I spoke with Rebecca today and was told that I just need to keep trying when their books open. After 2 years of trying, my guess is that it's not going to work out. Not to even mention the fact that getting a massage shouldn't be this difficult. She eventually hung up on me when I didn't accept 'you've had more than a year to use this gift card' as an answer. Each time, she has made me feel like my very basic nails are such a burden on her. She sighs frequently and will rush through the process. She rushed me while picking out a color (because they were out of my first three color choices so she was getting annoyed). When you walk in, there is no customer service etiquette. They all just stare at you blankly until you initiate conversation, then they sigh and act like they are burdened you arrived.
