Sunright is my go-to place for fruit tea drinks. Their tea drinks are refreshing and on par. They have a wide selection of drinks choices. My favorite have to be the Sunright Fruit Tea and Grapefruit Jasmine Tea. I always get my drinks at 50% sweet. As for milk tea drinks, I like the Panda Milk Tea for the mix of both brown sugar & honey boba. This time I tried a seasonal drink, Lychee Fragrant Oolong with Aloe (50% sweet). It was good! I would have liked more lychee (there were only two), but love the flavoring with the aloe. This location is small but located in a large plaza with plenty of parking spaces. There is no seating inside or outside (unless you go around the corner). Ordering is done on a kiosk or online. I love to order online because the wait can be long in store. read more

I think with the Sunright located in such a busy strip mall in Chino Hills, I was totally expecting to have some seating inside the store. I was disappointed to find that they only have a small store front, self-kiosk for ordering, and they have sectioned off a portion of the store for storage (even smaller waiting area). I ordered the Hokkaido Milk Tea ($5.50) with Honey Boba (additional 75 cents). This Hokkaido Milk Tea tastes of soft, creamy butterscotch with a light dash of Ceylon black tea. The drink is rich and full-bodied while being refreshing with the gentlest sweetness. This Hokkaido Milk Tea rekindled pleasant memories of Harry Potter's famous butter beer from Universal Studios. In addition, Sunlight Tea Studio (Chino) sold one of the best Honey Boba in Southern California. To my immense joy, these fresh and sweet boba pearls had the perfect texture and consistency. This bouncy, supple pearl was extremely pleasurable to bite into. I arrived at Sunright Tea Studio (Chino) on a Wednesday (around 1:55PM). The location is cashless; they accept only card. Customers are expected to use the one self-service kiosk when ordering. Customer service is pretty much non-existent as the machine occupies this role. My drink took about four minutes for completion. Sunright Tea Studio (Chino) has bad ambiance. Waiting customers must stand in this small, cramped area. There are no chairs or tables inside. The floors are also dirty with footprints. Despite the ugly interior, there are many standing customers. Thankfully, Sunright Tea Studio (Chino) is well-ventilated. The scent of sweet boba syrup is inviting. Also, the strong air conditioner is very chill and comfortable. Energetic and upbeat music plays. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience at Sunright Tea Studio (Chino). The Hokkaido Milk Tea with Honey Boba is refreshing and delicious. Its wondrous flavor is almost indescribable. I rarely write a negative review but this will be one of them. I usually enjoy my drinks at Sunright. It's been a while for me to get a boba drink so I was very excited. I got Taro Boba Milk with cheese foam today. The cheese foam tasted good and they give you a good amount. However, I couldn't even take a sip because all the taro powder and boba was not mixed well together and they were all stuck into a chunk on the bottom. I tried mixing it with my straw because I couldn't even taste the taro and I got my shirt all dirty trying to mix the drink. I had to go somewhere so I didn't go back to ask for a new one but I was so disappointed by the quality. I can't believe I spent almost $10 for this. Always consistent. I order at least once or twice a week. Kids love the Oreo brûlée boba milk with 0 or 25%. The drink itself is already sweet enough. The grass jelly boba milk and pudding boba milk all with 25% sugar are also our favorites.. all of the boba milk do not have any caffeine.. no tea in them. The jasmine milk tea is one of my go tos. 25% Grapefruit jasmine tea with agar boba and cheese foam 25% sweet. Same with the strawberry jasmine tea. Mango milk tea and mango jasmine tea are both favorites. 25% sugar sometimes with agar boba. Some would say I have an unhealthy addiction but really you get what you pay for with this one. Been coming to this boba shop for years! You order on a kiosk when you walk in but I believe they also offer pickup services such as door dash. Kim provides the best customer service hands down!! There are no restrooms available for the public. The store is quite clean. The waiting area can get busy and tight especially in the summer. Their drinks are consistent, refreshing, and delicious. Whether you want something sweet or something fruity, they've got it covered. I love the Yakult drinks for something fruity and the brown sugar milk tea for something sweet. I've tried the Oreo brûlée version but I personally thought it was too sweet for me. Lately they've been coming out with collaborative drinks and I like trying those every time too. Bright! I love the yellow decor! This store has a self serve kiosk but the workers are willing to help should you have questions. I had the grapefruit frostie and it was so delicious!!! The inside of the store doesn't have any inside seating available, you can only take your order to go which sucks because it's so hot outside. I just ordered 2 boba milk teas with less ice and half sugar. I was waiting in the Chino store for 10 minutes. When I finally got my order #168, I found no bobas in the drink. The staff said bobas were sold out minutes ago but later restocked and then he added bobas into the drinks. It's so weird why he didn't tell me when he received my order? Solid jasmine milk tea with honey boba ($5.25 + .75). Honey boba was at an appropriate texture but needed to be sweeter--likely because it didn't have enough marinating time when we visited at 12:30pm. They open at 11am, which is fantastic as usual boba spots tend to open at noon or later. But this means their prime boba time is between 1-2pm. It would probably be 5 stars at prime boba time. Side note--there is a real need for boba spots to open in the morning (and advertise that they're open in the AM), so we boba lovers can get our fix in the AM in place of coffee! There's a market there! Similar to other Sunright's, ordering is only via their website online, or on the single in-store kiosk. First visit. Got the Creme Brulee Boba Milk and it was good, but not amazing. Cost more than most others at $6.75 so probably wouldn't get it again. Staff said hi upon entry but no other interactions beside calling my name when drink was ready. Orders are placed on a kiosk and it was easy to follow and check out. I noticed the floors were pretty dirty which was a bit off-putting. What looked to be a seating area was blocked off. So no points for ambiance. 5 stars. I've lost count by now how many times I've ordered sunright. Over the summer it was my lab's go to shop to order on DoorDash. All of their drinks are high quality and the price is pretty good considering the quality of the drinks. Whether it's dorm events or small group meetings, I usually default to ordering sunright for everyone. The service has always been very good, the baristas are friendly and the drinks come out at a pretty good speed. The cups have a matte finish to them so it always feels like you're drinking high quality boba. My favorite drinks to get at sunright are mango milk tea, matcha oolong milk tea, or just oolong milk tea. For toppings, I am big fan of their grass jelly. Quick tip, if you ever order the mango milk tea, I'd recommend getting quarter sugar or less because it's on the much sweeter side, and if you don't think it'll be sweet enough, add on lychee jelly. Sunright is one of my rotating milk tea places. I've tried a few sunright locations in southern and Northern California - they definitely have their consistency down. My usual drinks: - Oolong cheese or Jasmine cheese: I love the cheese foam texture. It's super thick and flavorful. I either drink it with the sipping portion of the lid or mixed in with a straw. Either way, the cheese foam pairs nicely with the tea. The cheese series are cheese foam with teas (not milk teas). I usually get 50% sweet since the cheese foam and boba adds the sweetness to the drink. - Oolong milk tea: 7/10, I usually get this when I want an oolong taste without the cheese foam. Usually get this 50% sweet because their drinks can be on the sweeter side. - Matcha oolong milk tea: 8/10 - if you like matcha and oolong milk tea, this is a perfect drink! I usually order ahead on the toast app to save me some time, but there is hardly ever a long line whenever I swing by the store. Service is quick! There is no indoor seating available.
