AKA: A really high quality. You can purchase loaves of bread as well as grain flour and sourdough starter. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are gluten-free. In addition to sandwiches and pastries, they have salads, sides, and a nice coffee bar. The only alternative milk offered is oat milk. My first impression is that the interior passes the vibe check with cute little seating nooks for different size groups! There is also a patio area out front with table tables, and chairs for hanging. You could absolutely bring your dog and chill on the patio. There's actually a door from the coffee shop to one of the ice hockey arenas so I suppose if you're playing or watching a game at the sports stable, you can pop right over for a fresh coffee. Now for the coffee- I ordered a seasonal pumpkin spice latte. I could really taste the cinnamon and nutmeg, which is what I want from a good PSL. I also really liked the espresso - good quality medium roast, not too heavy or dark. In addition to coffee, they have tea, matcha, smoothies, and chai. There's a $.65 charge for almond milk and a $1.06 charge for oat milk. They offer a punchcard, and after 10 drinks you can earn a free drink. Overall, really good coffee in a super cute space!
