Because I am finding high integrity business is rare these days, I wanted to share a little bit of my story to help you understand how wonderful this company really is. My back story: I got a small chip in my windshield driving down the five through California en route to Prescott. I was told by a couple of friends that my insurance company would likely cover the cost. When I called Progressive insurance, however, I could not get a straight answer from anyone in the two times that I called. When I finally got an answer i was told to call Safelite auto glass, which I have now discovered is a megalithic corporation that overcharges while providing virtually no customer service. (Do not go there, folks!) When I called the Safelite number, I was instantly referred to an automated online quote process that was going to charge me $119 for one tiny chip! (Sidenote: I am amazed at my trusted insurance company referred me to this ridiculous place). I knew that this quote was way too high and so I started to research other options in the Prescott area. Gecko was the first place I called. Lori was completely knowledgeable and helpful and supportive. She understood that I knew nothing about how auto glass claims work and she held my hand and guided me through the whole process, including calling my insurance company with me on the phone in order to determine my eligibility for coverage. With her help, I was able to discover that my insurance company would pay for the entire repair. Wendell came out the next morning and had the job complete within 10 minutes! My windshield is practically like brand new. Thank you Lori, Wendell, and Gecko.

I've had a very busy schedule due to chemo needs in the valley and every time I call to set up an appointment, this woman was so rude and curt with me. Today when I called, she had been calling my cell phone(which doesn't work up here) when I informed her of that and that I had tried to make sure she had the correct number when we spoke the week before (she had cut me off saying she had my contact info) she said, you know we are going to refuse this job, you are just too difficult. omg.......... They finally did the work the following Monday, but it turns out they did it wrong. Less than a week after it was done the window was leaking again on the other side. The sealant that was supposed to seal the window to the truck never actually cured correctly. His truck is now back in the shop being fixed correctly by a different company. I do NOT recommend this company.
