The place, in all the years we have visited, is always clean. Their yogurt machines are all usually operational. Their toppings always look fresh and well stocked. The people working here are business like, friendly but not overly friendly. Incredible location. A friend and I came quite late on a Tuesday evening. The employee was already cleaning since it was 1 hour before closing time, but he was still super friendly, attentive, courteous and professional. The yogurt is delicious, has the perfect consistency, and there are so many toppings. Mine came out to about 10 bucks and it was quite a generous portion loaded up with toppings. Great value for the price. Ambiance was great too. Everything was clean and well kept. If there was a location near from where I live, I'd go almost every day, lol. 10/10. The frozen yogurts are sweet, as is, but there's a variety of toppings available from fresh fruit, canned peaches, cereal, fudge, chocolate chips and more. Since I developed heart disease, I have given up on regular ice cream. Frozen yogurt at yogurtland, specifically the plain frozen, has zero cholesterol and zero saturated fat. Unfortunately it does have sugar but it's reduced in comparison with regular ice-cream. Yogurtland is the only frozen treat for me. read more

Came in here the other day, the staff was very friendly the place was clean, parking was ample and the noise level was average. What I didn't like was 4 machines were down and we didn't have as many choices as we would've wanted. I honestly love the vanilla ice cream and that wasn't available. I did mention to the Staff that the floor was very slippery not with water but clearly what was applied to the floors to clean them. He mentioned he would look into it. That area in Eagle Rock has a lot of elderly, I think that's something we need to consider, a possible fall. Went here with friends an hour and twenty minutes before closing. Staff were already mopping floors and shutting machines down. More and more customers started to arrive but all machines were already shutdown and pulled out of the walls. I sat inside with my friends and an employee named nikko kept poking his head out to see if we've left. We sat and watched countless of customers walk in, grab a cup, then walk out when realizing there was no more yogurt. It still blows my mind that this location decided to change their operations regarding not providing sample cups because of covid. People are literally going to take the cups they're going to purchase their Froyo Poor Froyo in it lick it/ taste it, and stick that cup right underneath another Froyo dispenser. If they are trying to be more conscious regarding germs, just provide the sample cups. The owner of this establishment needs to stock their store with the cups needed to give their guests the traditional frozen experience we all love and miss. Unacceptable. Every time I visit this location the yogurts are always a bit runny and don't hold their shape. This location does get busier during the evening. They no longer have the glass wall around the topping to serve you. Instead, they are back to self serve. At this particular location they only provide outdoor seating. read more

This Yogurtland is blatantly robbing people and should be prosecuted. Yogurtland is a privately owned company, and this location is charging more per ounce that Yogurtland says the charge. The current rate in 29 cents an ounce, and this location is charging 67 cents an ounce. (I originally thought it was 64 cents an ounce, so it was even worse that I initially thought). We arrived at the Eagle Rock location 30 minutes before closing and were met with nothing but hostility. Would give zero stars if I could. Not good customer service whatsoever. Was really disappointed with the worker at the front. She was very rude and unwelcoming and just kept staring us up and down. We heard them whispering calling us fat and disabled. Honestly will not ever be going again. They first rudely rejected our request for samples and then would not give a reason why. Furthermore while my poor friend who just got out of the hospital was trying to get her self serve ice cream, the machines were rudely pulled out of the wall in the middle of my poor friends attempt to get some. I don't understand how this could have happened when the rude worker at the front could 100% see us standing there. Not sure why I hadn't review earlier, been going for YEARS. Overall: Every visit has met expectations, not busy during weekdays but typically on a nice day and weekend it get busy. Not enough space inside but the outside patio is nice with lamps/heaters and cushions. Although - NOW COVID19, they offer gloves and require you use a mask. They serve your toppings and have a setup to ensure employees safety. So, we are absolutely visiting it when we are in need of a sweet treat. read more

Good flavors and lots to choose from. I liked it. This location in a crowded shopping plaza at Colorado & Eagle Rock Blvd is small and can get crowded at times. The inside has very few tables but there is an outdoor patio area and some tables outside also along the front window. Many flavors to choose from but I went with toasted coconut and fresh strawberry. Both flavors delicious in their own way. I top mine with cookie dough, blueberries, strawberry popping boba, cheesecake bites, sliced almonds and drizzle strawberry sauce all over it. It's a guaranteed good time. Trust me. Service was ok. The lady at the counter was friendly and offered us some sample cups. The other girl cleaning the yogurt stations didnt seem to wanna be bothered. Oh well... Last weekend i met the manager at this location Kim, shes always ready and happy to describe in detail the product they sell - ice creams and toppings. I appreciate how patient she is considering all the questions i have... (Normally staff roll they're eyes) I have to mention she is BEAUTIFUL person inside and Out. Truly. A Few months ago i was here on a busy night &another customer was angry about something but i saw her handle it very calm, and Professional. I am always impressed by the Customer Service here - employees are kind and knowlegable i am very impressed every time... On top of Amazing service it is always clean and bathroom smelled wonderful !
