We came here because of the great reviews, only to find out they give free keychains in exchange for 5-star reviews. That explains a lot. The service was AWFUL. The cashier had no idea what was going on. She didn't know what I was ordering and I literally had to point at the drink on the menu. The manager came over and let me know they charged me for the wrong cake, he insisted I pay a $4 difference for the item I verbally ordered. I told him i don't care anymore and to just give me whatever I paid for on the receipt, but he refused, so I ended up paying the extra $4 anyway. My drinks were wrong also but after the whole cake thing I didn't even bother. The worst part is knowing the reviews are being incentivized. Honestly, the experience was nowhere near what the reviews made it seem. Would not come back. read more

4/4.5 stars. We've been here so often since they've opened. which means we've seen all the changes. Service has always been pretty great, though, and they do try to get through the orders pretty quickly! Their menu has gotten a bit smaller since they opened, but all of the drinks are still good. I miss their sago drinks, though. They don't have food, but they do have desserts from time-to-time. As of this moment, they have cheesetella cheesecakes, but I know a few months back was the jiggly pancakes. And, they did have ice cream at some point, too. "Drink of the day" is one of the staple drinks I always get when I visit. It's basically a sample size version of one of their drinks, and it rotates daily. We've tried all of their drinks at this point, though, so not sure on when we'll visit again, but maybe in a couple months. Also, not sure if anyone else experiences this, but it's like a Faraday cage in there because I never have phone reception once I get pass the doors. Located in the new Stater Bros location, near the area of Coldstones, Starbucks, Chipotle. Parking can be busy, but we've never had any issues with parking. read more

I always get the mango pomelo drink here. It's very refreshing and feels healthy to drink bc of the fresh ingredients but satisfies my sweet tooth at the same time. My family and bf has tried their other drinks and liked it everytime too. I'm always on the hunt for cafes with good study spaces and this place actually does have big tables and seating that's normally not crowded! As you enter this tea shoppe, you will notice how modern it is. It is bright and has a few places to sit... very minimalistic. I proceeded to the counter to see what options they order. I will say that the screens are a little difficult to read due to the small print. The attendant stood there and didn't say a word to me, even though I was looking at the menu for a few minutes. I eventually greeted her and asked her for some recommendations. She just told me a couple of things, and as I proceeded to ask her a few more questions she seemed a little irritated that I didn't know what I wanted, even though I did mention to her that it was my first time there. I'm not a huge fan of jasmine tea and so I had asked if I could substitute any of the drinks with black tea instead. She basically told me no substitutions allowed. I ended up getting the black sesame cloud. I also asked if I could perhaps add tea to it, and was also told I couldn't do that. I was disappointed. It was very watery-flavor was very muted and just not what I expected for a black sesame drink. I typically like to think that black sesame flavor is a distinct, noticeable flavor but this one was just very mild. I think for a tea "lab" you would think they would be more open to experiment with a customers' request for possible substitutions. Something so simple as black tea vs. jasmine tea isn't even a huge request for a simple change. read more

