No "well, we could do it for an extra $$$" nonsense--just solid, honest work because, apparently, integrity is still alive and well. And let's talk about energy. He has cleaned driveway of tire marks, grease and has lifted some gum like substance, but unfortunately also concrete stain, so now I will have to find someone to re-stain my driveway. I'm a new homeowner in the South Bay and had a bunch of post construction debris and dirt all over my back patio pavers. I inquired with a bunch of local businesses through Yelp. And there were a few bids slightly cheaper than Frank's. However, he explained that he also applies sealant as well during his service. I am glad I went with him, he did an amazing job. There was even a solidified, complete dry 6x6 inch area of stucco directly on a few of the pavers. Frank did a thorough job in removing the stucco and all the debris that was left over from construction. He took his time and really showed attention to detail. He was super easy to communicate with the entire time (before and during service). If I ever need power washing again, I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend!!
