(They did fix this but I had to catch it) 2, they gave my dog more vaccines than requested. (Gave me a credit for my next visit, although they shouldn't have messed up on something so big) 3, they didn't prescribe my dog the needed medications for an ear infection due to nursing and when done nursing, they wanted me to pay for another visit. So they wanted to double charge me for the same service that wasn't fully treated. It's clearly all about the money for them. I would advise don't go here. The manager Addy is absolutely no help.

Dr Sam Seramur was his doctor and was very comforting and gave us plenty of time to be with him before and after the procedure. Brady never turned down food so when they brought in chicken, he gobbled it down and although it immediately came back up, he enjoyed that last meal. The tech who gently removed his body wrapped in blankets was so kind and it meant a lot when he said that he could tell we were good dog parents. I hope no one reading this has to ever go through this but if you do, I recommend this caring business .

When I mentioned that my dog was cold while we were in the waiting room, a technician brought him a blanket. The vet was kind when he came to talk to me about my dog and then later his test results. The medication the vet prescribed had my dog eating later that same day, and back to his regular self in a couple days. I am very grateful to the care the staff provided Rocky and me.

The staff is always cheerful and welcoming. You can tell everyone here truly cares about the animals. And to top it off, the prices are incredibly reasonable! Dr. Kniffen takes a conservative approach to treatments. At times, he has suggested buying things at a drug store to save money (like Benadryl and a humidifier). He doesn't jump into doing a bunch of tests, X-rays, ultrasounds and the like, unless it's truly warranted. Unfortunately, that seems to be very uncommon with veterinarians these days--it's like they want to milk every dime out of you that they can. I would recommend Highway 79 to anyone looking for a good vet with reasonable pricing. This might be one of the few places left that hasn't been taken over by a big corporation.

It is highly important to be pleasant and polite with customers at all times since they're the ones that put your bread and butter on the table. The staff however is nice. However, on the vet clinic's web site that they want you to order from, triple the cost. I don't know why "greed" has to enter the picture. Why not charge affordable prices and thus show love of neighbor since many out there are struggling to make ends meet?

Your kindness, patience, and genuine care have meant more to me than I can fully put into words.   Several years ago, I lost my German Shepherd, Cairo, in a way that left a permanent mark on my heart. He became very sick, very fast, and I rushed him to an emergency clinic hoping for help. Instead, he was placed in a holding room alone for 24 hours before anyone ever looked at him. By the time I saw him again, his tongue had turned black, and green bile was coming from his mouth. He passed away in my arms at only two years old.   I was young, devastated, and completely lost. I had to roll my boy up in a rug, sobbing as I carried him back to that same clinic because I didn't know what else to do. They never asked if I was okay. They never expressed sympathy. They only tried to sell me services I couldn't afford. The way they handled his life--and his death--left a hole in my home, in my heart, and even my cat and I fell into a deep depression. It also left me with a deep fear and mistrust of veterinary care.   So when it came time to bring Rogue in, I carried all of that pain and hesitation with me. But then I met all of you.   From the very moment we walked in, your warmth and compassion were obvious. You were gentle, attentive, and you treated Rogue like the precious soul she is. From the front desk staff to the doctor sitting on the floor--covered in Cheese Whiz, no less--you showed us what real veterinary care is supposed to look like. You made us feel safe. You made us feel seen. And you gave me something I wasn't sure I would ever get back: trust.   Thank you, truly, for restoring my faith in the profession and for treating my Rogue with the love and dignity every animal deserves. Our little fat dog got overheated and was panting so hard she couldn't get air good enough. When I…read morecarried her in and told them she couldn't get air a tech came rushing out from the back and took her straight away to be triaged. She was put immediately in a oxygen tent and given sedation to calm her down, along with fluid to sustain water loss from panting. She remained under their observation for an hour and a half and was sent home with supportive care and instructions. Alexander, the triage tech was there to answer any questions I had, or go ask the vet when I called back later that night. I am so thankful for them saving my little fur baby from my stupidity!

These folks could not have been more caring and compassionate at every step. They were responsive and scheduled an appointment around our needs. They care and it shows. Everything is done in your home, eliminating the anxiety on your pet of going to the vet. I hope I never have to call them again, but I'm very grateful knowing they are around.

My two senior cats became very sick one right after the other. Both declined rapidly and compassionate pet vet scheduled me fast each time so neither would suffer. I highly recommend if you're able to go this route to do so. One of my cats was terrified of the car and vets and this made her last moments extremely relaxing. I was charged the following: $86.50 Exam Fee $66 Ear Cytology $51 for hair ear pluck $5 Biohazard supply $80 Claro Ear pack gel $7.56 Administration fee Total: $296.80 Unfortunately our dog was not better and still itching at his ear. We were within the 30 days I wanted to bring him back in and Dr. Crenshaw said the fee would be $74 for "recheck". Liberty Hill Animal Hospital charges the following: $70 Exam Fee $48 Ear Cytology $16 for hair ear pluck No administration fees or biohazard fees. $30 Recheck fee Needless to say I'm not going back and disappointed. It seems like a money pit with no resolution or true concern for our dog.
