Neighborhood Baptist seems to employ once retired doctors which has been fine the previous visits my mom had but this time we needed a different approach to her issue so I'm glad we went here. This ER is staffed with either medical school doctors or doctors fresh from graduation. We were helped by a very nice doctor named Dr. Smith who ordered a new CT scan. The previous scan could not on point the exact reason for the lower back pain. This time, when the Hospital radiologists reviewed the scan, they saw she had T1 and T2 compression fractures on her spine which gave the direct cause of her pain. They prescribed muscle relaxers and Lidocaine patches. It helped bridge my mom's move to hospice much better than the previous visits. She ended up needing a stronger pain intervention but I'm so grateful they gave us the diagnosis that explained the pain. Methodist Hospital offers free valet in the weekdays which I suggest you use because the parking lot was packed and finding a spot would have been an extra stress I did not need at the time.

She said go down to Admissions to ask them?? I proceeded to the 1st floor & was directed just a few feet away where I checked in. I had a QR code that was texted to me which the MA scanned. I used a hand-held E-Pad to answer some questions, sign consent forms & within 5 min. completed the forms & even paid on the E-pad. Shortly thereafter, another MA verified my info & gave me a hospital wristband which had my name & info. Within probably another minute, a technician named Nicole took me in the scanning lobby area, had me verify & sign more consent forms & took me in. The whole scanning procedure took maybe 6 minutes & I was pleasantly surprised & very comfortable! The machine they used was only 2 years old & was faster. I didn't even have to remove my clothes nor shoes!! High tech & so efficient these days!

Being admitted with severe anemia was frightening and overwhelming. Yet from the moment I arrived, every member of your team treated me not only as a patient, but as a person. Your kindness, compassion, patience, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference in my recovery. There are simply not enough words to express how thankful I am for the care you provided. Each day, I was met with friendly smiles, encouraging words, and unwavering support. Whether administering treatments, drawing blood or taking vital signs, answering questions, providing comfort, delivering meals, cleaning my room, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, every act of kindness mattered. What could have been a long and difficult hospital stay became an experience filled with warmth, dignity, and hope. There were many moments when it felt less like I was staying in a hospital and more like I was being cared for by family. That feeling is something I will never forget. I would like to personally recognize the remarkable individuals who made such a difference during my stay: Emergency Department Staff/Hospitalist/Specialist: * Genevieve - ER Nurse * Dr. Feng - Hospitalist * Dr. Alluri - Hemotologist Charge Nurses/Nursing Staff: * Liezl [Neurosciences] * Paula [Neurosciences] * Deanna [Neuroscience] * Courtney [Neuroscience] * Vivian [Oncology] * Shanee [Oncology] * Liz [Oncology] * Joey [Oncology] * Brenda [Oncology] * Selina [Oncology] * Rebecca [Oncology] * Ruben [Oncology] * Buddy [Oncology] * Liza [Oncology] Nursing Assistants / Patient Care Technicians: * Natalie [Neuroscience] * Tera [Neuroscience] * Ubaldo [Oncology] * Amy [Oncology] * Terry [Oncology] * Becky [Oncology] * Grace [Oncology] Culinary / Dietary Department: * Chris * Norma Housekeeping Department: * Linda [Oncology] Phlebotomists: * Cam [Neuroscience] * Brisa [Oncology] To every doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, charge nurse, technician, therapist, housekeeper, dietary team member, volunteer, and support staff member who crossed my path during those two weeks, thank you. You are true lifesavers. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment to caring for others are nothing short of remarkable. Because of your efforts, I felt safe, supported, respected, and cared for every single day. Please know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. The impact you have on patients and their families extends far beyond hospital walls, and I will carry my appreciation for each of you for the rest of my life. Thank you for helping me heal, for lifting my spirits, and for reminding me of the incredible difference that caring people can make. With deepest gratitude and appreciation, Robert Montgomery

Fossil Creek Complete Care took me in immediately and treated me with a level of compassion and professionalism I'll never forget. Valerie made me feel safe the moment I walked in. Hoped it was nothing - but knew it probably was - so after a restless night headed here at 6am!! From the moment we entered and the person at the front desk explained all the paperwork, charges and process - to the care I received - and in less than one hour I had received x-rays, an unfortunate but expected diagnoses of a broken foot and left with crutches, a boot and a care plan ! It was fast, excellent care and turned an unfortunate injury into an easy experience ! Would not hesitate to come here again should we need urgent care!
