I've been waiting for this location to open since it's much closer than the Upland location. I waited until the grand opening frenzy died down and ordered via their app. I usually get their golden eagle and found a parking space. There was no line and it's less busy than the Upland location so far. The wait time was not long and the staff is nice. The location is in a quiet, rundown plaza. read more

It's new, staff are friendly, my drink was ready when I picked it up coz I ordered via the App. Of note, the floors by the pick up window is filthy! It's not an image I was expecting from a new establishment, not a good vibe because it makes the shop look unkempt. We're avid Dutch Bros fans and stop by whenever we get the chance, so we were looking forward to trying out the newest location. When we arrived, the location looked clean and well-maintained. The staff outside appeared friendly, and although there was a small line, it moved at a normal pace. After pulling into the drive-thru, we picked our drinks and were greeted to place our order. Unfortunately, this ended up being our least favorite Dutch Bros location that we've visited. The employee taking our order seemed uninterested, and the interaction felt rushed. There also seemed to be a bit of an attitude, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming than what we've come to expect from Dutch Bros. We pulled up to the window, received our drinks, and everything with the order itself was correct. As always, the drinks were delicious. That's one thing Dutch Bros consistently gets right, and it's the reason we keep coming back to the brand. Overall, while the drinks met our expectations, the customer service did not. I had such a beautiful experience at the Dutch Bros drive-through on Central in Montclair today. Araceli assisted me, and her customer service was truly top tier. My dog Ivy had her paw inside my hand as we came through the line. When Araceli approached, Ivy became excited, barked, and ran toward the back of the car. So often, people misunderstand Ivy and assume she is aggressive. Araceli immediately recognized that Ivy was simply shy. That meant more to me than I can explain--it was the first time someone truly saw her behavior for what it was. Araceli was so kind, patient, empathetic, and generous. She also unexpectedly comped my coffee at a time when I was struggling to pay for it. Her kindness brought me to happy tears. 6/26/26 Dutch Bros Montclair, CA... Came here for the grand opening as I am so glad there is another Dutch Bros close by my home in opposite directions! Love the look of a new and clean Dutch! I ordered a Snickerdoodle Cold Brew with Oatmilk for my daughter and Hopscotch Zero Sugar Added Protein Latte for myself. I also ordered the new breakfast sliders 2 for $6. I got two Bacon, egg, & cheese. I also bought a Maple waffle. Everything was so good and the employees here of course were really nice! Expected on day one! Nicolette inside the window and Victor who took outside tablet orders were very helpful and so kind! We did 2 orders and were both able to get free mugs for being 3rd & 4th in line! Great to see Dutch in Montclair. Been a visitor to Dutch since 2020 when i was making trips to Phoenix to visit my Mom. This location has a great ambience, they really did an upgrade on the site it's located at. I did a mobile order, and staff were friendly and attentive when I got there, and on a first day of being open that's a great testament to the level of customer service. Everything tasted delicious, got 1 latte and 1 Americano, double torture, annihilator, a muffin top, and a chorizo wrap. Everything tasted great. They did mess up by giving me 2 americanos but whatevs, tasted great Cant wait to come back soon! read more

I knew the line was kind of long but my goodness. Then the drinks.. they were unmixed, like the colors were separated.. green on the bottom with the boba, blue in the middle and the water on top. & idk how its possible but there had to be like 2% fizz. Kind of like they started with the fizz and then finished it off with just water? And I asked for it to be "half sweet", & it was not. It was so bad, I tossed mine. I was really disappointed with my experience. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, expecting the drink to be worth the wait, but it was the complete opposite. When I finally got my drink, it tasted extremely watered down, like there was barely any flavor at all. It honestly tasted like flavored water instead of the drink I ordered. Waiting that long only to receive such a poor-quality drink was frustrating. I usually expect better consistency, especially after such a long wait. The order ahead option is a joke at this location. The whole point of ordering ahead is so things are ready when you arrive. My pick up time was 6:36am. I arrive at 6:32, walk up to the window and the girl at the drive thru window told me someone would be right with me. Another girl walks up from the back with two guys at 6:36 and tells me, "they're finishing up making my drink". I continue to wait, and watch the girl at the drive thru window start making my drink at 6:42. It wasn't even busy at the drive thru because everyone that was there when I got there and after, got served before me. So I don't understand why my drink wasn't ready at the time that was stated on the app. Also, the girl at the drive thru window seemed to be the only one working because the other three were just joking around while I was waiting for my drink. So, do yourself a favor and just leave early to go through the drive thru window, because ordering ahead will take longer. read more

I generally love dutch bros but this morning was an exceptionally bad experience it prompted me to write a review. I ordered an iced latte, a chocolate milk and 2 sandwiches. There was no line in the drive through when i arrived and 2 people in front of me waiting for drinks for walk up. I waited 20 minutes for my order with everyone after me getting theirs before, and when i went to ask, my drinks had been sitting on a counter and hadn't been brought out. When i got them, they were completely watered down and the workers said nothing to me. I ended up taking them not wanting to be a pain because at this point a line was forming in the drive through and outside but when i bit into my food, it was completely cold. I had to go back and wait again for them to redo my sandwiches before i could leave. To say I am disappointed is an understatement being as this new location is much closer then upland to the point where I can walk, but this was such a poor experience with not a single apology especially after giving me drinks that had been watered down from someone forgetting about them and not saying a word. read more
