I was in the mood for something light and refreshing. I could tell it was gonna be another warm and sunny day in OC. This was my first time browsing through the shopping center, and thankfully this place was open early. One worker came out and told me that it was a self serve platform with the do it yourself ordering kiosk and after browsing the menu I came across what I ultimately came for which was an açaí smoothie. The inside of the store was spotless very clean well maintained, and I forgot to mention this in the beginning, but there is plenty of free parking after a few minutes. My smoothie was ready and it was absolutely amazing refreshing and full of all the good stuff to keep me, satisfied and motivated to complete my workday. I guess it's normal now for smoothies to cost anywhere between $10-$15. I remember growing up smoothies were half that price but hey, it is what it is. read more

When we came in, the cashier went up to us and introduced the Acai Republic concept, including its Brazilian origins and an explanation of the fruits used in the bowls. They have a touch screen where you can view the product and select what you want (I personally love this, since this makes it easier to know what I'll be getting). Do note that they are a cashless restaurant. We opted for two large Cali bowls, and we were blown away by how fresh the fruit was! They have two small tables to eat at inside, but plentiful seating outside (where you can feel the nice ocean breeze). Parking is also really smooth here. Good açaí but this location is way too inconsistent. As a regular I can tell you sometimes I get too much granola, sometimes barely any. Sometimes too many blueberries, sometimes too much banana. Sometimes a lot of nut butter, sometimes barely any. You just never know what you're going to get. unfortunately, this was the middest acai place i have been to in awhile. i was looking forward to it because of the high reviews, but the quality of the acai was not good and the service was dismal. our order took 20 minutes to make when there was no one else in the store. the madly mango smoothie was decent, but everything overall was too overpriced in my opinion. i cannot recommend acai republic and would actually suggest finding another reputable acai/juice place. read more

I didn't know there were extra topping options until after we ordered. Luckily the staff let us add additional toppings for free. I couldn't really tell as the acai tasted like it would it I ordered elsewhere but I do like the texture of this acai. I really like the frozen acai textures. Ordered online and unfortunately cannot call the store to tell them what happened and am not able to email them about what happened as their website isn't working for me. My bf and I ordered online and when it got delivered they mixed up our orders and put peanut butter and almond butter in my bowl instead of my boyfriend's. I have a mild nut allergy and usually I don't have this issue but unfortunately because of the employee who wasn't paying attention, my bowl had to be completely thrown away. Im making this just so that the business is aware.
