These guys took great care of me. After a wreck that wasn't my fault, I was obviously being inconvenienced and needed my car quickly. I was getting married in 2 weeks and wanted my car for the drive north They ordered the parts right after my bid, I dropped it off the next business day, and they had it back with a few days. Also, they had their dent guy fix a couple dents my car had prior to the wreck. The dent guy couldn't get it done 100% (one dent was on a crease) so he didn't charge the body shot (me). Well, I wouldn't have knownhey didn't get charged. It takes solid integrity to pass that savings to your customer. So many would pocket the money. Give them a shot. Great company. read more

Top notch customer service, honest quotes, and excellent work. My car was parked when someone side swiped it and their insurance, USAA I believe, listed this place as one of their suggested options. Daryl and Jamie are the greatest support team you can have when your car needs help. My brand new 2014 Honda was broken into and ripped apart - airbags and seatbelts ripped out and stolen, door locks ripped out, cosmetic damage to the fabric seats and dashboard. It was brutal and devastating. Prestige was recommended to me by a trusted friend and they went above and beyond to make the repair a painless process. Daryl coordinated the towing, the insurance claim, and the detailing, in addition to all the repair work. And my car is now as good as new. Not to mention, they picked up my car at my house and then delivered it repaired to my office, so I didn't have to do anything but wait patiently. Throughout the repair process, Jamie called regularly to check in and keep me posted on progress, and answered all my questions. I can't recommend Prestige enough - they are the greatest!! read more

This place is amazing. I've taken my car here twice, once in 2013 and once in 2014 (both accidents involved me getting rear-ended). I was very stressed and worried about my car. I bought it brand new in 2011 and only a few years later, I had to deal with two dangerous drivers hitting me in the same relative area of my car. Darryl and Jaymee were more than helpful. They follow up and give accurate timelines to their customers. They also called my dad and gave him a run down of the work. Prestige did some work on my mother's car to repair a crease under the taillight and replace the taillight along with detailing the car and redoing all the wheels. When she brought it home I thought it was a different car. It looked brand new. I was very impressed by their craftsmanship and how they were able to make her car look like a brand new car. These guys are great! When my 2011 Mercedes was T-boned I thought it was ruined forever; at least until I talked to Darrell. He explained everything he could do for me and I really felt like he took the time to make sure I was confident and informed about what was going on. They quoted a fair price, and stuck by that estimate (I didn't get jerked around like usual automotive shops) and now it's now been like 5 years since he fixed it and I haven't had a single issue since. I'm not sure where to start, there are so many great things to be said about Prestige! I guess I'll start with the work done. My car had some damage on the front bumper, that caused it to be replaced. Prestige received the assignment from my insurance and ordered the part ASAP. I received a couple of updates during the process which took roughly 10 days, from the date ordered to the completion date. When I got to Prestige to turn my car over to them, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely hospitable and even called the car rental service on my behalf. The final product is very impressive, the front of my car looks brand new again. I drove off when it was finished and noticed there was something off about my tire. I took my car back to Prestige the very next day to ask them about the issue (not caused by them) and they fixed it, literally within a few minutes. The customer service here is AMAZING. Just took my GMC Acadia in for paintless dent removal and to have scuffs buffed out. Doing our lease return and needed it looking sharp. Prestige removed every single dent and scuff mark on the car. The work was done in a day and it looks better than when we got it off the lot. Lee and the staff were extremely kind and understanding. The price was very reasonable. Honestly there are not words for how much I appreciate this company. I ran over a ladder on the freeway and had some minor damage to the front driver's side fender. Not a huge deal, except that it's not my car, so, naturally, I have to get it fixed no matter how minor. The main problem was stability, not aesthetic, so that was another factor. I brought the car in fully prepared to have to get the whole fender panel replaced and pay a premium for the part and the whole works. Spoke with Lee and after taking a closer look he offered to take care of the stability issue and reattach the fender FOR FREE. Darrell and his team are absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. To be honest, even if they raised prices I would still come to them because of the service and quality of work. They are worth it! They fixed our Tahoe like new after it was in a wreck. After our car wreck they said we will take care of things and they did. They dealt with our insurance and made the horrible situation smooth and easy. We now will only take our Tahoe to Prestige from fixing our bumper to molding and even installing our new dash. It is nice to know that good and honest people are still in this world. read more
