The place is kept very tidy and clean by "Leticia" and she's very friendly and helpful if you need assistance or have questions about using the machines. There are huge dryers and ample folding tables. All equipment is very easy to use with detailed instructions. There's plenty of parking in back of the business and it's next door to CVS with a large parking lot. The on-site bathroom is immaculate as everything else. Will surely do all our larger loads here, which we cannot accommodate in our standard home washer and dryer.

The shirt cost over $100 and was relatively new. They still haven't found the shirt nor offered and compensation for the loss. Penny doesn't seemed to care, so I'm warning my neighbors and friends to stay far away from this "establishment."

Everyone goes the extra mile whenever I come in, including helping me get clothes to and from the car whenever my toddler is with me and I definitely need the extra hands. The owner is great and has personally helped me to the car on more than one occasion. I've brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price and with a speedy turnaround. Just last week I brought in my grandfather's Burberry rain coat; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It's the only remaining item I have of my grandfather's, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the jacket with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are. I picked it up today and it looks absolutely pristine. 10/10 recommend.

My living room drapes have valances over the windows that are fixed in place. While the drapes had…read morepreviously been cleaned, the valances had never been cleaned, and it showed. The Fabricare people came to my house to give me an estimate and saw both how difficult it would be to clean the valances and how badly they needed cleaning. Eventually they took down one valance, including the wood mounting, took it back to their shop, disassembled it, cleaned it, and reassembled it. When it came out well they then did all the rest of the drapes and valances. It all came out beautifully. Not surprisingly it was not cheap to do all of this, but it was definitely worthwhile - they did careful and excellent work. If I hadn't found them I probably would have had to replace all of the window treatments. I highly recommend them.
