all red roses, no card, no water in the vase (to the point where 7 of the roses had begun to wilt. He called to ask if his order misplaced with another customers. They did indeed say they would be bringing a replacement/ corrected order. It arrived 5 hours later- still all red roses.... The owner was flat out rude upon our call. Refused to correct the order or refund it. No apology or attempt to correct something special that had been planned. We are very disappointed- mostly in the rudeness of the owner. My boyfriend brings flowers to my home every week & will never use this florist again.

    I ask to have 50 American flags installed in front of my buddies house outside of town by the race track. PFS lined the front entrance and driveway with the flags. No they art not flowers but you guys took on the challenge. Thanks again as my friend was very surprised.

    CLUTZY SISTER GETS PICK-ME-UP FLOWERS QUICK! I have to say that my sister loves adventure and this time the mountain bike decided to do a flip all on its own . . . albeit with a little help from my clutzy sister. HA! So as her little brother and wanting to send some cheer from San Francisco, having me call would only have me laughing for 20 minutes. Flowers would be better. Searched the net and read up on the Prescott Flower Shop. Did a map search and they are close to my sister. I called them up and spoke with Trish. She took all my information and we discussed the types of flowers available. She noted several ready to go arrangements and went with the one with that wouldn't create an allergy attack in their home . . . and it's the dog with the allergy problem. The pricing was reasonable. Trish asked for the sentiment and she took my information down. I placed the order after 12 noon, gave my credit card information (got an immediate credit card confirmation on my smart phone) and got a text from my sister with the picture of the flowers by 3:30 PM. FAST! The excellent customer service, fast delivery and beautiful arrangement made made the day for me and my clutzy sister. She has to be very happy with the flowers because if it wasn't satisfactory, she would have driven down to the flower shop and would have a meeting with Trish! (just kidding). Thank you and look forward to doing business with you all again!

Aileen had amazing communication with me via email and placing the order online was a breeze. I fell in love with an arrangement Aileen posted on her IG page and she did her best to recreate it for me. The arrangement was delivered Sunday morning and my mom was so surprised and happy! I was so happy Aileen & her flower shop were able to help me express how much I love my mom despite being states away. Everyone actually located in Prescott... use this flower shop!!!! Aileen is a wonderful shop owner and you can just tell her love for flowers.

Spent over $500 for two dozen roses and 12 boutonnieres . It sounded kind of expensive but it was an important date. The boutonnieres were wilted and bent over within 6 hours of delivery. The Roses were already fully bloomed and opened, and although presented on Saturday, they were bent over and dead by Tuesday. Eileen agreed to refund the cost of the Roses, but told me that I was lucky to have only been charged what I was charged because of how hard she worked to put everything together. Although we have agreed never to work together again, we will never ever Place another order through Florian, her customer service skills indicate that she is probably better suited to flipping burgers at a nearby McDonald's i do not recommend this business at all. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    I ordered flowers for friends whose mother had passed away. I reviewed the selections on the…read moreTerrys Florist website, and selected the deluxe version of one of the arrangements as that was the version pictured. I wanted to make sure they got the arrangement pictured so I wasn't buying an unknown quality of arrangement. They are special friends. Terrys Florist DID NOT deliver the item pictured and ordered. They delivered an arrangement that bore no resemblance to the picture. Cheaper flowers were used than shown in the picture and the container was totally different and obviously cheaper. I was embarrassed by the lack of quality in the arrangement as this gift was for dear friends. After numerous contacts and canned responses from Terrys Florist, it was obvious that they had no intention of making this right. They started stating they were able to substitute flowers and containers as needed to make delivery dates. The canned rhetoric went on from there. They finally offered a partial refund to price the arrangement at a cheaper rate based on what they provided. So clearly they knew this arrangement was not worth the same price as what was ordered. This is not a satisfactory solution. This did not solve the problem that a cheaper substitute arrangement was sent to my friends with no effort to let me know what was going on. Had I known the quality of what they were going to deliver, I would have cancelled the purchase. And how do you explain to grieving friends that they arrangement they received was not the one that was ordered? How do you fix this kind of error without making it worse for the people it was supposed to bless? Do not buy from this florist. They do not deliver what you order and then charge you as though they did when they have substituted a cheaper arrangement. Had my friends not taken a picture of the arrangement received and sent it to me, I would not have known the order was not fulfilled as ordered and paid for. I definitely would not have chosen to send the arrangement they received. If they could not provide what I ordered, they should have contacted me and let me know--not send out a different, cheaper arrangement and charge me for the more expensive arrangement shown on their web site. They had all my contact information, so there is no excuse for operating the way they did. Also note, they state on their website that there is no delivery fee; however, they charge a $15.99 "service fee" on top of the price of the arrangement. Bottom line: Don't trust that Terrys Florist will deliver what you ordered. They clearly do not think they are bound by the pictures or other information on their web site to provide the same thing you think you are ordering. Choose a florist that will deliver what you order.

    Dwayne, in the Home Depot (on Hwy 69, Prescott, AZ) plumbing department, saved the day! I had a…read moredrippy shower spout and let Dwayne know what I needed. He said "that's a Delta product and Home Depot doesn't carry Delta, but..." Dwayne reached down and grabbed an item from the bottom shelf and announced that Home Depot had received this (Delta) product in error, and it wasn't worth returning to the supplier. It was exactly what I needed! He also told me the drip was due to a faulty cartridge. Who knew that showers even had cartridges? He pulled the exact cartridge that I needed, amongst a variety and showed me the difference between them. He then opened another box. He showed the complete cartridge assembly, and what I would need to do to swap it out. What started out being an intimidating repair, following Dwayne's show-and-tell, was completed correctly and quickly. I was SO grateful I dropped off a thank you card, which I hope was shared with HD management, along with a gift card for coffee. Dwayne is my "go to" guy and he really knows his stuff.

I haven't been in a Home Depot store in over a year. At check out, I tried to use my phone number for the 10% off that Veterans get. I had to get help because it wasn't taking my phone number. A heavy set employee asked me if I had gone over my $400.00 per year cap. I never even knew that there was a cap, but I stated that I haven't even been in a Home Depot store in over a year, and he told me that Veterans lie! I could have punched him in the throat. I didn't, but I will never return to any Home Depot store again! First responders, Veterans, just warning you, your service to your country and people whom you help, the Home Depot employees think that we are all liars! I'll order Ryobi from them directly. The Home Depot is a disgrace to everyone who has served, or continues to serve!
