Mathew completed my project to my satisfaction, on time and on budget as promised. He and his wife even offered to go pick up parts I had ordered ahead of my arrival in a nearby town they would be near the night before, to save me time. I accepted that offer and trusted a man I did not know. Matthew did not let me down, has he had my parts at his shop the next morning and was ready to get the job done, with a good attitude, despite blistering heat. The result was MUCH better than I could have ever hoped for!! Nobody could see what happened unless they were reeeeally looking for it. Despite putting in the time to fix it, because to him it wasn't "perfect", the proprietor MASSIVELY discounted the quote. THAT is how you run a business and gain clientelle. Have a door ding?! Scheduled service for the next day to pull out three remaining creases. 2 hours later I was on my way with no noticeable damage and about 85% cheaper than the quote from the first company! Very friendly, expeditious and clearly knowledgeable. Also has a very clean waiting room with a few chairs and a TV. I don't want to have to go again, but if I do have damage again, that's where I'm going....zero doubt.
