Every aspect of the experience; from booking, to on-ground communication, to pickup, to the ride itself, has been nothing but five stars. Some of the team has shared with me that they are trusted with exclusive VIP and celebrity pickups and after just one ride, it is easy to see why. The drivers are incredibly service - oriented and anticipate traveler's needs before the question even needs to be asked. For example, every car offers wifi and bottled water at my disposal In addition, all the vehicles have been absolutely premium; I think I was in an Audi every pickup. A ride to the airport is as far as I would go with them. 1. Specifically instructed them to have the limo driver contact me upon arrival. Did not happen and ended up waiting 30 minutes and had my parents dropped off by another limo company because I couldnt find the limo driver. Response from the owner "I apologize that the chauffeur didn't contact you when initially on-site. I can assure you he had arrived on time and was on-site; a quick call to the office versus 30 minutes of finding alternative transportation would have easily confirmed the location of the chauffeur for your parents." Of course I called twice! but who the heck wants to leave messages on a machine the morning of their wedding! Plus why should I have to call? I gave specific instructions to have the limo driver contact me UPON ARRIVAL. 2. Had specific instructions to have the limo decorated during our departure from the wedding with a just married sign, rose petals, red carpet and bottle of champagne. Once again they only made it half way. Red carpet laid down and champagne but no signs or rose petals on the car as requested! 3. Saw 2 transactions on my credit card statement and am still waiting for details of what the 2 charges are for. Will update when I hear back. Overall, I wouldnt recommend yourprivatelimo to anyone. The only reason I actually gave them a chance was because Tracey (owner) stated that YPL had a reputation for a high level or service and safety and I believed her. Hopefully you wont be fooled. We had booked a ford transit van for airport shuttle home after vacation (we had 7 passengers, 12 bags... on Americar website the capacity for this van is listed at 14 people, 16 bags, which was the only vehicle option provided to us with our guest/bag count). We were charged the full amount $427.23 after fees for this ride, received the confirmation of the booking with the type of vehicle we selected... Then we were picked up by 2 separate minivans instead of the ford transit van we were expecting. We had to split the group into 3 people and 6 bags in 1 van, and 4 people and 6 bags in the other van. When I called to ask about why the transportation was different that what we booked, I was told by the owner of the company that they made the change on their end and were looking out for us and wanted to ensure ample room for the 12 bags. Which is odd because the transit van bag limit is listed at 16 and a minivan was listed at 6. (So, 2 minivans would've had 12 max but the transit van 16). Not much sense made here, but ok. What about verifying the size of our bags if that was the concern? What about asking us to switch our transportation if that were the concern? I had spoken to the owner earlier in the day and confirmed everything for the transit van and paid in full. There was no mention to me then that they were questioning the space or wanted to switch our vehicles. Regardless, why is it listed on the website that it's one capacity, when the company can change your vehicle behind your back anyway? THEN, come to realize if we would have been given the option to split up and book 2 minivans (or just done 2 separate bookings) we would've saved a total of $133.35 including all fees and 20% gratuity. On the booking website, if you select a minivan with 3 passengers and 6 luggages, and then select a separate booking with another minivan with 4 passengers and 6 luggages, it is in fact less expensive and a savings to the customer. This option came out to be a total of $293.88 (for BOTH vans) after the same taxes/fees/gratuity as the initial option (which we paid 427.23). When I called to address this, the owner said the ride was still completed and he has to still pay his drivers. The best he could offer me was half back of the difference of these vehicle prices. In turn, still doesn't make sense because I could've booked the same rides with the proper communication from them and saved myself $133. I feel that they were not transparent up front with the switch. Maybe the ford transit wasn't available and they didn't want to tell me, because they knew I'd save money by only paying for the 2 minivans, but everything that was confirmed was not what showed up, and we got screwed out of what we paid for. IF there was a genuine concern, why not address it with the customer during the phone call in which the card was charged for the full price? OR, how about updating the capacity's of the vehicle bag count on your website to be transparent with your customers on their options? OR, you can just save yourself and go thru your standard Uber app next time, and we found that even at that time of night, if we had ordered 2 Uber XL, we would've saved $259.63 total, including all fees and 20% gratuity included. Other notes: -the minivan we got had check engine light on -the drivers were good. I decided to call back the next day after exploring a couple more options and the person who had agreed to the price match did not remember doing so. I got them to agree to it again and they sent me a contract, which did not have the agreed upon price. I had them re-send it and after the correct one was signed, I emailed to let them know what the pick up and drop off points were. The day before the event I got a call that their office did not have my signed contract, even though I had a receipt sent by them for it, and they did not have my pick up and drop off points, even though it was emailed to them. After everything was sorted, the bus was late to arrive day of and never called me but wound up calling my back up number fifteen minutes later. Then the driver told me that I had to pay the remainder (480) in cash right there, which was never communicated to me. I thought they would charge the card they had on file which was used for the deposit. They were lucky we were going to a pricey event so cash had been collected from everyone, otherwise I would have had to go to a bank to get that much in cash. The driver then wound up missing our drop off point and we had to pull it up on GPS and direct him to it. Would never use this company again. Sure they price matched, but the discount was not worth it.

Here's why: -First, they were able to accommodate a very last-minute request for our group (I literally called at 1 pm on a Friday and needed to be picked up at 9 that night), and Allen (the owner) had us set up with a great bus within minutes. On top of that, the price they gave us was phenomenal! -Second, and this was something I really appreciated, was the amount of communication that took place before the job. About two hours after I booked, the driver called me to confirm all the details for the night, and told me I could call him anytime that day if we needed anything for the bus. He also called me a half hour before arrival and arrived EXACTLY when he said he would, which was awesome. To top things off, he even stopped at a store beforehand and stocked the bus with ice for our drinks...nice touch. -Upon arrival, we were all blown away with how nice the bus was. It was a 24 passenger and had an incredible sound system, touch-screen DVD player, wet bars, lighting and plasma TVs. The bus was absolutely spotless too. And, before we left, the driver came back and showed us how to use the stereo and everything else. -Throughout the drive (we cruised around the city for a few hours), the driver took us on excellent routes and handled the bus flawlessly. Everyone's ride was very comfortable. And any request we had, he accommodated. A true professional. Overall, I give LimosAliive an A++. If you're looking for a party bus or limo for any event, and want to have a great time (and at a great price), look no further. This is how transportation service should be!
