When I came in to pick up the car, there was an extremely long line, at closing time. There was a lady being absolutely absurd about what vehicle she was getting, and how inconvenienced she felt, mean while, holding up the employees, and line of people. Inconveniencing every employee and person in the store. (Hope you enjoyed the Rivian, Karen ) Everybody in line was offered water or tea by the staff working that day. Not only that, but I was very impressed by how the manager John handled himself during the situation, he remained professional and informative, at the ridiculousness of this lady. Being the only location open in the area on a Sunday I was super grateful for them. Will definitely choose enterprise every time. Also have to say returning the car was a breeze.. This was a breath of fresh air compared to my other rental car experiences for the past decade. Like most people, I've had plenty of bad experiences with car rental places having long lines and surly employees who either don't care, have no sense of urgency, or worse, are semi-hostile. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer service of both the employee we picked up a car from and the one we dropped off with. Even something as basic as the employees politely acknowledging the next person in line and saying "We'll be right with you" felt like such a treat compared to other rental companies. The vehicle we got was quite decent and clean. The transaction was quick and easy on pickup and dropoff. I'm sticking with Enterprise from now on. read more

It's my first time renting a car in this location. Big thanks to Gabriel!! He is such a great help! At first when my car got hit, I took my car to the repair shop, caliper collision down the street (less than a mile from enterprise). The staff picked me up from the repair shop and rented a car! The service is so fast and helpful that when I just finished turning in my car for repair, the staff is already there. I understand there is a car shortage and I was introduced to a Nissan versa. The car is a 3 year old car but without armrest. Personally, I cannot drive a car without armrest. Gabriel was able to help me out, he gave me a new Kia soul for rental. This enterprise is very understanding and friendly. The staffs are like friends like they are trying to help you out as fast and understand my needs! I 110% recommend this place. read more

After my accident my insurance company connected me with this rental car company. They kept calling me that they are ready for me to pick up a car. So I made and appointment for 10am and I was on time. When I got there, there were 5 people ahead of me and the parking lot was empty. They had no cars available. I asked the counter guy and he said they are trying to pick up cars from the body shops around town. So after an hour of waiting they finally gave me one car that they had that they used to pick up clients from local areas. After getting the car, he said the gas was at half. As soon as I started the car, it only showed 1/4. Came back and told them about it and they said no worries, we will correct it. So when I cam back to return the car, they denied everting and charged me $50 for the 1/4 tank. They also charged me $8 a day for taxes for 10 days. Enterprise was supposed to cover all, but they said that I got a luxury car. Not that I wanted one, but that is all they had and forced me into it. It gets better, Riley from their office called me to close the account, and I told her about the gas and the tax. She said no worried, I will take car of the gas and credit you 15% discount to make it right. Sure enough, the bill hits my account and it is the full price charge. This place does not have any customer service. They are always trying to cheat you. This was my third time using them and not by choice, and every time I have had issues. read more

Deceptive and unethical business practices will find you paying far more than you were told. I rented a car here after being rear-ended and felt like I got rear-ended again by these guys! I needed a car while mine was in the body shop. This location was recommended to me by my insurance company as it is only a couple blocks away from the body shop. After completing the call with my insurance company a gentleman from this Enterprise called me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment time. When I went to pick up the car I was in and out in a couple minutes. No paperwork; they just had me sign a digital notebook which I thought made things quick and easy but was actually my folly. They gave me a car at $10 per day over what my insurance pays per day. That's what they told me but in reality they were charging me $40 per day over my insurance (various fees plus insurance which I specifically told them I didn't need). I would have known this if I had scrolled up above where they had me sign. After returning the car they just smiled and told me everything was good and they would just charge my card. I didn't receive any paperwork. A few days later I saw the excessive charge on my credit card and was shocked. After confronting them they smiled, blamed me, and gave me a credit but still $25 per day over my insurance rather than the $10 they quoted me. Make sure you get paperwork IN HAND with EXACT dollar amounts before you leave their lot so you know precisely what you are going to pay. Don't just sign when they point and say "sign here" - take a few minutes to scroll through the form to make sure they aren't hiding anything. Better yet, just avoid this place completely. I've rented from various Enterprise locations in prior years but have never been taken advantage of as I was at this location. read more

