This review is to thank the kind worker who was helping me understand what this place was. I mean, I've always seen Pressed Juicery, but I never fully grasped the concept that this was literally a place that just makes juice (and acai). Anyways, the lady that helped me was very nice and patient. She recommended a variety of things off the menu, and I asked her what her favorites were. It was very fun. I ended up getting the new sparkling refreshers they had and tried the Gut Feeling one. That was pretty good. I liked whatever they put in there; it seemed and tasted healthy and very refreshing. I would honestly get it again instead of going to Starbucks for their refreshers. I absolutely loved to Pressed Juicery freezes. They are a great vegan healthier alternative to an ice cream. This is in a convenient location in fashion Island and if you just wanna stop here for press is on the outer part so it's easy to get to. Parking can be a challenge here depending on how busy the shopping center is. There isn't much of a place to sit after you get your freeze, but you can wander around fashion Island, and there are places to sit there although they are pretty far away. read more

It's so unfortunate. I've always loved pressed juicery, but over the years I've noticed how only one employee works at a time. I went in yesterday to get a freeze and this poor girl was working all by herself ringing up customers at the cashier, making orders, and packing online orders. Why does this always happen? You should be able to have AT LEAST 2 employees at a time. It is so sad that she was working all by herself and was so stressed with the line out the door. Do better pressed juicery owners. I'm sure they're only getting paid minimum wage too so I'm sure you can afford it. read more

Given that it's in a mall, this location is consistently busy and consistently understaffed. One person working with 10 people getting freezes does not work. Wow, what an experience! I used to be obsessed with Pressed Freeze and would visit this location almost every other day. After taking a break for a while, I decided to come back today. When I arrived, the store was completely empty except for an employee who was sweeping the floor. She didn't acknowledge me until she was done with the floor, and it was very clear I was an inconvenience to her by being there. I ordered my usual vanilla/chocolate freeze, and she seemed to make sure to pour as little as possible into the cup (I guess I should appreciate the saved calories, lol). But the worst part was the freeze itself -- it was basically melted, the worst consistency I've ever seen. Neither the strawberries nor the goji berries tasted fresh. And the other day I found out you can use any of the soft serves as the base for the bowls! The woman that helped me out was so nice and friendly. I have always loved pressed and would consider myself a regular at the newport/fashion island establishment. However, the recent employees (specifically one who works quite often) always appears angry and is rude to many of the costumers. Recently they have been extra stingy with their product. My friend is canceling her subscription because this poor service it very uncalled for. Disappointed. Such a shame good food has to be backed up with bad service. read more

Pressed juicery is expensive but it's good. This isn't my go to because of the price, but I go here every once in a while. They specialize in their juices but I personally go there for there soft serve. They're really good at making froyo taste good but healthy! I usually get the matcha or chocolate one with almond butter, chocolate chips, and blueberries as my toppings. It's bomb. On a nice hot summer day, this is perfect.
