What a cute place, perfect spot to meet for coffee and breakfast or work!! I would have given them 5 stars but the lady working at the register who I believe to be the manager was not very friendly and borderline rude. I understand being short staffed but to act irritated with your customers and have an unfriendly attitude is not the right response, this was very disappointing. Pre - corona I used to come here at least once a week with my laptop to get work done. The food is delicious. While slightly pricey, they have good choices for breakfast and lunch. The avocado toast is amazing. I also enjoy the turkey sandwich - real turkey and pickled onions with a yummy garlic aioli. The smoothies are also nice as they have multiple non dairy options. The coffee itself isn't my favorite. Not terrible, and I'll get a cup of iced coffee or a hot latte sometimes, but it's not my favorite coffee (that award goes to Barista and Stumptown), but better than Starbucks. The decor is very cute and the atmosphere is nice for working - not too loud and especially during the week it is pretty slow. The weekends can be pretty crazy so I prefer weekdays. What kitchen? Upon arriving at 3:25 and waiting in line for 10 min I was told that the kitchen had already put away their food and I could not order. I had planned on getting food for my family and would have easily spent quite a bit. They close at 4 but apparently their customer service shuts down at 3 (if there was any to begin with). Overall this place is really cute and they have great menu items. I do have to say that they are extremely slow though. I came in to grab an avocado toast and had to wait 30 minutes and it wasn't even busy. The girls are so sweet but im just confused as to why it takes that long. The first time I came it also took 30 minutes for my coffee. Granted they don't know who's a first timer but it definitely does not look good when I'm trying some place new. I will continue to come here but I truly hope they can fix the timing issue. read more

Went in for the first time today, ordered an iced Americano and a burrito, my friend got a London fog. Felt kind of bad for the girl behind the counter, seemed like she was newer and was all by herself. It wasn't too busy, there was maybe 7 other people in the place. After waiting 15 mins, the americano was disappointing, the flavor was good but it was too watered down and there was not enough ice. The London fog took 20 mins and was $7 for a small cup, and that was also disappointing. We decided to leave after not being able to get on the internet because of the poor wifi connection so I asked for my burrito to go because it still wasn't out yet. It came out in a big box and I figured that meant it was worth the $14 I paid for it. When I peeked in the box I saw a tiny sad looking burrito, I figured it might at least taste good. Sadly, I didn't get to find out. As I was leaving, I set the box on the roof of my car and forgot about it. A mile down the road it rolled off my car and I watched as the burrito flew into the road in my rearview mirror. We couldn't help but laugh, a fitting end to the experience. I can't say whether or not the burrito was good, but I will say that I won't be going back to find out. PS for the owners, maybe play some music so the vibes are better. read more

It's the grand opening day and my first time here. I really like the location. It's easy to get to and plenty of parking. It's a nice quiet space. I had a lavender latte that was good. My mom and I enjoyed a nice afternoon snack and coffee here today. I had the raspberry mocha, which was excellent, and made even better with little specks of dried raspberries on top. This was great! Seattlites passing through the 'couve and not wanting IHop for breakfast. We loved the avocado toast! I moved here from Studio City//North Hollywood area and one of my most missed spots was Alfreds tea room/Coffee shop in Beverly Hills. I came across Presso on Instagram and what was so funny is I actually had met the owners best friend one day in LA at a blue bottle the year before. I loved the Portland location and was so happy they came to Vancouver. The management and staff is very intentional when answering questions about possible drink selections and the food is one of my favorites. It's a small piece of L.A. glamour and warmth. I'd recommend this place for dates, creative blog pictures and THEY CARRY OATLY! My best friend runs one of L.A.'s best coffee shops and is obsessed with the stuff! This is a cute addition to the fourth plain area. Their PSL was delicious, not overly sweet and full of flavor. I also got their salmon sandwich was also very good. The only note I have is that if you're coming for quiet to study or do work, this seems to be a hot spot for moms/families to get together and bring all their kids so it can get a bit noisy. read more