Each time i have expressed my concern, Enterprise assigns to a customer service rep, who acknowledges but then refuses to respond to. inquiries. Enterprise is great until they need to do something for you that doesn't include picking up a car. If you forget something in your car, forget about it because it's gone! They advertise that they "clean" the car between each use but if this was true you would likely receive a call letting you know that you have forgotten items in the vehicle and that they are in the lost and found. Do they do that? Nope! I'm under the suspicion that the service team steals customers belongings on the regular. We borrowed a tesla for a week or so while our car was getting worked on. My husband forgot his jacket in the fronk and when we called to inquire about it they said the car was rented already and we would have to wait until they got it back. I wish it dawned on me that they would have already "cleaned" the vehicle and checked it prior to giving it to another customer. We called back a couple weeks later and kept getting the same runaround. We spoke to countless employees Including but not limited to Christopher (manager), John, a woman with blonde hair, and have not been able to get a call back. We get "let me check! What is your info and I'll call you back" and then no one ever follows up! It got so frustrating we asked to talk to the head person and Matti Kenney-Blumer is always unavailable and has never called us back. This could be because his team is not relaying the info but that is part of the problem. Christopher was my most recent contact and he promised to send me a picture of the lost and found and I told him how frustrated I was and yet 2 weeks later NO RESPONSE. The accountability of this store and team is so poor I can't believe how incompetent the employees here are that they can't send a simple follow up. My husband even went in person because this crap was starting to become a joke. They didn't let him look through the lost and found. Granted all we lost was a jacket but it was very sentimental and it's sad how the employees are only willing to help you in the beginning when you are checking out a car. They are only responsive when it "counts" because they want positive surveys as this is how they promote from within. There is a huge disconnect from the service received once the vehicle is picked up to when it is returned. No one cares about you and they are ALL COLLECTIVELY unwilling to help you or resolve your concern. Whoever manages this branch is a complete idiot and is ruining the reputation of your company. If you promote your employees with the idea of "great customer feedback" it should count FULL CIRCLE and not just in the beginning. I will be sure to go out of my way to NEVER use enterprise again. I've been a customer for several years but you do not value your customers therefore I do not value you. You all need to take some training in accoutability and write a few people up for the lack of follow up. read more