I'm a big boba tea fan, and this place is one of my favorites. They offer a "tea of the day" in a small size for just $3, which is perfect if you want to try different flavors without committing to a large drink. The flavors I've tried so far have all been very good--interesting and unique depending on your taste. Of course, the classics like milk tea and Thai tea with boba are always reliable. They recently added soufflés to the menu. I tried the crème brûlée soufflé--it was okay, but the pancakes tasted a bit too eggy for my liking. Fluffy, yes, but not quite what I was expecting, so I'd probably skip the soufflé. On the drink side, they really shine. They have a wide variety of milk teas, iced teas, black teas, and green teas, all done well. The café itself is quiet and chic, making it a great spot to study or get some work done. I also loved the little story behind "Seven Miles," which they display on the wall--it's a charming touch that gives the place some personality. They have $3 daily drink deals, which is a nice way to try different drinks without spending too much. I do wish they would post what the drink of the day is since you don't find out until you order. Either way, every drink I've tried has been good so far. The $3 drinks are smaller than the regular size, but still worth it for the price. Ordered the thai tea brulee & Biscoff cookie milk tea at 70% sweetness for both! Both drinks were veryyyy delicious and 70% sweetness was perfect, you can taste the biscoff crumbles in the drinks and overall it was probably one of the best drinks I've had (avid boba drinker of 10-15 years ) The tea for the Biscoff milk tea is strong as well and not light or watery at all! Second time here already and I'm officially addicted. Our first visit we tried the Ube Coconut Milk and Watermelon Jasmine. My husband loved the ube -- it reminded him of the motherland. The watermelon was just okay for me, I'd probably skip that one next time. On our second trip, we got the March Burlee and Dragon Fruit Lychee and both were so good. No regrets. I found this coffee shop near me so I decided to go with my sister in law. We arrived 10mins before closing time so I was excited to make it on time. Apparently the ridiculously rude young lady working there wasn't having it. She took a couple minutes to take our order since putting in the patio furniture was more important. When she finally finished, she came to the counter with a horrible attitude asking what we wanted. My sister in law wanted a hot coffee and she refused to served it since the machine was "off" already. Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I visit this plaza often due to Sam's Club, but rarely drive in the plaza towards Kohls so I was surprised when my friend told me the other week. I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.

I love this place and I think that the strawberry fluff drink is amazing. There is this worker named Mia and she was super helpful and she also was super nice to me and my friends. I definitely recommend the Mango Milk/Agar if you like mango and I also recommend the dirty classic boba if you like your regular boba drink. They also gave me and my friend a free 7 miles bag for sharing their drink with TikTok and instagram. My friend also bought me a boba figure and it was so cute. I loved the Oreo cookie milk tea and if you like Oreo's then if you don't get this you're missing out. I also loved the workers attitude because they look like they love their job and I appreciate that. This is my go to boba place because it is so close to me ( I live in homecoming 5 minutes away from there). Walking in I really liked the modern and ergonomic vibe of the shop. I was greeted by the cashier; she seemed nice. Ordered using their kiosk but waited around 16 minutes for two drinks. When I walked in there was only one other person in the shop, but as I waited more people entered. Four drinks were given out to four other customers who all arrived and ordered later than me. I got an oolong milk tea with boba; it was lacking any tea flavor and all I could taste was the milk. The other drink I ordered was a strawberry oreo drink; not refreshing (barely cold) and could only taste the Oreo flavor. The boba was a little overcooked in one drink but in the other it tasted fine...overall very inconsistent. Hopefully this shop can improve their efficiency and execution of these drinks with time. read more

7 Miles Tea Lab has become one of my favorite spots lately! The drinks are seriously amazing -- super refreshing, great tea flavor, and not overly sweet like a lot of other boba places. The quality feels very premium. But the biggest surprise was the Cheesetella cakes on the weekends They have these super soft, fluffy Japanese-style castella cheesecakes that literally melt in your mouth. The Original Cheesetella was incredible, and the Chocotella was dangerously good too. Perfect combo with their drinks. The atmosphere is clean, trendy, and relaxing, and the staff was really friendly even when it got busy. Definitely feels like a hidden gem in the area. If you go on the weekend, make sure to try the Cheesetella cakes before they sell out! read more

I was disappointed by my experience. The menu charges an extra $0.50 for a large size, but there doesn't actually appear to be a larger cup available. When I asked the staff why there was an additional charge if there wasn't a larger size, they couldn't provide an explanation. That lack of transparency was frustrating and made the pricing feel misleading. Charging customers extra for something they don't actually receive comes across as unfair and feels like a scam. I hope the business either offers a true large size or clearly explains the pricing so customers know exactly what they're paying for. read more

