Short story is that he is classically trained and you can tell from the food and presentation. Back to the food... Banrith makes homemade soups and salad dressings and seeks out fresh veggies for his dishes. AND, can't forget to praise the desserts - made in house by their daughter Lena, who owns her own business (Lemon & Von), specializing in crepe cakes. It's not a cheap night out, but it's also not expensive for food of this quality. I find the prices are approachable and good value for the tastes and treats of the meal you'll receive. They are super kind and easy to work with. The quality of their meat is excellent. We buy all our deli meat here and the quality of Boar's Head is excellent...I want to eat sandwiches at home now.
