Last week after buying $1500 worth of tires I was told that I might need an alignment on my 4 yr old pickup. Now I am easy on my cars but I didn't want to chance it. I have visited this shop twice and these are my experiences: On the first visit it was a standard oil change with tire rotation. The tires were rotated side to side which meant the tires rotated the wrong direction. My tires are directional tires with clearly marked direction of rotation. On the second visit it was a 60000 mile service which includes fuel system cleaner, spark plug change, etc.. After the service all the dash warning lights were on, so I returned the car. They were not able to determine cause or fix. The car manufacturer called me while the car was in their possession and told me they were on as well. They could not fix so I took the car to the dealer. They ended up replacing the catalytic converter, a near $7000 service covered by warranty this time. The dealer service manager said the probable cause was the improper procedure on the fuel system clean was performed. Two visits two bad results. I won't be back. read more

While vacationing at Lynx Lake Campground in Prescott, our truck's power steering began having issues. We were able to get in right away. The general manager was very friendly and helpful. He was able to provide us with recommendations for lunch. Although it took about 4 hours to get it fixed, we didn't have to wait for days before they could help us! I felt like they were honest. Our issue was minor and they did not try to get us to replace anything they didn't need to be replaced. While we waited, we were able to observe the interaction with other customers. They are professional and friendly. When people came in with minor issues, they quickly helped them and had them on their way. The only thing I can think of that would be negative is that they have HARD metal chairs in the waiting room that are so very uncomfortable and leave patterns on the back of your legs! read more

Yup, these guys are great. I had a problem with overheating and the heater blowing cold air. everything I checked said it was a heater core problem or possibly a worse issue, both of which are too pricey to fix on a 92 Subaru Legacy with 291,00 miles on it. So I went in figuring for a $50 diagnostics why not see if I get lucky!! It took them a couple days to figure it out but it turned out to be a $17 fix!! My radiator cap was leaking air and causing a bubble to form in the heater core...HA! Running great guys, thanks for your help and will recommend to everyone! read more

I opened YELP and found this to be a top 10 and to me, it's a #1! To give a little bit of background: I was told by Tim's Toyota that I had a busted head gasket and needed a new radiator. I did my research and something smelt fishy with consideration of my new Toyota radiator and water pump. Travis freely talked to me when I rose my concerns about the problems and my extensive research over the last three days. I asked him if I could bring my truck in and he immediately took it in. Travis and Network Service Center treated me right and saved me a ton of money! The results of my block tests show that my head gasket was fine and they went above and beyond by replacing the clamp that was leaking radiator fluid, my radiator is not busted! After all that savings I decided to get my AC refilled so it blows super cold again. Thank You Travis!! read more

Honestly, from the front desk to the work bays, the level of professionalism was consistent and well beyond my expectations. My rear tires were extremely out of alignment and required 2 replacement parts in order to adjust the camber. As a woman who knows little about automotive stuff, the staff explained everything to me and showed me the computerized graphic of my tire alignment. They ordered high quality, but competitively priced parts. My car drives so much better! They do all sorts of auto repair so, the next time I need repair work, I will go to Network Automotive. After looking at them, they said they just needed to have the rotors rotated and only charge me $100. Very unhelpful, good reviews misleading. I brought my Jeep in to get my steering column fixed. After not hearing back from them for a full day I called to check in and they hadn't done a single thing. They said they need to replace the ENTIRE steering column and couldn't find the parts. I picked up my Jeep, took it to Biel a few blocks down the road and they fixed it within a day. This is a common issue in Jeep Cherokees, one may learn this by simply researching. Maybe it's a lack of experience, maybe ignorance, but I will never go here again. If I did replace the entire column it would have cost a fortune, when at the end of the day it was as simple as taking it apart and tightening the loose bolts. Unbelievable. On top of this there was no follow up or motivation to help. They acted like they wanted to say "this is your problem, good luck buddy we don't want anything to do with it." Businesses of all kinds have lapses of workmanship and customer service from time to time. It's how those businesses handle those lapses that tells you what they are made of. I had a timing belt that broke on my 2003 VW Turbo a couple of months ago in Lake Havasu City that had been installed at Network Automotive in Prescott about 2 1/2 years and 26,500 miles before. I had the belt replaced in the first place to keep this from happening. The cost of the new belt, new water pump, damage to the engine and tow from the broken belt came to about $2300. After discovering that the belt had been broken because a water pump bolt had come out and lodged itself against it because the bolt had not been properly tightened in the first place thus tearing the belt I contacted Network and after a couple of weeks of correspondence back and forth they took responsibility for the broken belt and covered the repair. That is how a business should handle their lapses. read more

All the guys and gals that work there are friendly and honest. When they quote you a price they will honor it. They diagnosed an a/c issue I has having and didn't charge me. They pointed out a few things during the alignment I was having done on my station wagon, however they finished the alignment and the car is as straight as an arrow now. I called network told them the situation and he said he could get it in and have it done by 5:00. $485.00. I drove it straight there. We have used them in the past for alignments and they are very honest. They will tell you the truth if you need it and no charge if you don't.