Scones are usually brittle, but this mochi scone they have is really delicious, you can taste the strawberry in every bite and it doesn't taste artificial! The mochi is so good and they warm it for you and it's just soft, fluffy and melty, I would honestly come back to buy a few of these. I also ate it the next day and after microwaving it for a few seconds, it was just as fresh as the day before! Chat Tea from the pictures and self serve system made it feel like it was a boba place from SGV. The kiosk to order has both English and Chinese and the drinks and food all look familiar. I was thinking how nice this place was. A little rough around the edges here and there, but it's spacious with many tables, seating, and a little bar area. It has decent air conditioning (AC is a must with the weather quickly heating up), and feels clean enough. The vibes overall are alright but I think a little more can be done to the interior to make it feel more cozy, modern, or esthetically pleasing. The servers are very friendly and nice. One girl had a lot of energy, very positive, had the attitude of trying her best to answer any questions, and making your experience nice. Basically a 10/10 for customer service within reason and normalcy. Other workers were alright. I don't really focus too much on customer service for boba joints. The prices are within the standard price range. Nothing seemed off in pricing when scrolling through the menu. For people new to boba tea places, I think it's fair to say that they're now around the same price as going to Starbucks, though some places still have lower prices. The drink was alright. They had 3 tea options (black, green, and oolong iirc) and a good selection of flavors and toppings but it felt a little lackluster. It wasn't bad but it didn't have a distinct flavor or trait that makes it special. Kinda like instead of generic soda, it was generic boba tea drink at the super market kind of feel. The issue could be the drink i chose (grapefruit GT less sugar) but I'm usually used to a stronger and more distinct fruit flavor with this order. The fried tofu was fried pretty well. It's a very thin breading type of deep fry but was very crispy. But it wasn't the standard fried tofu snack I expected. Usually places either have a flavorful breaded fried tofu or they use dry seasoning(generally something a little spicy) after frying. Instead this was basically tofu + a soy sauce based shopping sauce from what I tasted. I was expecting more of a sweet and sour or spicy sauce. Overall felt kinda bland and the sauce was forgettable. I want to again say that the drink and tofu are not necessarily bad, but they weren't in my realm of expectation or my taste. If I still worked in the area, I would maybe give this place another 2 to 3 tries to see if it would be a study/work spot. If you like the drinks, this would definitely be a nice place to work or study at.

I also got fish cutlet curry with rice and a cabbage salad. The fish was wonderfully seasoned and crispy, loved the rice and curry sauce but the cabbage salad was a little bitter (I ate it anyway). I also ordered the popcorn chicken and asked the spice level to mild and it wasn't salty. Very affordable, the rice dish was $14, popcorn chicken was $8 and the drink was $6. Bill was $28. They packaged the order in a nice foil bag to keep the entre warm. The place was cute and cozy. Lots of seating and clean. Located in a busy shopping center next to Ralphs, a bank, Pho Island, Juan Pollo, Little Caesars and other restaurants.

I'm not sure they exclusively open up in malls and food calls, but that's where I have seen them. They specialize in Taiwanese Boba drinks. It was early in the day, so the overall area was chill. This location had a self ordering kiosk, which I believe most of their locations do. There was one person there in case I needed help, but ordering with straightforward. I got myself a beverage (the brown sugar Ovaltine latte) and I was on my way. The service and speed of getting my drink was really quick. You can't complain about that. Easy to get in and Google Map takes you right to the location without any hassle. Menu Variety They have a really nice variety of drinks to choose from - classic milk teas, fruit teas, and some more unique options. I also appreciated that they offer sweetness adjustments and caffeine-free options, which is great depending on what you're in the mood for. What I Tried I tried one of the drinks with the ice cream, and honestly, it was a bit underwhelming. There was barely any icecream in it, and I didn't feel like it made much of a difference. I would probably just stick to a regular drink next time. The grass jelly was actually really good and something I would definitely get again.

I would have liked more lychee (there were only two), but love the flavoring with the aloe. This location is small but located in a large plaza with plenty of parking spaces. There is no seating inside or outside (unless you go around the corner). Ordering is done on a kiosk or online. I love to order online because the wait can be long in store.

I do agree that mixing the matcha/stirring it before pouring may have helped with the concentration of the matcha since it was already pre-made in a container. I highly suggest training employees to kindly explain procedures and protocols for recipes to customers in the future when the situation arises. Not all customers will react positively when being educated, but personally for me I like to learn about businesses and the situation I was in was a good opportunity to have that happen in person. I can confirm they gave me a full refund on the drink. I'll consider coming back and trying other drinks.
