I've been here about three times and every time I've gotten a cloud drink. Each time they've been delicious except for todays visit. I had gotten a strawberry cloud and a mango cloud and each one tasted as if they had been spoiled. Specifically the white part of the drink. I'm not sure what it was but I'm assuming the ingredients for that specific drink had gone bad. I also ordered milk tea and a fruit tea, both of which tasted good. I don't think I'll be going here again but if I do I'll definitely taste the drinks before leaving. read more

I enjoy going to this place! The staff is absolutely amazing. The drinks they made here are great and they use a very innovative way to brew their teas! Not many boba shops makes their drinks in front of you, so it's nice to look and see if your drinks are made fresh. My personal favorite is the singuature fruit tea with crystal boba. I received a drink from my friend and it has the reward on the bottom of the cup. My friend asked when she was at the store if she could redeem the cup immediately and was told to come back with an empty cup next time. I came in to redeem the cup and was told that it's no longer redeemable. If you never indicated the expiration date on the bottom of the cup, how would I know there is an expiration date? read more

Great service and fantastic tea. Our favorites is the avocado smoothie w/ sea cream and slate grey tea (hot). Make sure you get the app to order online and ear rewards. If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst boba tea house I've come across, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Boba star was so much better it's sad that they closed down and were replaced by a bad business. The owner is not acccomodating at all, not only does he offer nasty flavors but he makes you pay for a second drink if you didn't like your drink, I don't mind paying the difference but a whole new drink is ridiculous. Never coming here again and will tell everyone I know NOT to come here, better tasting boba houses with better customer service out there. read more

My first time I went to Prestotea I ordered a Mango Cloud with boba and I received no boba. I was charged for boba and yet I received none and the workers stated they ran out. I didn't receive a refund or apology for the mistake. I enjoyed my drink despite having no boba so I decided to give this establishment a 2nd try. I even signed up for an account on the app so I can receive loyalty points. I ordered 2 drinks with no ice and both drinks had extra ice and the worker didn't help us receive any loyalty points for our drinks. I won't be returning to this place again. I was exited for this place. A good boba place is hard to find and this place has a good following. But I just waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks! They ran out of Boba at a boba place! What?!?! It was 5pm! My smoothie sat on their counter waiting to be served for 10 minutes, by the time they picked it up it had melted. Their solution was to add more ice and blend again. Basically water it down. What?!?!? To top it off, they got the boba wrong after waiting for 35 minutes. The solution to that, open it, dump out some of the drink and add boba on top. That just took from the drink! One of my drinks was good which is why I gave it a 2. In fact we've been here several times since it opened and it's been good. But this was at 5pm on a week day. Is this just growing pains of a new location or what's to expect going forward. Either way, they better shape up or they will loose more customers. read more

This is probably the only good milk tea/boba shop in Montclair area. I ordered their earl grey milk tea with 50% sugar, boba, and sub oat milk and it's delicious! You actually taste the tea and isn't overpowered by sweeteners. Their machines look brand new and looks super professional. The store is very clean inside and it's a small, cozy little place. My boyfriend got their fruit tea earlier in the day and liked it so much he had to bring me to try their teas later that night! It seems like it's a franchise from Taiwan but the owners are a cute little Vietnamese family. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back to try more!
