This was not a great experience. I walked in at 11:15 am (they open at 11). I was immediately informed that the boba would not be ready. (This is not a bad thing, I can appreciate that they informed me. I understand that boba needs to be cooked and it takes time.) The overall feel of the store was dirty. The counter tops were dirty, the area where the napkins and straws are located was dirty. The touch screen that I ordered on was dirty as well. Lastly, the windows to the store were filthy as well. The over all feel of this location was dirty. The workers were drinking their drinks while making mine. That's a personal thing for me, I just don't think it's very sanitary, I can accept that other people may not mind it. The boba tea was fair, nothing special and the customer service was not a great as expected. The addition of the kiosk may be the downfall of this and many other businesses. I fear the lack of social interaction makes many associates not very hospitable. There is a handwritten sign that says you can only order at the register if you use cash ( most of us no longer carry cash). So I had to use the kiosk but hadn't been to this boba spot before and had questions. I felt like I was bothering the team members with my questions about how to order certain things and what certain menu items means (not all boba places are built the same so it seemed natural to ask instead of assume). Very nice to see a Boba stop up north. Appreciate that you guys were open on Christmas. The inside ambience is really cute with a mural of Las Vegas. Service is a bit low energy, but I understand that it was probably at the end of the day since I got there around 8 PM. Stopped by here for an afternoon dinner treat. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday night. There are very few seats inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am an avid customer at this location. The workers are kind, the boba pearls itself are just perfect, and the drinks are made so well. I usually opt for something in the mango family, but tried the winter melon tea with creme on top for the first time, and would get this again! The mango green tea with boba is my go to. The the coffee slush is my husbands choice with comes with the option of ice cream on top or blended into the drink. This drink is a bit on the higher on the caffeine side, so just a heads up if that's a deal breaker. It should also be pointed out that most drinks are made in the large cup (24oz I believe). The smaller ones only include fruity mojitos, brown sugar tiger boba, and a few others. My favorite part of going to Sharetea is that you can show your student ID to get a 10% discount and can accrue points with their reward system. After a certain point you could get a free drink! Seventeen boba place if you want a quick fix for boba, especially late since it stays open later than other boba places in the area. (Closes at 10pm). There's a nice tea flavor (not super strong but not watery either) and the boba was fresh and good quality. My only problem was that's the store was quite warm, like uncomfortably warm. I feel bad that the workers have to stay work in that condition. Also the drinks took forever to come out for some reason. Also opted for the Mango Passionfruit tea. Everything was very well put together. Interior is not meant for dine in. You order, and wait at the end of the counter for your drinks to be made. Due to my obvious caffeine addiction, I ordered their classic milk tea, half sweet with a black tea base. Quality and taste was slightly below average . They could have brewed it a little longer - the tea tasted a little watered down. I asked about their loyalty program.
