I've been going the entire time I've been a student at UD, almost 2 years now…read more I mostly use the weight room, track, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, and spa but they have much more including racquetball courts, indoor/sand volleyball courts, indoor/outdoor soccer fields, pool, instructional classes, even recreational and competitive intramural sports. You must be a UD student/staff in order to buy a pass or you can be affiliated with student/staff for a slightly more expensive pass. But all around great gym. Does get a bit crowded around certain times but I've never had a problem in the morning.

Do not pay to be put in a waitlist. I tried to register for a class here, having never taken one…read morebefore. I paid to be on the waitlist and figured if it didn't open up I could use it at their other location. Well you can't and the location I paid for the classes are booked at least a week to 10 days in advance which doesn't work for me and they won't refund me so I can use it at the other club Pilates location. So they can have my $35 and I will never give them future business out of principle.

A lot of Planet Fitness franchises advertise 24/7 hours; this gym is a little different. Their weekend hours throw that off. The gym is always really clean and the staff is friendly. They are always playing music overhead in case you forget your headphones (workout CANCELLED in my opinion). And there are plenty of tv's mounted to keep your eyes engaged. I wish this gym would get rid of the ab center or 12 minute workout area and host classes. I don't see either area utilized often, and think people would really appreciate expert lead classes to reach their fitness goals. Although I have the black membership, I've yet to use the massage chairs or tanning beds. If you're looking for a gym to meet your basic needs: variety of equipment, free weights, not having to fight for machines and clean... this is a really good fit!

They shutdown the men's locker room during construction and put portaJohn's outside. Now that the rooms are done the women's room will be shutdown for the same construction and the men's will be temporarily the women's until construction is done. Portajohn's still outside in the cold for the men and no shower yet again. I spoke to staff and it is set in stone. I will be looking for a new gym.
