Disappointed is the best word I would use to describe my experiencing of utilizing this shop for an overheating issue for my Subaru. They would rather go with what a customer suggests could be the problem vs doing the proper investigation, diagnostic testing or just general root-cause analysis. This tells me that the techs that work here either have limited experience with these types of issues or have not been provided the proper training to assess. Unless you just need an oil change or small parts replaced, take your business elsewhere. There's nothing Prestige about the service found here. read more

Truly a superb independent repair shop. Very high quality repair of Mercedes, Lexus, Mini Cooper and almost any foreign car repair. I have a 2007 Lexus SC430, a very high end Lexus hardtop/convertible that needs an expensive timing belt replacement every 9 years. Prestige initially gives a vehicle inspection so all necessary repairs/maintenance can be done. The price was on the very low end and half of what the Lexus dealer would have charged. Great customer service. Prestige will be my first call for any future repairs. read more

Used to really like this place but cannot say that anymore. Style of customer engagement is combative! The decline in customer service is shocking but likely from arrogance of a monopoly. My experience was horrible so would not recommend but if you still go, get clear estimates before engaging otherwise you're in for some dismissive engagement and it's on your dime! read more

Not a place for simple repairs bring your wallet one of the only places I've seen that the dealers actually beat their prices. I guess my two stars are for the fact that they'll do a full-blown inspection even if that's not what you asked for. I watched the repair of what they told me was the problem which may take some time however 5000 bucks excuse me 5500 bucks for a $1200 part. I guess I just don't got to buy this giving money away. read more

I had Prestige replace a fuel injector on my 2013 VW Passat. The repair quote was about $850. I agreed to go ahead with the repair. Two days later when we picked it up the total bill ended up being $1038.20. Then allowing me to use a coupon and credit that was on my account the total was $949.70. Their excuse was that they forgot to include the diagnostic time. Not too happy. The mechanic did good work on the repair, and got the car to run normal again. But then compared the repair cost to the dealer and was shocked. The dealer would have replaced all 4 injectors for $1135.00 but if they would have done the same work just replacing one injector it would have only been $450. The dealer also does not charge a diagnostic fee if you decide to have them do the repair. So looks like I was over charged about $600. I have been a long customer of this shop too. NOT HAPPY. Amazing first time experience with Prestige Auto repair! I have been searching for a reliable repair shop for my 18 year old Toyota Sienna. She is my baby! We have been through some tough times together in 18 years and I want to keep her. Having a shuttle service to get me and my autistic daughter back home was such a blessing! My car was diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. It drives like a new auto now! This is one of those shops that is so good people keep it secret so they can keep the place to themselves. I went and got my automatic transmission serviced, which they did very well and quickly. The service got rid of the symptoms I was getting, But Mike went further and took care of a loose fitting on the radiator for me as well. Outstanding! The people here love the cars they work on, it shows in the outstanding service and attention to detail. They also have a really cool and comfortable waiting room with vintage mercedes/BMW manuals and brochures, it's like a german car museum. Tank, their friendly dog, is a gentle good-natured old hound, and will make friends with you by the second day you're there. This is THE place to take your BMW, Mercedes, and Mini Cooper. I have a 1985 300D Mercedes Benz and was looking for a place that would work with it. I found Prestige Auto Repair and the first couple times I went they did an amazing job with my car at a good price. Recently I just went to get my car looked over and a couple leaks looked at (I already knew where and what was leaking I just wanted a estimate and I told them this). First off they were not able to fix my roof leaking but still charged me full price for just cleaning my sunroof 129$. Not only this but when I was looking over the receipt because the overall cost seem very high, I noticed they charged for the inspection of my leak in my engine and then topped of my steering fluid without asking me first, charging 85$ for it. I then told them I never gave my approval for this and that if they told me it was going to cost that much for an estimate on my leak I wouldn't have done it. The person on the phone said it was a misunderstanding and I still had to pay. Overall they are a good place but be careful about going here because they charged extra towards me without asking and getting approval from me. read more

I've had some minor service work done here on my 1992 E30 and I can't say enough about this shop. They are wonderful, helpful and conscious of your needs. Just a really honest helpful place with good people. Their prices seem in line with what I've seen assuming you stay away from the dealers nonsense and they will get you in very fast.
