Space: Limited seats, so it can get packed with a wait. Indoor and outdoor options. Outdoors can be nice in the morning during summers under the umbrella - otherwise, can get really hot in sunny spots by afternoon. Cost: $$. Not cheap but not expensive. Found it to be on the more expensive side for value received. Everything was good but I would order lite ice next time as it's a pretty expensive latte half displaced by ice otherwise.

And funny enough, on the same day, I came back in here at 3pm as I was backing from Pearl St Mall and it was a hot day and needed a nice refreshing drink.
