Found out I would have saved probably $200 if it had been done correctly to begin with. On the recall, they supposedly ordered the part but for over a month they did not contact me and did not return multiple calls. Finally went in person and was told there was an internal miscommunication and the part was never ordered. Indicated there was no need for me to leave it for them to now fix because it would be weeks. Went to Victory Subaru in Somerset and they took care of the recall within 2 days and communicated the entire time.

I filled some information on my car on their websites and got estimates of 11500 and 11000, respectively. I made an appointment to come to the Lawrenceville branch of webuyanycar on Monday. I was hopeful, but was also worried that after test-driving my car, they would find all kinds of defects and offer me 8 or 9 thousand. When I showed up, Jeff quickly got into testing the car. After 30-40 minutes of testing, he asked if I would sell the car the same day if he offered me 11500. I couldn't believe that I was being offered the same amount that I was offered on their website. I said "yesssss". After 5-10 minutes, he said "done--11500". Jeff also offered me a couple of bags to move my things from the car. About 10-15 minutes later, I walked out with a check of $11500. The whole experience was so unbelievably great! I would use them in future for selling cars and recommend everyone to give them a chance while selling their cars. I also told Jeff to start a new car dealership to allow people in this area to have a pleasant car-buying experience!!!

My SUV was almost 5 years old, and unknown to me it was still under warranty. After 5 years I forgot that I had purchased an extended warranty. I ended up having 2 separate leaks and they actually called my dealership to check if a warranty applied. I ended up saving over $3,000 because they made that effort. They only recommended the tire rotation since it made sense to do the oil change with the repairs. I am taking my SUV there to have brakes replaced - which they also told me about. I cannot recommend them enough!
