The entire team at Prestige (especially our main point of contact Jim) did an outstanding job in repairing my wife's Honda Odyssey. Their facility is spotless and they take a very customer-centric approach to the whole process (keeping us informed, timing of things, making the rental process super easy). My wife got lost trying to locate them (she accidentally put the wrong address in her Navigation) and one of their team members found out where she was, told her to stay put, and drove to her location so my wife could flowi him back to Prestige. Well let's just start off by saying he quotes yoh one thing over the phone and in person and after the work is done, comes up with another Price lying about the amount of time it took for the work to get done.... Recently a few months back I had work done and a Part was put on incorrectly despite other parts of the same type were put on correctly. This part however had to do with my alignment and was pulling my tire to the right however just in the front of the tire and not rear as well which caused my other suspension and chassis parts to wear out faster, then recently I got work done to replace those said worn out parts and was promised he would fix his error... This time he charged me 3x what he quoted me, lied about the amount of labor time it took, lied about getting an alignment done because if that was the case the part would be turned properly and not still pulling to the right.... I then informed it wasn't fixes and he held my truck overnight only to tell me it's fixed and when I got there it wasn't... He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it elsewhere and have them correct it.... His error, under his warranty.... But more importantly his Word.... I wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here if you don't want more problems prior to your arrival at his shop!! read more

Bought 1980 Siver Shadow Rose Royce from a guy who already had the vehicle there for work. Scott the owner back the vehicle up on a truck caused damage to the rear this happened prior to me purchasing the vehicle, November 2020 it took 2-1/2 months for me to get possession of the vehicle. ( no urgentcy/responsibility to repair damage that was clearly his fault . In the meantime i asked to have a repair done as well. Over inflated prices, Poor communications, just overall a horrible experience. had to have my attorney contact him to get my car The new guy over on 124 and Silver Spring (A-Auto) has had all the work i needed done, new tires battery draw, everything done in less then a week at a very reasonable price Those that think this guy is awesome must have never had quility professional work done. I give them a full rating on: Service quality Customer Service quality +bonus points for going above and beyond expectations. I would recommend PAW to anyone and everyone. I have already recommended them to all my co-workers and family. I even still proudly have their keychain on my keys because I am that satisfied with their work. I got my 2013 Toyota Corolla S repaired by them (recommended by Justin from Lexus North Shore after my car accident) My car was torn up bad but they got it back to me looking beautiful. Chris took care of my repair and went above and beyond with customer service. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Made sure I found a good deal on a rental car for my time without my car. Offered to have someone drive me somewhere if I needed it. He even mentioned that instead of getting junkyard/used/refurbished parts, they pay the difference to get NEW parts. They go above and beyond with their service! Not only did they get my car's body looking fantastic but they also left the inside of my car better than when I gave it to them. They got my car back to me BEFORE the promise date (which is awesome because it sucks being without your car.) Prestige was recommended by our insurance agent and I recently went in to get an estimate. The place is definitely nice inside, but as a woman in her early-mid twenties I was appalled by how the individual who gave me an estimate consistently spoke down to me. The quoted price was incredibly high, which perhaps had something to do with the fact the service member was focused on estimating how much insurance would pay (albeit I consistently said it may not be covered and I'd prefer to pay out of pocket). When asked why it was so much higher than previous quotes, he berated other businesses "they must need the service more than I do," was unable to actually explain potential differences/results in approaches, and kept looking at my boyfriend instead of me in the conversation. read more

I have used Prestige on several occasions for repairs to my daughter's Range Rover while she's attending college in town. We've usually supplied the parts and planned the shop visits well in advance and things have gone smoothly and at a very fair shop rate. This shop does get busy, so get an appointment in advance and drop the car off the evening before the work is to be done if it is anything beyond quick and simple. read more

I had been taking my cars to Prestige for more than 6 years with generally good experiences. My last, however, will keep me away for good. After two repairs, a running tab of $1500, and the initial problem still unresolved, I gave Scott and Prestige one last chance to get it right. When that didn't happen, I took the car to Concours to see if they found anything wrong. I was angry when Concours diagnosed the same thing Prestige had supposedly just fixed, but I was incensed that they discovered a cheap epoxy fix to my oil pan. That means that 1) Prestige damaged my oil pan, 2) covered it up, and 3) didn't bother to mention it to me. I would have agreed with another reviewer that they're not dishonest until this happened. As a "go to" guy about cars, I've sent several people to Prestige. I'm embarrassed to have had to tell them to steer clear, because it makes me look like I didn't do my homework. read more
