Great location. I am a big fan of pressed juicerie and their products. Giving one star for the customer support: Vincent was rude and dismissive. I came in a few minutes before closing to get freeze and some juice. Vincent was closing the door a few minutes early and wasn't letting in other customers even though there were still two minutes to 10, because he "wanted to get out of here." Super unpleasant experience. He rushed me and told me that the sooner I make up my mind the sooner he can get out of here. Terrible customer service. I get that things are stressful, especially considering there was an outage, but still. read more

BEWARE! They are selling products that expire and don't provide you with the full health benefits that they claim to have!!! I went in after seeing their website that advertises the following: CELERY JUICE 5 juice bundle for $20 "One juice a day. For five days. All the benefits" I went in, excited to purchase the celery juice bundle, and I asked the associate how quickly the celery juice should be drank. (if there's an expiration say I miss a day and drink it on the 6th day vs the 5th.) She informs me that the juices are only good for 3 days. I asked " 3 days? Then why do you sell them in a bundle of 5 to drink one a day for 5 days if they're no good after day 3." She said that you're supposed to drink all 5 in one day. The woman behind me over heard, and happened to also be interested in the bundle and was arguing my same point of, you sell 5 and advertise it for one drink a day on your website, but you're saying the juice is bad after day 3? She kept saying to drink all 5 in one day and then I won't have to worry about them going bad. Or she suggested to buy 3, and come back to buy 2, but then I wouldn't be getting the bundle price. She told me that they have to say the juices are good for 3 days, and they're not allowed to sell juices after the 3rd day. This is ridiculous. They are selling a product and advertising a 5 day cleanse to be drank 1 a day, that have to be purchased in a bundle in one transaction, when in reality the juices go bad after 3 days. I am starting to question the brand and the health benefits backing their claims after realizing what they teach their employees vs what they advertise to customers are two different things. read more

Just opened and let me tell you, this store is awesome. Not only are the juices affordable but this is also a Freeze location and it is so tasty. All the workers are incredibly knowledgable and are so welcoming and fun. And it's located in the Americana which is perfect because there are so many places to shop. I'll definitely be back! My favorite so far is Greens 2 and the Roots Freeze with granola and sunflower seeds. Yum! read more

This place has bogus promotions. Don't believe the hype. I tried to purchase a 3-day cleanse for $149 as part of a week long promotion for Memorial Day, but you have to schedule your deliveries 4 days before the actual end of the promotion --WHICH MAKES NO SENSE! Promo period ends on 5/25, but you have to schedule it by 5/21 so period is only 3 days long and not 7. My wife walked into the store to ask about the details and they told her she didn't know what she was talking about. As someone who kicked A LOT, believe me this place is just hype. I do week long cleanses every 6 weeks and have found much better customer service and deals at other local juice shops in Atwater, Pasadena, and Highland Park. read more

I love the selection of juices and they taste great, but I have one major issue. To be able to get the FULL benefit of raw, coldpressed juices, you are suppose to drink it not very long after they are produced. The juices sold here say it should be consumed within 3 days, but when does the 3 days start? There is no date showing when it was produced. I'm having a hard time believing that they throw away juices that are not sold within a day. Is this a flaw in their business model or done on purpose to deceive the consumer? If I can't be assured, I'm left to think worst case. Their Green 3, which they say is the most popular veggie drink is sold for $6.50. The Green Giant at Whole Foods is pretty much the same for $7, but Whole Foods make it on the spot when ordered. I live upstairs of Pressed Juicery so it would be much more convenient, but until they fix this major flaw, I can't depend on them for the real stuff. I tried asking the employees at their store and their corporate office for clarification and they both had a "trust us" attitude towards my concern. Sorry, I wish I could. read more

I've been a Pressed Juicery customer for a while now and even tried a cleanse before, however I am now a Loyal Pressed Juicery Glendale customer for life! I walked in and there was a good amount of people in line. You can see all the employees quickly working to help each customer. I was greated with a warm welcome, and was acknowledged with eye contact by every employee. When my turn came up I was helped by Vincent. Even though I've never had a negative experience at a Press Juicery, I was completely blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, and pride to deliver an exceptional customer experience. From someone who works in customer service and sales, I can say that unfortunately, most places don't truly deliver that level of service that you would hope they would. Tried this place on a whim while my car was getting serviced and BOY am I glad I did. Vegan soft serve JUICE? I"M IN TOTAL LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!! I want to eat there every day. I tried the vanilla and chocolate, which are soft serves made with almond milk, cacao, vanilla, no sugar. SO DELISH. I sampled the juice soft serves (one with beet/carrot/etc) and it was absolutely yummy too. I"d say if you want a "sweet" treat go choc. or vanilla, but if you want a healthy cold treat that's not so sweet tasting, the juice ones are the way to go. Their juices are off the hook good too. She was not particularly a fan of the texture of their frozen treat but thought I might like it. I sampled the greens, chocolate almond and vanilla almond. The greens was very refreshing, but I was in the mood for something sweeter. Even though I'm a chocolate lover, I have yo admit the vanilla tasted the better. Even if it's more of a grab n go setting, the flavor pairings are great and the Freeze (their vegan soft serve) hits all the sweet spots when you have cravings. Great staff who is both knowledgeable and personable. I don't feel like I'm encountering sleazy sales people but instead individuals who draw from their own experience to cater to yours. If you're more of the made to order type, this might not be the place for you because they don't make the juice in house. I love the "yogurt" here. It's more like frozen juice that comes out in yogurt form. I love that they've come up with a healthy alternative to the usual frozen treats. I was so surprised how cheap this was, too, for all that you get. I got a chocolate flavor with strawberries, cocoa bits, and almond butter. The small size which I got could have been a meal. My wife got me juices from this location. The almond milk, the coconut one and one of the green ones. Sorry I don't know the exact names. I can only review the juices so as for the actual location or customer service, if my wife didn't complain I'm sure they meet decent reqs. As for the juices.... Very good, very tasty and filling. The main reason why I am giving one star because I am getting Pressed Juicery to pay attention to customer's demand!!! Matcha almond freeze is no doubt all time favorite customer's healthier frozen yogurt. I found out that they stopped making matcha almond freeze and they are promoting their new seasonal flavors including coconut and mango without any chance to promote it on instragram or facebook. Why didn't they warn their customers about matcha almond freeze to be discontinued? There are NO other frozen yogurt place that have kind of "green vegetable" frozen yogurt because most of those froyo alway have frozen yogurt in fruit. Since they stopped making it, I was forced to make it at home. I was willing to travel from Phoenix to Los Angeles and to Las Vegas 4 times a year to get my most favorite matcha almond freeze because it is so healthy and it does my body good. I hope they will put matcha almond back to market soon!!! read more

Love it, of course I am a huge fan of the pressed juicery, but this one was one of the better ones that I've been to. With the selection of juice, and freeze, its definitely something to visit if you are in the area shopping or passing through.
