I don't know the "Who, What, Why's" on all the negative, subpar reviews, but my experience (Prior to the Delivery portion at least) was STELLAR - Larry was AWESOME!! I'd grown a bit tired of the bareness of my home office some months back, did ample research on some RTG items and then fell back in to my routine and put my decorating ideas on the back burner. After very recently finding my spark again, I earmarked a few items online and then went to see them in person. When I entered the location, I took a quick look outta' my peripheral to see how quickly (If at all) a sales rep was gonna approach me. Larry spotted me and I spotted him and he welcomed me in and offered his immediate assistance. I had a few SKU numbers jotted down for reference and Larry was gracious enough to check the availability of the items out for me. 1 of my 4 items had been discontinued, though it didn't show that way online, which was perfectly fine because I had 4 options, but ultimately only really wanted to get 2 pieces. All of the other items on my list were available, but I was disappointed to hear, that none of them were eligible for RTG assembly (I don't mind paying someone to put furniture together, as I've put EVERYTHING else in my house together by myself). No harm, no foul though... Since I'd made that trip across town, I asked Larry to hold the items for me and let me do some browsing, just in case, while I was there. Larry left me to my own devices, he went 1 way, I went another, I found 2 surprises along the way, I signed what I needed to sign and my items that I didn't walk out with, should be to me shortly - SUCCESS!! =) DELIVERY ADDENDUM: RTG had a 4-Star Rating when I left the store, but now that "Delivery" can be added to the rating, you see where we've ultimately landed...NO email, no text, no call; NO heads up AT ALL!! I was sitting at the office and my security camera went off, so I checked my cameras, to see my table sittin' at my front door, leaned against the house - THANKS RTG Delivery!!! No warning whatsoever, so thankfully I live in a good neighborhood and my table was still there when I got home 5 hours later!!