The ABSOLUTE MOST RUDE AND HORRIBLE customer service from Geoffrey! instead of providing customer service like his job is, he will give you an attitude, talk back, and blame you, completely not helpful at all! A group of us went to go rent cars, ended up renting 2 and Geoffrey was the one we had as our sales person, wishing we had someone else, he had such a bad attitude and lack of customer support and service, not even sure how he has this job as his career! he needs an attitude change and some retaining to do! or just don't work in the customer service industry period. Renting the car he did not even tell us about extra jnsurance we could pay for incase something happened on the road to us like an accident or so, also where the gas line was and how much gas we had to have when returning the car. The paper we got was marked at half, we got the car at less than half so we called to make sure and clarify things and he said it was at half and kept arguing with us, we had taken a picture and said we had pictures and finally he was like "okay" at the end of the day he was rude and argumentative, called us "something else" and had such a bad mannered attitude and personality. I had to get a rental car because my car was in the shop. This was my first having my car in the shop and getting a rental car. I wasn't sure what to expect but I thought it would be stressful. However, when I got there, it was not as difficult or stressful as I had thought. The employees were really helpful in listening and responding to my questions and concerns. They do everything possible to make sure customer is happy with their experience. I want to mentioned how great Ali (I think that is how his name is spelled) was with helping me. He answered all my questions and facilitated the process. If I ever need to get a rental car again (hopefully for something fun), I will come here. So after getting into a terrible car accident 2 days ago, the driver was attempting to enter a free way exit (he was going the wrong direction and made a left on a light where no lefts were allowed to be made) as I was crossing the intersection on a green light and we had a brutal collision - all air bags deployed - and my car was totaled. I had never had such a bad accident that I needed a rental, so I had no idea what to expect. Little did I know, my car would take 5 months to repair. Enterprise worked with my insurance and made everything super easy for me. When my insurance benefit ran out, Enterprise made sure I got the best rate. Everything was explained to me, there were no hidden fees, no surprises. The cars I drove were all well maintained and clean. Did I mention how friendly and helpful literally every employee I interacted with was? I would especially like to acknowledge Jenna, I believe she is a manager. If she's not, she should be! Location: located in Foothill Ranch off of Lake Forest and dimension in south Orange County. Service 4/5: I was rear ended recently and the insurance company Mercury sent me to this particular enterprise to rent a car while mine is getting fixed. I arrived at my appointment time at 2pm on Thursday January 24th. No one was in the building except for one employee who was on a phone call. I noted upon arrival I didn't notice many cars in the parking lot so I was wondering what kind of rental I was going to get since a majority were vans. However, the gentleman that took care of me was very nice and informative. I did feel he was a bit aggressive with add ons for insurance, gas or upgrades, but I get it is all apart of the sales pitch. I declined all and was on my merry way. They didn't have any smaller cars available and they were going to get one from their Lake forest branch but they ended up putting me in a Toyota RAV4. It was very clean but didn't have much gas which was annoying. However, the car is very smooth and I enjoy it so far. Only bummer it does seem to be a gas guzzler. Otherwise, I also appreciated a text follow up from the branch manager the following day to thank me for being a customer. It was a nice touch. Tip: make an appointment by all means. I can see them not having enough cars if you are a walk in. Also they do charge $100 as a temporary hold regardless if you are going through an insurance company or renting for private use in addition to the daily fee. My friend and I got 2 cars for our trip to SF. The 50% off weekend specials going on is fantastic. He got his right away and they had to drive me to the Lake Forest location on Rockfield. They gave me a free car upgrade to full size. Don't go to the Rockfield location b/c the guys here are more chill. They don't hound you about taking their insurance. They just ask if you want it. I said no. That's it. I just use my Visa credit card, so I'm covered. I had the Kia Optima. Like always don't expect the most comfortable ride from rentals, but the Kia was livable. Seriously, I drove ~8 hours from the OC to SF with very little discomfort. Just a little pissed off it takes a whole work day to get up there, but that's not the Kia's fault. read more

Ahh crap, I almost killed Daniel the Third (my car ha). I called up my homie at Allstate because "I'm in good hands" and was hooked up with Enterprise. FYI, they have a direct bill with them, yay! The staff there is super friendly and understanding. Kate picked me up and set me up. They didn't have any standard vehicles available which was understandable because I didn't make reservations. She asked if it was okay to put me in a Dodge Ram. I said hell freaking yeah! Oh my gosh, I found out why they call it that. I seriously wanted to RAM people when I was driving. Like I was doing bumper cars but with a sweet truck and I would sooo own them and win, you know? Holy cow, I just got out of an accident. I shouldn't be having these urges haha. I called to make a reservation a week prior for the smallest vehicle. I arrived it was very busy, the staff attended to everyone as fast as possible. They were very professional. They loose a star for not having the economy vehicle that I reserved. I wanted something very basic, however I got an Audi. It drove fast, and I had to put premium gas in the tank. The check coolant light kept coming on. I'm glad nothing major happened with it. Overall, I will rent from them in the future as customer service was awesome, and I'm hoping the next time I reserve they will be able to accommodate me. read more

I've been renting with the office for years now. They have their ups and downs, I've had bad and good experiences in the past, but the last visit was a good one. The young lady and the office manager where very friendly, great customer service. There were only two vehicles left in the lot, they ask if I wanted to upgrade to an SUV from a mid-size car. Manager gave me a great deal I couldn't refuse. SUV was actually better because it was easier for my father-in-law to get into. The young lady even offered me to take the car to the car wash with her before I drove off with it. The only downfall with Enterprise is that they don't keep track of recurring customers. Somewhere in their system should be a frequent renter. I feel like a new customer every time I come in. For once I'd like for them to say, welcome back Mr. or Mrs. (last name)!
